Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh terjadinya wabah penyakit korona (covid-19) yang telah menjadi pandemik di seluruh dunia. Untuk mencegah terjadinya penularan penyakit tersebut, maka diberlakukan aturan untuk segala pekerjaan harus dilakukan dari rumah termasuk proses pembelajaran untuk seluruh jenjangTujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan model-model pembelajaran daring yang dapat diterapkan selama masa pandemik covid-19. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Program Studi PPKn, dan Program Studi Bimbingan Konseling dengan jumlah mahasiswa 59 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan questionner menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) model pembelajaran daring yang dapat digunakan dalam masa pandemik covid-19 diantaranya: aplikasi WhatsApp, e-mail, aplikasi laman dosen, aplikasi eLiv.ivet, aplikasi zoom meeting, aplikasi google classroom, aplikasi video call; (2) dari sisi prestasi akademik yang dicapai oleh para mahasiswa model pembelajaran daring cukup efektif, namun ditinjau dari segi biaya menjadi tidak efisien bagi mahasiswa, sementara itu efisien dicapai oleh mahasiswa ditinjau dari segi ruang dan waktu; (3) mahasiswa tidak mendapatkan pelayanan pembelajaran sebagaimana mestinya; (4) seratus persen responden dalam penelitian ini lebih senang dengan model pembelajaran tatap muka langsung. Kata Kunci: Analisis, Pembelajaran Daring, Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Abstract The title of this research is: Analysis of Online Learning Models during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The background for choosing this title is the learning process that originally could be carried out with a face-to-face model and is usually carried out in classrooms / laboratories with great force having to switch to online learning due to the outbreak of the corona disease (covid-19) which has become a pandemic all around the world. To prevent the spread of the disease, almost all countries in the world have imposed a rule that all work must be done from each foreigner's home, including the learning process from kindergarten to tertiary education. The objectives of this study to find a variety of online learning models that can be applied during the Covid-19 pandemics. Respondents in this study were students of the Economic Education Study Program, Civic Education, and Counseling Guidance Study Program with a total of 59 students. Data collection was carried out by sending questionnaires to respondents using the WhatsApp application. The results showed that: (1) online learning models that can be used during the Covid-19 pandemic include: the WhatsApp application, e-mail, the lecturer dashboard, the eLiv.ivet application, the zoom meeting application, the google classroom application, the video call application; (2) in terms of academic achievement achieved by students, the online learning model is quite effective, however in terms of cost it becomes inefficient for students, while it is efficient for students in terms of space and time; (3) students do not get learning services as they should; (4) one hundred percent of respondents in this study prefer face-to-face learning model. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, persepsi risiko, dan kepercayaan terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet pada generasi milenial Kota Semarang. Berdasarkan TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kebermanfaatan, dan variabel lain yang dalam penelitian ini yaitu persepsi risiko dan kepercayaan merupakan konstruk yang mempengaruhi minat dalam penerimaan individu terhadap teknologi baru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi milenial pengguna e-wallet di Kota Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 160 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu incidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet. Persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet. Persepsi risiko berpengaruh negatif terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet. Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet. Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, persepsi risiko, dan kepercayaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risk, and trust in the interest in using e-wallet in the millennial generation of Semarang City. Based on the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) perceptions of ease of use, perceived usefulness, and other variables in this study namely risk perception and trust are constructing that influence interest in individual acceptance of new technologies. The population in this study is the millennial generation of e-wallet users in the city of Semarang. The sample in this study amounted to 160 people. The sampling technique was incidental sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that perceived ease of use had a positive effect on interest in using an e-wallet. Perceived usefulness has a positive effect on interest in using an e-wallet. Perceived risk negatively influences the interest in using an e-wallet. Trust has a positive effect on your interest in using an e-wallet. Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risk, and trust together have a significant effect on interest in using an e- wallet

