Abstract

Curriculum 2013 (K.13) PAUD is developed systematically to fullfil the development needs of children through the development of potential, character and knowledge. This can be seen in the Standards for the Level of Achievement of Children (STPPA), Ministerial Regulation (Permen) 146 of 2014, and Guidelines for Early Childhood Character Education. The policy contained in K.13 PAUD also has the most important position in regulating all activities in the school. This study aims to examine the complete structure of the contents of the Daily Learning Implementation Plan (RPPH) made by educators which will be assessed through the Teacher Skills Assessment Tool (APKG) format based on the 2013 Early Childhood Education Curriculum (K.13 PAUD), which is carried out on 15 Kindergarten group A and group B in the Ciputat region. The results obtained from this study present the lowest percentage seen in the ability of educators to formulate and compile indicators of core competencies, learning objectives, and to plan scientific activities. This shows that there are still many schools that have not followed the procedures for making RPPH based on the implementation guidelines of  K.13 PAUD.

Abstract

The ability to create or produce interesting media is needed, as an effort to increase children's desire to read, see, and read written symbols. This study aims to improve the ability of early reading through the use of the busy book media in children aged 5-6 years in TK Hikari, Serpong, Tangerang. This class action research uses the Kemmis and Mc Taggart cycle models and is done collaboratively. The research subjects consisted of 9 children aged 5-6 years from group B TK. Hikari. The object of the research is early reading ability. Data collection instruments used observation, rating scale, and documentation. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the use of busy book media can improve the ability of early reading in children aged 5-6 years. Increasing the early reading ability showed by the changes in some conditions, in language aspects, conventions of print, knowledge of letters, linguistic awareness, correspondence of graphical patterns, emergent reading, emergent writing, motivation to print, other cognitive skills. at 31.2% in the pre-cycle stage, to 50.9% at the first cycle stage, and to 77.3% at the second cycle stage. This research was stopped because it met the success criteria of more than 75%.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of reward stickers in instilling discipline in early childhood. The research uses a qualitative approach using the case study method. The subjects in this study were TK B class teachers Waladun Solihun Tangerang Banten and TK B class children who used reward stickers in learning activities. We collected data through techniques, interview observations, and documentation. Data analysis using Miles Huberman with stages of data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the use of reward stickers can be explored in (1) the type of reward given by the teacher in learning activities (2) the strategy in giving reward stickers (3) giving reward stickers in motivating children (4) aspects of discipline developed (5) response children in giving reward stickers (6) when giving reward stickers. This study recommends the use of reward stickers to improve children's discipline.

Abstract

Penutupan sekolah yang berkepanjangan selama pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak pada perkembangan anak, baik kesehatan fisik, psikososial kognitif, mental, dan lain-lain. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan program pembelajaran project based learning at home: kolaborasi guru-orangtua untuk pembelajaran anak selama new normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak didik kelompok B. Kelayakan program pembelajaran project learning at home berdasarkan pada hasil penilaian oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan guru serta anak didik kelompok B sebagai subjek uji coba. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara, observasi dokumentasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pembelajaran project learning at home yang dikembangkan melalui serangkaian uji coba dan validasi ahli dinyatakan layak.

Abstract

Program pembelajaran yang baik harus menentukan tujuan yang akan dicapai. Dibutuhkan perencanaan yang jelas sehingga anak tidak diperlakukan dengan pendekatan yang tidak tepat atau bahkan pendekatan yang merugikan. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menciptakan satu desain program stimulasi anak yang sesuai dengan perkembangannya, menciptakan program pembelajaran yang ramah anak berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman. Sehingga Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) berbasis Islam dan Raudhatul Athfal (RA) yang diselenggarakan dapat dijalankan dengan baik dan menjadikannya sebagai taman bermain anak yang konstruktif, edukatif, dan ramah anak. Model peneitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RnD) model Borg and Gall yang dimodifikasi dengan model instruksional Dick and Carey. Fokus penelitian mengacu kepada upaya pengembangan: identifikasi tujuan pembelajaran (2) melakukan analisis materi ajar (3) melakukan analisis peserta didik dan konteks pembelajaran, (4) menetukan target pembelajaran (5) mengembangkan instrumen penilaian (6) mengembangkan strategi belajar (7) menyeleksi bahan ajar untuk diterapkan. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan pengembangan program pembelajaran tematik berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman di TK dan RA. Hasil penelitian ini berbentuk program pembelajaran yang memuat tema-tema pembelajaran tematik yang disesuaikan dengan tahap perkembangan dan kebutuhan belajar anak berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve children’s fine motor skills through collage play in groip A at Muslimat NU Banjarmasin Kindegarten. This research is collaborative classroom action research using Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. The subjects of the study are 10 children in group A at Muslimat NU Kindergarten. The object of this study is the children’s fine motor skill. Guided observation is used for this instrument. The data analysis technique is carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. This research was conducted in two cycles. The result shows a gradual increase in children’s fine motor skills. Improvement of children’s fine motor skill through collage play in the implementation of pre-liminary research 40,45% and in the first cycle increased to 50,59%. In 2nd cycle, the child’s fine motor ability increased with percentage 80,68%.

