Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of content marketing variables, online consumer reviews and beauty vloggers on purchasing decisions for Rabbani hijab products through the Shopee application. This research is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population is taken from Generation Z who live in Semarang City who have bought Rabbani hijab products through the Shopee application. The sample of this research is 100. The technique used in sampling is probability sampling technique using simple random sampling method. data collection is done by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Then the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis while for data processing using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 24 program. The results of the analysis show that: 1) content marketing has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, 2) online consumer reviews have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, 3 ) beauty vlogger has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Tourism villages need to be developed so that they can provide benefits to the surrounding community. The development process requires the participation of local communities starting from the planning, implementation and monitoring stages. Even though in reality conditions in the community, community participation or participation is often neglected. This study aims to examine the involvement of local communities in the development of the tourist village of Merapi Garden. Data collection techniques using unstructured interviews and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses triangulation and data analysis techniques in this research interactive model, namely by reducing data, presenting data, and verifying or drawing a conclusion. The results of this study are that there is an active role in providing input and involvement of the local community in the development of the Merapi Garden tourism village, which is carried out from the planning stage to its implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the independent variables, namely soft skills and work experience on the dependent variable of work readiness through work motivation as a mediating variable. The population in this study was students in the 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Department of PGRI Semarang University, which amounted to 167 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sample. The sample in this study were all students of economics and business class 2018, totaling 167 people. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS 3.2.9 analysis tool. The results showed that the research model had met the validity and reliability of the construct on the SEM assumption with Smart PLS 3.2.9 so that the model was declared feasible. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and brand equity simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction at Café Beringin Batam City. The method of collecting data is through a questionnaire survey with a sample of 130 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis and the type of research used in this study is a survey method. The results obtained on the product quality variable on customer satisfaction with a value of T count > T table (2.751 > 1.656) with a significant level (0.007 < 0.05) so it can be concluded that product quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The service quality variable on customer satisfaction has a T count > T table (5.072 > 1.656) with a significant level (0.000 < 0.05) which means that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the research on the Brand Equity variable on customer satisfaction have a T count < T table (1.503 < 1.656) with a significant level (0.135 > 0.05), so it can be concluded that brand equity has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the value of f arithmetic > f table can be obtained simultaneously and Sig 0.000 < 0.05. Thus it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or in other words the variables of product quality, service quality and brand equity simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with an R square value of 0.248, meaning that it shows that the product quality, service quality and brand equity variables can explain the variable customer satisfaction is 24.8%, while 75.2% is explained by other variables not discussed in this study.