Abstract

Abstrak Guru dengan tugas tamabahan selain melakukan tugas pokok yang diwajibkan juga memiliki tugas terkait dengan pelaksanaan tugas tambahan yang relevan dengan fungsi sekolah. Beban mengajar yang belum sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah menyebabkan kurang optimalnya kinerja guru dengan tugas tambahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja guru yang mendapat tugas tambahan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala yayasan, kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa MTs Al Hikmah Singorojo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sesuai Permendikbud No. 15 Th 2018 sebagai dasar kebijakan sekolah terkait beban mengajar guru dengan tugas tambahan; Kinerja guru dengan tugas tambahan cukup baik dalam kualitas kerja, komunikasi dan kemampuan kerja namun kurang optimal pada kecepatan atau ketepatan kerja serta inisiatif dalam kerja; Pembiayaan sekolah yang belum stabil dan rendahnya dukungan orang tua dan masyarakat merupakan kendala yang dialami; Pelaksanaan dana sukarela dan pendekatan komunikasi door to door merupakan upaya yang dilakukan oleh sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diajadikan dasar untuk melakukan penelitian lanjutan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru yang mendapat tugas tambahan menjadi lebih baik. Abstract A teacher not only do the task principal who is obliged to himself but also has a performance that is associated with the implementation of the task addition that is relevant to functioning of the school. As a teacher with additional assignment, getting teaching hours that are not in accordance with government regulations cause the teacher to be less than optimal in carrying out his obligations as a teacher. The purpose of research it is to determine the policy of the school concerning the burden of teaching the teachers with task addition, the performance of teachers with the task addition, the constraints are experienced and attempt were made school. Research qualitatively with methods of descriptive, tehnical collection of data is done through manual observation, guidance interview, and study documentation. Subject study is the head of the foundation, the head of school, deputy head of the school, teaches and student of MTs Al Hikmah Singorojo. Results of the study were found: Permendikbud No. 15 Th 2018 are used as guidelines for the policy of school related burden of teaching ang teachers with the task extra; Performance of teaches with the task of supplementary good enough in quality of work, communication and the ability to work, bur less than optimal in speed or accuracy of the work and initiatives in the workplace; Financing school that has not been stable and low support of the parents and the community is a constaint that is experienced; Iplementation of the funds voluntarily and approach communication door to door is an effort that is made by the school.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui perencanaan (2) mengetahui pengorganisasian (3) mengetahui pelaksanaan (4) mengetahui pengawasan dan (5) mengetahui kendala dan upaya mengatasi kendala manajemen tenaga pendidik di SMK Sultan Trenggono Gunungpati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunkanan yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Data diperoleh dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi menggunakan metode triangulasi untuk pemeriksaan keabsahan data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan alur pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verivikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) perencanaan manajemen tenaga pendidik didasarkan pada kebutuhan sekolah berkaitan tenaga pendidik baik secara kualitas dan kuantitas dengan perencanaan yang dibuat berupa perencanaan pengadaan tenaga pendidik mulai dari rekrutmen, seleksi, penempatan serta pengembangan dan pelatihan, penilaian, pemberian kompensasi, dan pemberhentian (2) pengorganisasian manajemen tenaga pendidik dilakukan setiap tahun ajaran baru dengan pembaharuan pengisian jabatan dalam bentuk struktur organisasi SMK Sultan Trenggono Gunungpati (3) pelaksanaan manajemen tenaga pendidik merupakan penyelenggaraan kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah direncanakan terlebih dahulu dan disepakati sehingga pelaksanaan didasarkan pada perencanaan(4) pengawasan manajemen tenaga pendidik dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah secara rutin dan berkesinambungan dengan bantuan wakil kepala sekolah dalam bentuk penilaian kinerja guru dan (5) kendala yang dihadapi yaitu kurang optimalnya pelaksanaan rekrutmen, pergantian tenaga pendidik dalam kurun waktu satu tahun, dan kurang disiplinya tenaga pendidik sehingga upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan adanya peraturan yang harus ditaati tenaga pendidik sejak bergabung ke sekolah. Abstract The background of research is Sultan Trenggono Gunungpati Vocational High School as one of the organizers education carry out the management of teaching staff have