Abstract

PT XYZ is a subsidiary of one of the largest IT companies in Indonesia which is engaged in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The company's business unit consists of many aspects, for example in the IT distribution business, providing retail for ICT products, outsourcing IT personnel, designing, installing and maintaining all things related to information technology. In order to run all of its businesses, this XYZ company requires a lot of high quality and high quality human resources, but with the outbreak of the Covid19 pandemic, the work process for PT. XYZ is disturbed because it is done in their respective homes. This results in difficulties for employees in processing administrative matters with the office. One of them is in the matter of taking care of leave permits because the previous leave licensing process was still done manually. The management decided to build an application that can be used by all employees in all subsidiaries. Therefore, the aim of this research is to make an application that can support the administrative needs of employees in the field of leave licensing called "LeaveRequest". This application is designed using the Java programming language with the Spring Boot framework and using the Waterfall software development method. This study found the results that the majority of respondents strongly agree with the design and usability of this application, so it can be concluded that the LeaveRequest application has succeeded in fulfilling the needs in serving the utility of PT. XYZ in work from home condition.

Abstract

Trigramyama is a motorbike community that often holds touring activities outside the city with quite some members. With the large number of members participating, there are also many problems encountered when doing the touring, one of the problem is coordination between members when there are members who are separated from the group. This research will be designed a tracking system Android-based application in the Trigramyama motorbike community using firebase technology that utilizes the real-time database feature, besides this design uses GPS technology taken from the Google Maps API. this touring supporting tracking application allows all users to know the whereabouts of other members and also makes it easier to coordinate. The level of satisfaction from using this application reaches 85%, from the results of the presentations it can be concluded that this application is following the needs of the Trigramyama motorcycle community.

Abstract

Indonesia dikenal sebagai negara maritim atau kepulauan terbesar di dunia dengan dua per tiga dari luas wilayah Indonesia adalah laut. Sumber daya kelautan dan perikanan Indonesia diperkirakan bernilai US$ 136,5 milyar. Guna meningkatkan nilai ekonomi sumber daya kelautan perlu dirumuskan strategi pengelolaan dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan Sistem Informasi Geografi Zona Potensi Kelautan daerah Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) berbasis web sehingga memudahkan pemerintah setempat dalam mengelola informasi tentang potensi pariwisata, pertanian, dan perikanan, dan memudahkan masyarakat umum dalam mencari informasi tentang potensi kelautan di daerah Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah web sistem informasi geografi zona potensi kelautan dengan framework CodeIgniter dengan teknologi HMVC (Hierarchical Model View Controller) dan menggunakan servis dari Google Maps API. Aplikasi ini menggunakan format JSON dalam pertukaran data karena memudahkan pengembang dalam mengembangkan aplikasi ke lintas platform.

Abstract

Tangki raya is a company whose main business is steel design and pipe infrastructure. It is required to manage and maintain the amount of funds and labour when a project is underway, the difficulty of those requirement increases as the project increases in scale. Therefore, the Budget Controlling system will help alleviate work load of mantaining the funds and management of labor in order to increase efficiency and convenience. Using Laravel Framework to build a web based appliaction will help in accessibility and provide ease of use. Application development uses the prototyping model and responses aquired from user based testing. From the result of 30 respondents the system that has been develop proves to give lessen of work load, convenience and a comprohensive interface.