Abstract

Storytelling is an exciting learning method that teachers can practice in learning activities. This study investigates the Kak Awam strategies in conducting storytelling to develop moral values in preschool children. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data were collected by interview, observation, document analysis and video recording. The collected data were analyzed using Miles Huberman analysis, consisting of several stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusion. This study explains the storytelling strategies conducted by Kak Awam in delivering moral values can be implemented in learning activities at school.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Pengenalan bentuk geometri dan pemikiran spasial sering diabaikan dalam pendidikan awal serta pengembangan profesional guru anak usia dini, karena dianggap tidak memiliki peran penting dalam praktik pendidikan matematika awal, selain itu, pembelajaran cenderung berfokus pada angka (numbering) sehingga geometri menjadi salah satu domain matematika paling sedikit dipahami oleh guru. Hal ini berimbas kepada penggunaan media yang digunakan guru baru terkesan seadanya dalam mengenalkan bentuk geometri pada anak. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media GoGeo sebagai media pengenalan bentuk geometri bagi anak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (R&D). Subjek dalam penelitian anak didik kelompok A TK Al-Barokah Tangerang yang berjumlah 12 orang. Kelayakan media GoGeo berdasarkan pada hasil penilaian oleh ahli materi, ahli media, kepala sekolah dan guru serta anak didik kelompok A sebagai subjek uji coba. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa angket, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media GoGeo melalui serangkaian uji coba dan validasi ahli dinyatakan layak, didukung oleh penilaian ahli materi, penilaian ahli media dengan kategori layak, penilaian kepala sekolah dan guru dengan kategori sangat layak. Uji coba one to one mendapatkan persentase skor 88,89% dan uji coba small group mendapatkan persentase skor 93,33% termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak sehingga, terdapat peningkatan dalam kemampuan pengenalan geometri pada anak kelompok A di TK Al-Barokah Tangerang rata-rata persentase pada uji coba one to one sebesar 77,77% dan pada uji coba small group sebesar 86,15%. The introduction of geometric shapes and spatial thinking is often overlooked in early education and in the professional development of early childhood teachers, because it is considered not to have an important role in the practice of early mathematics education, in addition, learning tends to focus on numbers (numbering). So that geometry is one of the domains of mathematics that is least understood by teachers. This has an impact on the use of media used by new teachers to seem modest in introducing geometric shapes to children. The research aims to develop GoGeo media as a medium for recognizing geometric shapes for children. This research uses development research (R&D). The subjects in this study were 12 students of group A TK Al-Barokah Tangerang, totaling 12 people. The feasibility of GoGeo media is based on the results of assessments by material experts, media experts, school principals and teachers and students of group A as trial subjects. Data were collected using instruments in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used was qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that GoGeo media through a series of trials and expert validations was declared feasible. This is supported by the assessment of material experts, the assessment of media experts with a decent category, the assessment of principals and teachers in the very feasible category, the one to one trial getting a percentage score of 88.89% and the small group trial getting a percentage score of 93.33% including in the very decent category. Thus, there was an increase in the ability to recognize geometry in group A children at TK Al-Barokah Tangerang, after using GoGeo learning media with an average percentage in the one to one trial of 77.77% and in the small group trial of 86.15 %. Abstract

Bullying behavior has a negative impact on victims of bullying, among others, has an impact on low self-awareness, anxiety, fear and even depression, insomnia, difficulty concentrating, not confident, sustainable, meaning that someone who is a victim of bullying will have the potential to become bullying behavior in the future.  The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of self-awareness of children who are victims of bullying.  This study uses a qualitative approach to the phenomenological method.  Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with informants, then the data that had been collected was analyzed using Miles Huberman analysis.  This study explains the condition of self-awareness of children who are victims of bullying aged 7-8 years which includes the form of bullying behavior, the impact of bullying behavior and also the condition of self-awareness of children who are victims of bullying behavior.
