Jurnal Jaringan Telekomunikasi (Jurnal Jartel) merupakan jurnal repositori terbitan Program Studi Jaringan Telekomunikasi Digital, Politeknik Negeri Malang. Jurnal ini bertujuan menyediakan forum bagi para mahasiswa untuk berkontribusi dan menyebarluaskan karya baru inovatif yang berasal dari hasil penelitian di bidang Teknik Telekomunikasi, Informatika, Elektronika, Kelistrikan, maupun Kontrol dan Monitoring. Penerbitan dilakukan sebanyak empat kali per tahun dan seluruh artikel yang diterima dapat diakses secara online (akses terbuka).

Securing detention rooms in Indonesia, using manual methods from humans to secure them. Officers check the detention room periodically. Several cases that occurred, such as the escape of prisoners from the Cawang Police and the Lhoksukhon Detention Center, the detainees broke into the bathroom wall using metal bars to be used as a media for breaking the walls. To prevent recurrence of cases, an early detection design is needed when there is a detention room indicated that it will be damaged by installing a vibration detection device on the wall. In this study, the SW-420 vibration sensor is used as a vibration detector when there is a wall to be broken into and several cameras installed in the corridor to visually monitor the occupants of the detention room. Vibration data will be sent to the detention room website via Arduino Uno, while the IpCamera will be connected to the router to display the video capture results on the website. For example, the bathroom plan for the detention room at the Gondanglegi Police Station that has been made, the sensor node is placed at the center point of the bathroom wall at a position of 60 cm which divides it into 2 parts. Arduino Uno will dynamically have IP when connected to the router using a Lan cable. Based on the experiment in the previous chapter, how to adjust the sensor sensitivity can be done by turning the sensitivity adjustment and adjusting the threshold on the website code.

Nowadays, the development of technology is increasing rapidly, one of which is the development of telecommunication technology. Telecomunication provides communication services by using radio waves as information carriers, as a result of the large number of electromagnetic waves in the natural surroundings. From this, various studies have now been developed in order to be able to utilize the energy contained in electromagnetic waves that are around as an alternative energy source, also called Energy Harvesting. The purpose of making this thesisis to make a rectifier and integrated with a television antenna to convert the RF signal at the UHF frequency (470MHz-807 MHz) into DC voltage energy as an Energy Harvesting system. In this final project, a 2.4 and 6-stage voltage douber rectifier was designed using the HSMS 2820 diode and integrated with television antenna. The results of the rectifier circuit made are circuit simulation. The rectifier is able to convert the AC input to DC and amplify the output voltage to achieve multiple stages of the circuit used. In the 6-stage rectifier circuit fabrication test, the largest output produced reached 1.3 V with an input of 0.398 V at a frequency of 470 MHz while the output was the smallest is 3 mV with an input of 0.022 V at a frequency of 637 MHz, and in testing using a TV antenna as an RF signal catcher from the transmitter, the largest voltage obtained reaches 1,019 V in a 6-stage circuit, the output voltage is DC voltage.

In this research, an application is made that can make it easier to transfer files or data by utilizing a wifi connection on a network and then transferring files via a web browser using Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) server technology which will be installed on an Android-based smartphone. After that, it is necessary to measure network performance to determine the quality of the network in accessing the application. The measured performance is Quality of Service (QoS), which is a parameter that shows the quality of data packets on the network. Based on the results of measurements carried out by connecting the server to the AH building network and the client accessing from the AI ??building network at the State Polytechnic of Malang, when compared to the ITU-T standard, the application delay is in the very good category, jitter is in the bad category, the throughput value depends on the size. data sent. For packet loss, it is in the very good category. Meanwhile, based on measurements made using the Apache benchmark software, out of the 1000 requests that were tested, none of them failed or failed.

Conventional access control systems such as manual light switches are now being developed with electric light switches that can be controlled remotely using a web. Raspberry Pi is one of the newest technologies, namely a mini computer that can be used in an automatic access control system. This technology can be applied using one of the sciences of artificial intelligence, namely fuzzy logic control. Fuzzy logic is an appropriate way to map an input space into an output space. In this final project research is designed a home electric device control system using fuzzy logic based on Raspberry Pi and Web. The Arduino nano is also used in the system as a fuzzy lamp controller. To be able to control via the Raspberry Pi, an ip is needed for communication between the web and raspberry, namely 192.168.1.204. From the test results on the lamp, the light intensity and lamp voltage change based on the light sensor input, the voltage of 10 volts of the lamp produces 10 lux of light intensity, 60 volts = 51 lux and 220 volts = 320 lux while for the fan the speed is directly proportional to the amount of temperature. When the temperature is set to 28 oC and the sensor reads a temperature of 28.25 oC the PWM output of the fan = 95 and when the temperature is 34 oC the output is 40. The greater the PWM output, the slower the fan rotation.

The world of telecommunications is growing rapidly so that cellular operator providers are trying to upgrade their networks to meet the needs of their customers with good quality. One effort that can be done is to build a new Base Transceiver Station (BTS). The aim of this research is to create a detection tool capable of detecting objects at a certain height below the line of sight (LoS) line of communication using the laser technology that has been developed. Topographic surveys and building planning are very important and required before building a BTS with an LOS. In this study, the Laser distance meter (rangefinder model) can measure the farthest distance up to 135 meters due to the limited area used. Experiments were applied to several objects to test the ability of the laser used and obtained the maximum distance of the TS832 transmission media reaching 70.7 meters.