to create of professional and competent teacher. The purpose of this research (1) Find out Planning (2) Find out organizing (3) Find out implementation (4) Find out controlling and (5) know the obstacles and efforts to overcome obstacles in management of teaching staff at Sultan Ttrenggono Gunungpati Vocational High School. This research use descriptive qualitative method. The Source of data use primary and secondary data sources. Data obtained with observations, interview, and the documentation using the triangulation to check the validity of the data. Data analysis done with flow data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The result are (1) the planning management of teaching staff based on the needs of the school related of educators have good in the quality and quantity with planning made in the form of planning procurement of educators have ranging from recruitment, selection job placement as well the development and training, assessment, compensation, and dismissal (2) organizing the management of teaching staff is carried out every new academic year with renewal of filling positions in the form of the organizational structure of SMK Sultan Trenggono Gunungpat Vocational High School (3) the Implementation of management of teaching staff is the implementation of the activities that have been planned in advance and agreed upon so that the implementation is based on the planning (4) controlling of the management of teaching staff have done by the principal routinely and suistainable with the help of the deputy head teacher in the form of teacher performance appraisal and (5) the obstacles faced are the less than optimal implementation of recruitment, the change of teaching staff within one year, and the lack of discipline in teaching staff so that the effort is made by the existence of regulations that must be obeyed by educators since joining the school.

Abstract

Abstrak UNESCO menyebutkan hanya 0,001% penduduk Indonesia yang memiliki tingkat literasi tinggi. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa, SMK Sultan Fattah Demak memiliki program literasi yang memberi kesempatan siswa untuk membaca 15 menit sebelum pembelajaran dimulai pada setiap tanggal 17. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi, prestasi dan pengaruh tingkat literasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Kewirausahaan, di SMK. Sultan Fatah Demak. Populasi penelitian siswa kelas XI sebanyak 217 siswa, dan sampel sejumlah 135 siswa. Variabel penelitian adalah : tingkat literasi siswa sebagai variable independent, dan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Kewirausahaan sebagai variable dependent. Hipotesis penelitian : ada pengaruh tingkat literasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Kewirausahaan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, data terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1). Tingkat literasi siswa yang menjadi responden menunjukkan nilai rerata 76.95% berada pada kategori tinggi, 2). Prestasi belajar siswa berdasarkan nilai raport semester gasal, menunjukkan nilai minimal 80 dan nilai maksimal 92, dengan nilai rerata 85,4 dengan kategori tuntas. 3). Hasil analisis regresi dengan uji anova diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 51,4 + 0.276X, nilai F = 1151,72 dengan signifikansi 0,00, artinya: hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan ada pengaruh signifikan tingkat literasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa diterima. Abstract UNESCO claimed that there was only 0.001% Indonesian who possessed high literacy level. In this regard to improve students’ literacy skills, SMK Sultan Fatah Demak owns literacy program that provides students opportunity to read for 15 minutes before the class begins in the 17th date each month. This study has its purpose to reveal literacy level, achievement, and literacy effect on students’ learning achievement in Entrepreneurship subject in SMK Sultan Fatah Demak. The population of this study covers grade XI students as many as 217 and the sample consists of 135 students. The variable of this study is students’ literacy level as the independent variable and learning achievement in Entrepreneurship subject as the dependent variable. The hypothesis of this study states there has been found significant effect of literacy level on students’ learning achievement in Entrepreneurship subject. The data collection uses questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentation method. The collected data is analyzed with linear regression technique. The research results show 1). Students’ literacy level being the respondent shows average scores 76.95 which is considered to be high in category, 2). Students’ learning achievement as shown in the odd semester report book shows minimum score 80 and maximal score 92 that constitutes 85.4 in average, and it categorized to be completed, 3). Regression analysis results with anova test resulted in regression equation Y = 51.4 + 0.276 X, F score = 1151.72 with significance 0.00 that means hypothesis explaining it is found to be significant effect of literacy level on students’ learning achievement is accepted.
