Abstract

Today, the millennial generation is increasingly inseparable from gadgets. Most of their time is spent interacting using these gadgets. So that even during lectures, they can be sure that they will continue to interact using these gadgets. When this millennial generation is undergoing lectures in the classroom, usually attendance will be circulated using a paper attendance list and students must sign the paper as proof of class attendance. This often creates problems when there are students who leave their presence through classmates. The solution to this problem is to develop a mobile-based online presence system. The urgent need for an online presence system causes the system to be developed quickly. The suitable method for rapid system development is Rapid Application Development (RAD). This QRCode-based online attendance system has succeeded in overcoming the problem of entrusting presence through classmates.

Abstract

In particular, the method used in this research is a case study where previously the p3m.pnp.ac.id website still uses the http protocol. However http protocol does not have a method of securing data in its communication. The final result of this research is the design and implementation of the https protocol for data communication security that occurs between visitors and the p3m.pnp.ac.id website. The https protocol that has been implemented is tested to ensure the data traffic on the p3m.pnp.ac.id website is guaranteed to be safe and protected from possible piracy and data theft.

Abstract

The development of digital image technology is increasing nowadays. However, the use of image technology on surveillance cameras has not been optimally utilized. On the other hand, the various presence data monitoring systems that currently exist have their respective advantages and disadvantages, and need to be continuously developed so as to facilitate the data processing. The student attendance system at STT Bandung is basically good but it is still not optimal. The process of collecting student attendance data is still quite time-consuming and still allows human errors to occur in the data input process. Therefore, the author intends to help overcome this by utilizing face recognition technology in an integrated presence process. LBPH (Local Binary Pattern Histogram) is currently the best method in face recognition technology because the detection and recognition process is relatively fast and has the highest level of accuracy when compared to other methods. After testing the resilience of the system from the results of the prototyping that was built, the results obtained with a success rate of 86.85%.

Abstract

Abstract Determining the object boundaries in an image is a necessary process, to identify the boundaries of an object with other objects as well as to define an object in the image. The acquired image is not always in good condition, on the other hand there is a lot of noise and blur. Various edge detection methods have been developed by providing noise parameters to reduce noise, and adding a blur parameter but because these parameters apply to the entire image, but lossing some edges due to these parameters. This study aims to identify the characteristics of the image region, whether the region condition is noise, blurry or otherwise sharp (clear). The step is done by dividing the four regions from the image size, then calculating the entropy value and contrast value of each formed region. The test results show that changes in region size can produce different characteristics, this is indicated by entropy and contrast values ​​of each formed region. Thus it can be concluded that entropy and contrast can be used as a way to identify image characteristics, and dividing the image into regions provides more detailed image characteristics.

Abstract

The use of information technology, especially in education, is very important today, because almost all educational institutions use technology to support the performance of employees and teachers. Academic data processing in educational institutions, especially in early childhood education needs to be considered because currently in implementing student data processing is still done manually. Manual data collection is considered quite slow because it requires very high accuracy to reduce the occurrence of errors, duplication of data, and to maintain the accuracy of the data. Data recording and reports on ledgers often experience loss because each year the data continues to increase and it is difficult to find and require long student data. The solution to the problems that occur in early childhood education is to build a website-based academic data processing information system that can adjust to needs and overcome problems that occur. So, the purpose of this study is to design a website-based academic data processing information system to facilitate PAUD in processing student academic data. In developing this system using the prototype method and the programming language PHP. The results of the study show that the use of the prototype method is very helpful in the design process where it functions in the relationship between the user and the designer in order to know what is needed so that the application built will be appropriate and can function as a medium of information and communication to parents of students with schools and to help PAUD processing student data

Abstract

2020 is a very disturbing year for the whole world because in 2020 there is a deadly virus, the virus is called Covid-19. The Indonesian government has a strategy to deal with the Covid-19 virus, namely by implementing Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). Where the implementation of this PSBB requires residents to do more activities at home. To carry out activities at home, internet access is needed. Therefore, providers are the companies that benefit the most, providers are companies that provide internet services, one of which is XL Axiata. During the Covid-19 pandemic, XL Axiata company wants to conduct analysis for XL Axiata in the next year, whether the traffic of XL Axiata users has increased or decreased and how many devices need to be upgraded or safe. In conducting this analysis, it is necessary to perform fast data processing, data processing using the Data Mining method with Linear Regression techniques. The data to be processed will be obtained from the XL Axiata company, namely XL Axiata traffic data. By processing data using Linear Regression results in future predictions, the West Jakarta Municipality has increased per week by an average of 0.12%, the East Jakarta Municipality has decreased per week by an average of 0.27%, the Central Jakarta Municipality experiences the decline per week by an average of 2.31%, the South Jakarta Municipality experienced an increase per week by an average of 1.17%, and in the North Jakarta Municipality it decreased per week by an average of 0.12%.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a subsidiary of one of the largest IT companies in Indonesia which is engaged in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The company's business unit consists of many aspects, for example in the IT distribution business, providing retail for ICT products, outsourcing IT personnel, designing, installing and maintaining all things related to information technology. In order to run all of its businesses, this XYZ company requires a lot of high quality and high quality human resources, but with the outbreak of the Covid19 pandemic, the work process for PT. XYZ is disturbed because it is done in their respective homes. This results in difficulties for employees in processing administrative matters with the office. One of them is in the matter of taking care of leave permits because the previous leave licensing process was still done manually. The management decided to build an application that can be used by all employees in all subsidiaries. Therefore, the aim of this research is to make an application that can support the administrative needs of employees in the field of leave licensing called "LeaveRequest". This application is designed using the Java programming language with the Spring Boot framework and using the Waterfall software development method. This study found the results that the majority of respondents strongly agree with the design and usability of this application, so it can be concluded that the LeaveRequest application has succeeded in fulfilling the needs in serving the utility of PT. XYZ in work from home condition.

Abstract

Garbage pick-ups performed by two or more people must have a route in their pickup. However, it is not easy to model the route of the pickup that each point must be passed and each point is only passed once. Now, the method to create a route has been done a lot, one of the most commonly used methods is the creation of routes using the Traveling Salesman Problem method. Traveling Salesman Problem is a method to determine the route of a series of cities where each city is only traversed once. In this study, the shortest route modeling was conducted using Multiple Traveling Salesman Problem and Genetic Algorithm to find out the shortest route model that can be passed in garbage pickup. In this study, datasets will be used as pick-up points to then be programmed to model the shortest routes that can be traveled. The application of Multiple Traveling Salesman Problem method using Genetic Algorithm shows success to model garbage pickup route based on existing dataset, by setting the parameters of 100 generations and 100 population and 4 salesmen obtained 90% of the best individual opportunities obtained with the best individual fitness value of 0.05209. The test was conducted using BlackBox testing and the results of this test that the functionality on the system is 100% appropriate.