FM radio broadcasting is a wireless communication system. Transmission in the frequency 88-108 MHz requires a bandpass filter to avoid interference with frequencies adjacent to the radio transmitter. The type of filter that has a fairly good performance is the Chebyshev filter with a fairly high level of steepness. However, to get a high level of steepness, a fairly large element value is required. So, in this study adding the m-derived series to give a steeper filter response without adding more element values.The purpose of this thesis is to determine the effect of adding an m-derived section to the chebyshev bandpass filter. The parameters tested are passband bandwidth, stopband bandwidth, shape factor, insertion loss, roll off, and power attenuation when used on the transmitter.Based on the measurements that have been made, it can be seen that the bandpass filter without m-derived has a maximum insertion loss value of 7 dB and a minimum insertion loss of 9 dB, while the bandpass filter with m-derived is 11 dB and 13. In the bandpass filter without m-derived and m-derived have a passband bandwidth of 27 MHz and 29 MHz and a stopband bandwidth of 70 MHz and 50 MHz. So that the bandpass filter without derived and m-derived has a shape factor value of 2.59 and 1.72. In the implementation using the transmitter, the bandpass filter without m-derived has a power attenuation of 2.53 dB while the m-derived bandpass filter has an attenuation of 1.5 dB.

Processing water products sources into ready-to-drink water have been widely circulated in community, one of it's a household drinking water filter with 4 filter stages. Drinking water itself is indispensable for human body. It's because most of the human body is made up of water. To meet the water needs in human body, drinking water is required. Drinking water that consumed by community must meet drinking water standards that have been determined by Minister of Health Decree No. 492/2010, which must meet physical, chemical, biological and radioactive requirements.This research aimed at monitoring several drinking water quality parameters in form of Ph (6.5 - 8.5), Turbidity (<5 NTU) and temperature (22 ? - 27 ?) by using pH sensor, turbidity sensor and temperature sensor, and ON/OFF scheduling of ultraviolet light as an inhibitor of bacterial growth which then monitoring results will be sent via nodeMCU ESP8266 and displayed on WEB. The results of the Ph sensor readings show a reading accuracy of up to 97.28%, on the temperature sensor the reading accuracy reaches 98.7%, while the turbidity sensor has an accuracy level of up to 98.875%, the ON/OFF of UV light goes according to schedule. The application software used able to read and store data in real time from water quality sensor so users can monitor quality of drinking water. Water from filtration of water filter can be categorized as suitable for drinking in accordance with drinking water standard in the Decree of Minister of Health No. 492 in 2010.

Shooting drills were carried out with very limited ammunition support. This is easy to understand because shooting drills are expensive and have a very high safety risk. Therefore, in order for shooting practice to be optimal, safe, inexpensive and can be carried out at any time, it is necessary to immediately realize shooting practice by utilizing advances in science and technology (lasers). The aim of this research is to develop a shooting training system with laser firing to save bullets during shooting practice and to make it easier for shooters and judges to monitor the results of shooting accuracy via the web or smartphone. The system itself consists of a laser and light sensor which is interfacured with a microcontroller and wifi shield as data transmission.

Indonesia has the potential of invaluable biological resources from an economic and ecological perspective, one of which is coral reef resources. To determine the condition of the coral reef ecosystem in Indonesian waters as an effort to monitor and monitor using remote sensing data. The purpose of this research is the creation of an information system through a website that can help users access information effectively and efficiently.Utilization of Landsat 8 satellite image data to observe the bottom of the waters directly on coral reef mapping using the Lyzenga Algorithm method, also known as the depthinvariant index method or the water column correction method. This method produces a baseline index that is not affected by depth and works well in clear shallow waters such as in coral reef habitat areas (Maritorena, 1996). The results showed that the image processing data had a map accuracy level for Menjangan Besar and Menjangan Kecil islands of 77.78%, while the map accuracy level for Karimunjawa and Kemujang Islands was 72.23%. And from the processed data, it is known that coral reef cover in general has increased from 2014 to 2018, for Karimunjawa and Kemujan Islands an increase of 17.4% for Menjangan Besar and Menjangan Kecil Islands only a slight increase of 0.27% and for Bunaken Island an increase of 9.1%. And there is one island that is processed has decreased, namely Bunaken Island by 4.5%.

The problem that often occurs in malls or supermarkets is the use of EDC as a non-cash payment tool for alternative customers. However, the use of EDC machines sometimes experiences problems, namely when customers enter data so that transactions take longer, so this study aims to analyze the optimization of EDC placement in shopping center buildings. This research method is to measure the parameters, namely the RSCP and the closest antenna coverage from the EDC. In this study, three samples were taken, namely Cassa 1, 2 and 3 at Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square. The results of this study were obtained that the Drive Test in the Matahari room showed that Cassa-1, Cassa-2 and Cassa-3 received RSCP with green color which means good. Two of the three tools, namely Drive Test and Mobile can display RSCP with a value that is not too much difference. Especially for EDC is only able to visually display the RSCP and the results of previous calculations, the value of ten antennas which is in the Matahari room has a coverage area below 10 m. And the UG-12 antenna, which is the closest antenna to Cassa-3, that is outside the antenna coverage, while the UG-08 antenna can still reach the Cassa-3 area. This shows that the placement of EDC has met the requirements to get adequate signal quality and the position of the Cassa table can be moved according to the antenna coverage calculation on the Link budget and Path Loss calculations