Abstract

PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Maluku dan Maluku Utara (BPDM) merupakan bank pembangunan daerah yang berbentuk badan usaha milik pemerintah daerah yang berdiri pada tanggal 25 Oktober 1961. Dalam kegiatan operasional di PT BPDM, sering kali terjadi masalah pada saat kegiatan operasional berlangsung. Masalah-masalah yang terjadi adalah seperti kerusakan pada jaringan internal perusahaan, malfungsi pada aplikasi core banking system, dan juga masalah-masalah lainnya. Akan tetapi, pegawai di PT BPDM mengalami kesulitan dalam melaporkan dan menyimpan masalah-masalah tersebut. Berdasarkan masalah yang dijelaskan, maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari solusi terkait permasalahan tersebut, yaitu dengan membuat sebuah aplikasi pelaporan masalah dengan menggunakan Framework Flutter. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode penelitian Waterfall, dengan tahapan-tahapannya yaitu Requirement and Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing dan Deployment. Berdasarkan user testing menggunakan skala Likert menghasilkan persentase nilai rata-rata dari nilai indeks sebesar 82,27% yang artinya aplikasi pelaporan masalah ini mendapatkan tanggapan yang baik dari calon pengguna aplikasi.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya perusahaan ritel maka semakin banyak juga toko-toko yang tersebar di berbagai daerah. Hal ini mengharuskan penyampaian informasi dari kantor pusat ke toko harus dapat tersampaikan dengan baik dan merata. Menyikapi hal tersebut, maka pada penelitian ini dilakukan pembangunan sistem broadcast message yang bertujuan untuk mengirimkan pesan secara realtime ke komputer toko. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan Redis server yang diimplementasikan pada arsitektur publish-subscribe dengan metode SDLC Waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sebuah sistem yang dapat mengirimkan pesan dan menampilkan secara realtime pada komputer toko berupa pop up, sehingga pesan dapat langsung tersampaikan. Sistem ini telah diuji menggunakan metode Blackbox dan User Acceptance Test (UAT) dengan total indeks rata-rata 79% yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem broadcast message dapat dikatakan layak dan menjawab permasalahan yang ada.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah yang buruk telah menjadi permasalahan yang masih dialami di seluruh dunia, tak terkecuali Indonesia. Pengedukasian mengenai pengelolaan sampah perlu ditingkatkan terutama pada anak-anak dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yang ada seperti teknologi smartphone. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, dikembangkanlah aplikasi edukasi mengenai pengelolaan sampah yang ditujukan untuk anak sekolah dasar dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Android dan machine learning. Dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 90% pada training dan testing dataset, pemanfaatan teknologi machine learning ini akan efektif untuk membantu anak-anak dalam mendeteksi sampah yang ditemukan ketika bereksplorasi. penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu requirement, design, implementation, testing dan maintenance. Dengan menggunakan metode pengujian Black Box dan Beta Test, hasil pengujian yang didapatkan pada pengujian Black Box telah memenuhi semua skenario yang ada, dan melalui Beta Test mendapatkan respons positif serta beberapa saran dari calon pengguna untuk pengembangan aplikasi kedepannya. Dengan hasil yang didapatkan, aplikasi edukasi mengenai pengelolaan sampah dapat menjadi sarana untuk membantu anak-anak dalam memahami betapa pentingnya pengelolaan sampah melalui media pembelajaran interaktif.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a retail business with over 15,000 outlets. Along with the development of information technology, every retail business must adapt to existing technological developments, including PT XYZ which requires new technology. PT XYZ already has inventory management system, but the system continues to increase operating costs every year. Therefore, PT XYZ needs to replace the old inventory management system with a web-based system using the Flask framework to reduce operating costs that continue to grow. This research was conducted in 4 stages, namely analysis stage, design stage, coding stage and testing stage. The result of this research is inventory management module built using the Flask framework and information related to developing inventory management module. Based on the research conducted, an inventory management module was produced where this module successfully met the business needs as evidenced by the results of the Black Box tests and User Acceptance Tests performed.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is one of the leading minimarket retail companies in Indonesia. In business, problems often arise that must be resolved. Currently, problem solving is done by using applications built using Oracle Forms. However, the effectiveness and efficiency of the application is considered poor in terms of costs and the reporting process. In this study, the reporting module was developed on an existing application into a website using the Python Flask framework which is open source so that it can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the module. The research method used is adapted from the Waterfall model stage where at this stage it starts from problem identification to system testing. The result of this research is a website that can be a place for storing information related to company problems. The results of the Black Box Testing test show that the system can function 100%, while the test results with a Likert Scale show 98.1% of potential users agree that the system can function as it should

Abstract

The supply of goods is one of the important business process in every retail company, to ensure the stocks availability in each store. The slow and inaccurate and errors in the demand and receipt of stocks report are the interrupting factors in the supplying process, thus in this research an information system for supplier was built to make it easier for companies and suppliers in obtaining reports quickly and accurately. In this research, the process and stages of research are carried out sequentially from the system requirements analysis, planning and designing system, implementation, and system testing. The system was built in a web form using Flask framework and Python programming language. In the test conducted by potential users, the tested application received a good response with a percentage of 96.67% users strongly agree that the system can ease the supplying process. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the information system for supplier built using the Flask framework is able to answer problems that occur in the supplying process
