Abstract

Abstract - Green house must be able to control the environment with temperature and humidity parameters that are suitable for plant growth. However, manual watering must always be done at any time, which is time-consuming for farmers. Greenhouses with modern technology create automatic controls such as plant sprinklers. Thus, the time spent on watering plants is less than the manual system. In addition, farmers can save water which has been wasted all this time because they do not know the condition of water requirements for plants. An automatic plant watering system with a DHT 22 sensor is used to control the greenhouse environment. With the development of the internet almost all over the world, giving changes to daily human activities. Internet of Things (IoT) technology allows objects to connect and communicate with each other. In this fertigation control device, IOT connects sensor devices and solenoid valves to be monitored via the internet network. IoT is built with the ESP8266 module which allows access via the internet. The hardware design uses a microcontroller as a control method. The data is then sent online to an open-source site that acts as a web server. The web server is used for controlling and monitoring data accessed via the internet. The conclusion of this tool is that the system can do watering automatically. The system can do watering automatically, greater than the humidity temperature of 30 and humidity of less than 90%. So that the condition of the plants can be maintained properly. The system can be controlled with a WIFI network through the Blynk application. Can display the status of humidity, temperature and humidity conditions on the LCD and the Blynk application. Can be controlled from anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

Heart health is an important thing to monitor, because the heart is an important vital organ and is prone to disturbances, especially for the elderly. Such as stroke, arrhythmia and other heart diseases. Usually a heart rate detector is only owned by people who work as health workers and health agencies, and if someone who has heart disease such as stroke and arrhythmia wants to check his heart health, he must come to a doctor or health agency. Therefore, a measuring device and monitoring of heart rate are made on a regular basis. This heart rate measuring and monitoring device is based on a microcontroller and android with a periodic database-based monitoring system. By using the MAX 30100 sensor which has an average error of approximately 3% with a difference value of more than 3 bpm with existing standard measuring instruments.

Abstract

A sphygmomanometer is a tool for measuring blood pressure that is often used in the medical world. Sphygmomanometers are generally divided into 2, namely analog and digital sphygmomanometers. In modern times now Android smartphones have developed with various features that are already very sophisticated. Therefore, the author wants to design a digital sphygmomanometer that can measure blood pressure and provide a history of measurement results so that the public or patients candetermine the state of their blood pressure. To present this tool in this study, the author will try to integrate a digital blood pressure measuring instrument with IOT (internet of things) so that it becomes a blood pressure detection and monitoring tool. NodeMCU ESP8266 will be used to process data and also serve to connect to the internet. Then, the sensor used is the MPX5050GP sensor as a pressure measurement tool and then the pressure calculation data from the sensor is sent to Firebase which acts as a database, and later it can be accessed and monitored via a smartphone. Theresults of testing the sphygmomanometer tool that the researcher made and the testing of the comparative sphygmomanometer tool. On average, this test gets an accuracy difference of approximately 1%.

Abstract

Generators are widely used in offices, hospitals and companies that require a 24-hour electricity supply. Generators are often used to replace the main power supply from PLN in the event of a power outage. The purpose of this thesis is to make it easier for technicians to monitor the condition of the output from the generator, namely current, voltage, and rotational speed (RPM) with a monitoring and recording system that can work remotely. With the existence of a system of monitoring and recording remotely via a personal computer that can streamline the technician's time. Arduino uno as a data processing center that is integrated with the database. The monitoring and recording system on the generator is activated by connecting Wifi then this arduino gets input from the current, voltage and rotational speed sensors (RPM) the data will be processed with the arduino uno according to the data created on the system. This system is also displayed using Bylnk via a personal computer.

Abstract

Clean air is a very important requirement for life on earth, especially for humans. Nowadays people are competing to maintain air quality in their environment by using Air Conditioners (AC). The use of air conditioning in the home environment without us knowing that the air we breathe is contaminated with smoke. The smoke in the air-conditioned room cannot escape because the room is always closed. As a result, the smoke content that cannot escape is very dangerous, so a prototype of an indoor smoke detector is made using the Arduino microcontroller and the MQ-2 sensor as a smoke sensor. If smoke is detected by the MQ-2 sensor, Arduino will turn on the bazzer and fan.

Abstract

Oxygen concentrators as a means of separating pure oxygen from free air became an item that was quite sought after when the pandemic case hit in the past 2020 to 2021. This device works by taking free air around us and then processing it by passing the air through a filter so that oxygen is separated from other gases, most of which are nitrogen. However, not all oxygen generator devices are able to filter oxygen to the maximum, this depends on the filtration material used. Most portable oxygen generator devices use synthetic zeolite as a filtration material, but have not maximally filtered oxygen, therefore in this study researchers examined the effect of using silica gel when used as an oxygen filtration medium in the same oxygen concentrator device. In the results of this study, it was found that there was an increase in the oxygen concentration from the standard media device using synthetic zeolite compared to using silica gel material, the increase in oxygen concentration that occurred increased by around 3.3%.

Abstract

Hydroponic plants are currently very popular because they do not require large land and land. By planting hydroponically, the harvest will be faster but it is necessary to pay attention to the air that is maintained, the purpose of distributing plant root nutrients, the use of solar power as a driving force for DC (Direct Current) water pumps in hydroponics is designed using several tools including: photovoltaic 10 Wp type polycrystalline, solar charge controller, 12v 5Ah battery, Arduino UNO, Dsi8b20 temperature sensor and 12V DC water pump. In this study, the author will make a solar pump motor drive (Solar Panel) and regulate the circulation of air volume and temperature in the hydroponic plant.

Abstract

There are still many challenges in the field of radiomics, especially sensitivity which is influenced by many factors, one of which is noise. The large amount of bias noise that occurs reduces the performance of the diagnosis, perhaps because it does not involve wavelet derived features. The wavelet derived feature is believed to be more resistant to noise interference in the image. So, the proposed use of wavelet derived features accompanied by a comparative review of its effectiveness with the use of traditional radiomic features is implemented in this study. In this study, two liver tumor datasets were used, namely LiTS17 and 3D-IRCADb-01 data to test the reliability of features in different data. The two data are given the same treatment, namely by adding interference to the CT image by setting the SNR indicator. The label used is limited to the tumor part, the liver parenchyma is not included, so for LiTS17 a thresholding label is done first. CT images and tumor labels extracted data from traditional radiomic features and wavelet-derived radiomic features (Daubechies level 1). The statistical approach uses the ICC method in assessing agreement between observers. As a result, of the six feature groups (First-order, GLCM, GLSZM, GLDM, NGTDM, GLRLM) only NGTDM features are more effective on wavelet derived features. Whereas in the main LiTS17 data, the wavelet derived features do not have a major effect, traditional radiomic features sufficiently show ICC values in the good to excellent category.
