Abstract

In a psychological context, playing is an activity involving all psychological functions in a variety of situations. Playing in a child's world is a fun activity. Many things are gained in playing, such as new experiences, new skills, knowing various rules in the game, being able to discern various emotional conditions that may arise (such as pleasure, joy, tension, satisfaction, and maybe disappointment, too). Thus, psychologically, playing can help develop the potential that exists in children and help improve children's abilities in solving various known problems, as well as recognizing and obeying all existing rules. Besides that, it can also teach children to speak honestly, faithfully, and so on. All of these will be able to stimulate cognitive, social, emotional, motoric, and other intelligence development. The playground also plays a major role in increasing children's intelligence and caring. The results showed that children who were rarely stimulated by playing and be conscious of their environment  t play had their brain growth and development about 20 or 30 percent smaller than their normal size. As a result, brain dysfunction occurs which affects the intelligence and reactive ability of children to respond to everything that happens in their environment. The brain also requires adequate nutritional intake. Malnutrition in the brain results in a decrease in the brain's ability to receive, record, store, process, exercise, respond to, produce, and reconstruct information. In the brain, there is a part of brain cells that manage emotions called the amygdala which functions to store old memories related to emotions. This amygdala is related to human emotional behavior that can be changed and/or controlled for the better, such as from fear to being brave, from not caring to being attentive, and so on.

Abstract

The research was distributed by the importance of the ability to know the geometric shapes in learning in early childhood education. In a study in the OLD media, which used to use a simple media using paper and haven't been able to develop the ability to know the child in geometric shapes. This is shown by an indicator of the ability to know the geometric shapes are still low. To overcome this, the researchers select and use puzzle media didasari up studies of the literature that has been done. Formulation of the problem in this study generally lifting how the ability of teachers in designing a plan of learning through media puzzle and the ability of teachers in implementing the learning through media puzzle, increased ability to know the child in the form of geometry through the media puzzle. Whereas the aim of this research is generally to describe the ability of teachers in designing rencna learning through media puzzle and describes the ability of teachers in implementing the learning through media puzzle, increases the ability to know the child in the form of geometry through the media puzzle. The methods used in this research is a Research Collaborative Class Actions with the desian and research of Kemmis Taggard. The subject of this research is the child group B2 TK Negeri 1 Pembina Samarinda City. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis of quantitative data using percentage and qualitative data using the Notes field. Based on the data obtained and the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the ability of teachers in designing plans and carry out learning the result very good, there is a progression of any action until I cycle cycle III. The ability to know the shape of the geometry by using the media puzzle better than each cycle I until the cycle III, compared with using media paper.

Abstract

Early childhood is a very sensitive period in the process of growth and development. Gross motor development in children is one of the developments that needs attention by all educators. on this research, researchers are interested in conducting research related to increasing children's gross motor skills, using ice breaker. Based on direct observations, the researchers witnessed the lack of a well-constructed stimulus in increasing gross motor skills, and the use of ice braking at the Nurul Huda Babakan Islamic Kindergarten was not yet maximal. This is a concern for researchers, because of the impact of the lack of media to express a movement, the alpha zone of children is not yet open when learning, of course, will reduce the absorption of the material presented. This study uses a Class Action Research method or what is often known as CAR. The researcher used two cycles in the research process to observe the data collection in the research. Before the first cycle was carried out, the researcher carried out the pre-cycle first. The results of this study indicate that children's gross motor skills can be increased through the provision of appropriate and appropriate ice breaker. The ice breaking used is of course ice breaking which can trigger an increase in children's gross motor skills. Based on the results of research conducted, the gross motoric development of children has increased in each cycle, the increase in research in cycle I to cycle II reached 5.5% from the results of the comparison of the two cycles.

The subjects in this study were TK B class teachers Waladun Solihun Tangerang Banten and TK B class children who used reward stickers in learning activities. We collected data through techniques, interview observations, and documentation. Data analysis using Miles Huberman with stages of data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the use of reward stickers can be explored in (1) the type of reward given by the teacher in learning activities (2) the strategy in giving reward stickers (3) giving reward stickers in motivating children (4) aspects of discipline developed (5) response children in giving reward stickers (6) when giving reward stickers.
