One of the main problems in formal education learning today is the low quality of learning that results from the preparation of the teacher. The implementation of learning can be successful when preceded by planning a learning program that serves to provide direction to the entire teacher is to develop a learning implementation plan (RPP) which can be used as a guideline in the teaching process. The problems faced so far that the teachers are drafting RPP is still limited to fulfilling administrative tasks and implementation in the classroom is often not in accordance with the steps specified or designed in the RPP. This certainly contradicts the RPP function itself which is the teacher's teaching guideline. This certainly contradicts the RPP function itself which is the teacher's teaching guideline. Facing this fact, the academic supervision carried out by the headmaster may help to improve the competency of the religious teacher who is the beginner teacher at SMPK Virgo Fidelis in drafting learning planning and implementing learning according to the planned learning implementation plan. Based on the results of the research that has been outlined, researchers can conclude that: (1) The ongoing academic supervision can improve the competence of Indonesian teacher in grade VIII SMPK Virgo Fidelis Maumere in implementing the teaching and learning process according to RPP(2) The increase in competency of Indonesian teachers in applying appropriate learning with the RPP can be illustrated through the observation results of the following researchers: (1) cycle I by number 19 score, percentage of value is 52.7% and is in the category less; (2) cycle II with a score of 26, percentage of the value is 72.22% and is in the category insufficient; (3) Cycle III with the number of 28 scores, percentage of value 77.77% and is in the category good. From this data it proved that between cycle conditions I and II increased by 19.45% and between cycle II and III increased by 5.55%.

Organizational behavior indicates the individual characteristics of interacting with the environment. This research aims to determine how the organization's behaviour in public service is held in the Civil Registration office of Ambon. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method of study with data retrieval techniques is observation and interviews.The results showed that the organization's behaviour relating to public service in the population and civil registration service in the city of Ambon still needs to be repaired both the system and its human resources so that the satisfaction of the apparatus can be the benchmark performance assessment of population service apparatus and civil registration of Ambon.

This study aims to improve the skills of composing the history stories of students of class XII Language 1 of SMA Negeri 2 Maumere by implementing a genius learning strategy. Through the genius learning model, improvement can be seen both in processes and products. The research subjects subjected to action were students of XII Language 1 of SMA Negeri 2 Maumere, totaling 29 students. The research model used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The procedure for implementing the action and implementing the action at the study site is divided into two cycles. Each cycle is done three times. This research is focused on issues related to improving the skills of composing Historical Story Texts by applying genius learning strategies. The data analysis technique was carried out using qualitative and quantitative description techniques. The criteria for success achieved by students in this study is seen from a change in the direction of a better and increased learning and the results in the practice of composing Story Text. The results of the study show the following. First, the use of genius learning strategies can improve the quality of the learning process of composing historical narrative texts. An increase in the process in aspects of the learning situation, student focus and activeness, makes positive changes so that learning makes composing historical narrative texts more interesting and enjoyable. Second, learning to compose Historical Story Texts with a genius learning strategy can improve the results of the skills of composing historical story texts. This can be seen from the average score of the skills to compose the historical story text in cycle I was 64.53 whereas after being given the action of the second cycle the average score was 85.00. This shows an increase of 20.47. Overall, at the end of the second cycle, all aspects and criteria for composing historical narrative texts experienced a significant increase. Based on the results of the research above, it is known that the use of genius learning strategies is successful and can improve the skills of compiling the history story text of students of class XII Language 1 of SMA Negeri 2 Maumere.

In the classroom, students often complain and say it is difficult if the teacher give themthe task to write in English. The students would say they could not do it even when theyhaven’t begun yet. They do not have self-confident, feeling afraid of doing wrong, do notknow what to write and how to get started. For those reasons the teacher conduct ClassAction Research using images Pinocchio and Cinderella as a medium of teaching on learningto write Narrative Text. The results showed that the use of images media is able to increasethe students’ ability to write narrative text in English class X IB2 at SMA Negeri 2 Maumere.For increasing the students’ excitement in gaining an idea of writing a story narrative, theauthors advise teachers to use images in the form of picture books, comic books, or comicstrips, newspaper story as a source of inspiration.

This class action research was conducted to uncover the application of cooperativelearning with Think-Pair-Share models for student learning outcomes on the subject ofgeography mapping basics. This type of research is action research conducted in 2 cycles.Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, acting and observing, reflecting, and refitting.The subjects of this study were Class X IS4 students of SMA Negeri 2 Maumere. Dataobtained in the form of test results and non-test results. The results showed that the learningoutcomes of students increased from cycle I to cycle II which was 76.00% in cycle I to88.00% in cycle II. This class action research concludes that 1. Cooperative learning withthe Think-Pair-Share model can improve student learning outcomes in geographic subjectsbased on mapping the material by proven to increase participants' mastery of learning toreach 88% in the cycle. 2. Think-Pair-Share learning model in this study is proven to be ableto increase learning activities.

This study aims to determine whether learning through experimental methods can improve biology learning outcomes of students of class XII IA1 at SMA Negeri 2 Maumere on cell metabolic material. The method used is classroom action research (CAR) which consists of two cycles. The subject of the research was class XII IA1 of SMA Negeri 2 Maumere in the Academic Year 2019/2020 of 30 students. Data analysis uses descriptive comparative methods, namely by comparing student test scores, the results of observations of teachers and the results of interviews from the initial conditions with the results achieved from each cycle and analysts in cycle I and cycle II with the application of the experimental method. At the end of the second cycle it was known that an increase had occurred from the first cycle of 75 and over as many as 20 students, the value of 75 to 10 students who completed only 82.35%, while those who did not complete 17.64%. In the second cycle, the value of 75 and above was 28 students and 75 and below were 2 students, so the completion rate increased to 94.11%, while those who did not complete 5.88%. Thus the majority of students in class XII IA1 of SMA Negeri 2 Maumere experienced an increase in learning outcomes through experimental methods on cell metabolism, especially the sub concept of photosynthesis.

This study aims to investigate the dangers of bullying through increased understanding of classroom guidance on twelve grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Maumere Academic Year 2018/2019. This study uses the classroom action research. Subjects in this study were 33 students. Data collection instruments used in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis technique to examine differences between the mean pretest and posttest after the act of using a t-test. The results showed that after being given a classical guidance services, understanding the dangers that are in the category of very high that the number of frequency of 23 by 69,69%. In the category of very high already reached more than half the number of students. In the high category with a number of frequencies 6, 18, 75%, moderate category frequency number 3 for 9, 375%, the low category number 0 of 0%, the category of very low with the number of frequencies 0 of 0%. Thus, it can be concluded that the classical guidance is effective and innovative strategies to improve the understanding of twelve grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Maumere on understanding the dangers of bullying. The results of this study can be used as reference material for the teacher guidance and counseling to improve understanding of the dangers of bullying on students through classical counseling services in schools.

The impact of basic food package assistance and direct assistance to the survival of Padalarang community at the time of Pandemic Garry 19. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the help of basic food packages and direct cash assistance to give effect on the survival of the Padalarang community at the time of Pandemic Garry 19. The results of the study describing the help of basic food packages and direct assistance in cash, then it should be the city government of Padalarang in this case the local government of West Bandung district to improve the help of basic food packages and cash direct assistance, considering the survival of the residents of Pandemi Garry 19, the consequences of not earning money to finance their lives.

The allocation of village funds has been an important issue since the issuance of the LAW on village independence in 2016. This research aims to study more about the accountability of allocation of village funds and its influence on community empowerment and Village development. The method of analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis with data retrieval techniques that are surveys and interviews. Research object in Laha Village, the Bay district of Ambon Baguala, Maluku.The results showed that the management of the village funds are normative and administrative has been implemented as it should but is substantive there is still error due to some factors such as accountability and transparency which is still weak where the village apparatus has not fully socialized the budget plan and programs to the community, still strong element of kinship in the process of allocation of village funds and community participation that lacks

Performance allowances are given as rewards or rewards for employees and those with good performance. This research aims to know, analyze and compare the process of providing the performance allowance of members of the Maluku Polda with the common SPI reference framework of COSO. This research is a mixed study that uses primary and secondary data. Secondary Data is sourced on research-related documents and results in research questionnaire responses calculated based on the formula. Secondary data will clarify primary data i.e. survey results and interviews related to research issues.The results showed that the Moluccas and Satkers have adopted a system of control over the performance allowance but there is still weakness in its application so that the Maluku police are expected to re-evaluate the performance allowance control system based on the COSO reference framework or provide clear flowcharts and job description for its ranks.
