Abstract

In the selection of the best teachers at TK Santo Andreas Jakarta there are still several obstacles, such as the assessment of each teacher is still done manually, namely the principal must fill out the assessment instrument form for each teacher that has been provided, which causes the assessment process to be less accurate and inefficient. In addition, to obtain or find out information on the results of the selection of the best teachers takes quite a long time, because the administrative section must re-enter the value of each teacher into Microsoft Excel and make pranking teacher scores manually. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and literature study. The decision-making method used by the author is SAW, while the system development method used is the SDLC method with UML design tools. Implementation of the program using the PHP programming language with MySQL database. Decision support systems can be used to facilitate the school in managing data, presenting information, generating reports and reducing errors in calculating grades and getting accurate teacher ranking results and the application of the SAW method can improve the quality of decision making in selecting the best teachers. Based on the results of research conducted at the Santo Andreas Kindergarten, Jakarta, the best teacher scores according to the ranking, namely teacher Theresia Luan with a value of 1.00.

Abstract

Abstract Promotion is a way of marketing that is done to provide information about a product and in its use promotional media is usually used to attract someone's interest in goods, services or something offered by the maker of the promotion. The purpose of this study is to increase the interest of potential visitors by innovating the promotional media used, applying Augmented Reality technology as the development of existing media, which is a new innovation in the New Small World promotional media. The result of this research is the AR New Small World application where from the brochure, miniature animated 3D objects can be displayed and also contain information on each object through a smartphone that can make the media interactive and informative. Abstract

Kajian Peneliti ini membahas peluang pembelajaran mesin (machine Learning) untuk pemrosesan Bahasa alami (NLP),dalam kalimat perundungan di media sosial. Kajian ini terdiri dari 4 bab. Bab pertama pendahuluan menceritakan pendahuluan yang terdiri dari latar belakang, tujuan dan peluang penelitian yang dapat dikaji dari penelitian sebelumnya. Bagian kedua kajian pustaka berisi dasar konsep pemikiran dari kajian penelitian ini. Bagian ketiga berisi konsep kajian penelitian yang dapat dikerjakan untuk mendalami pembelajaran mesin untuk pemrosesan bahasa alami dalam kalimat perundungan di media sosial, dimulai dari konsep masukkan dan konsep proses yang menghasilkan keluaran yang diingikan. Bagian terakhir kesimpulan dari kajian penelitian ini. Secara garis besar kajian ini berisi peluang bagi para peneliti yang ingin mengkaji pemrosesan bahasa alami menggunakan pembelajaran mesin

Abstract

Woven cloth is one type of archipelago craft art, namely textile craft that has existed until now, but recognizing the type of fabric or motif is not an easy thing so a classification process is needed. Gray level co-occurrence matrix is an extraction method used which is then used as color and shape characteristics to obtain contrast, energy and homogeneity values. Classification was carried out based on the results of the previous extraction using the k-nearest neighbors classification method. The purpose of classification is to divide the image of weaving into motif classes according to the pattern of the motif so that it is easy to identify according to its characteristics. The fabric image identification process uses Matlab R2017b software. K-nearest neighbors in classifying 2 sets of fabric data with a total of 20 datasets for training data and 2 sets of test data each with 10 data shows that the k-nearest neighbors method is seen from the level of testing the value of k=1 k= 3 and k=5 the accuracy obtained is 100%. the k-nearest neighbors method is good in classifying the types of woven fabric motifs.

Abstract

The need of the general public in Indonesia for four-wheeled vehicles to support transportation from one place to another continues to increase. Each individual has different needs for the type of car they want to own. A car with a different type has a different function. When wanting to own a car, there are many factors that must be considered before buying which often makes an individual confused about the various choices of brands and types available. This is the background for making a decision support system using the electre method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dan mengetahui informasi tentang keefektifan dan kepuasan pengguna sistem E-Learning Universitas Sulawesi Barat di masa pandemi Covid-19. E-Learning UNSULBAR masih memiliki kekurangan, seperti adanya keluhan dari beberapa mahasiswa dan dosen diantaranya masalah akses materi dan aplikasinya di android yang susah, fitur diskusi yang masih membingungkan, dan tidak semua dosen dan mahasiswa menggunakannya. Pengukuran kepuasan dilakukan menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil pengukuran disimpulkan bahwa secara umum pengguna sudah puas terhadap E-Learning UNSULBAR dengan melihat nilai tertinggi dari setiap dimensi, yaitu kategori Puas ada pada dimensi Content sebanyak 171 orang, Accuracy sebanyak 221 orang, Format sebanyak 177 orang, Ease of Use sebanyak 165 orang, dan Timelines sebanyak 161 orang. Dan untuk mengurutkan kategori tingkat kepuasan, diperoleh kategori Sangat Puas ada pada Content sebanyak 80 orang, kategori Puas ada pada Accuracy sebanyak 221 orang, kategori Kurang Puas ada pada Timelines sebanyak 131 orang, kategori Tidak Puas dan Sangat Tidak Puas ada pada Ease of Use sebanyak 32 orang dan 10 orang. Variabel yang dinilai cukup baik oleh pengguna yaitu Accuracy, Format, dan Content, sedangkan Timeliness dan Ease of Use masih perlu dikembangkan.

Abstract

This study aims to find trending topics and conduct sentiment analysis on trending topics related to the province of West Nusa Tenggara. This analysis uses tweet data from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020. The method used is Lexicon Based with the python programming language. The research stages consist of crawling the dataset, preprocessing, finding trending topics, lexicon based sentiment analysis & confusion matrix test and visualization. The conclusion from the analysis related to trending topics is that the top ten trending topics that emerged include: (1) COVID-19, (2) Wistan's brother, (3) MotoGP, (4) Rimpu Culture, (5) Baturotok Village fire, ( 6) The throwing of the factory by four housewives, (7) Rocky Gerung, (8) #onehealthKIPM, (9) after the NTB earthquake, and (10) the arrival of Sandiaga Uno to Bima. Sentiment analysis results show that several topics tend to lead to positive sentiment, including: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 8th topics, 9th and 10th topics. While the 1st topic is related to COVID-19, the 6th and 7th tend to lead to negative sentiment. The test accuracy value is above 80% and the average score for all topics is 100% on accuracy, 100% on precision and 100% on recall.

Abstract

Each individual has a different learning style, so they must know their learning style to speed up and facilitate the learning process. Identification of learning styles in general is still done by consulting directly with psychologists or filling out the questionnaire sheet provided, so the process of drawing conclusions also takes a long time because it still uses manual calculations. Thus, an expert system for identifying learning styles is needed to streamline time and make it easier for each individual to consult about their learning style tendencies. The learning style identification expert system was built using the forward chaining and backward chaining methods as well as the research method in the form of an experimental method that aims to compare the two expert system methods based on several aspects including accuracy of conclusions, ease of use, suitability and satisfaction of conclusion results, efficiency of the identification process and its usefulness to psychology or BK teacher in identifying learning styles. The results showed that the forward chaining method was superior to the backward chaining method, including in terms of accuracy of conclusions, 95% ease of use, 90% compatibility and satisfaction with conclusions, and 95% usefulness for psychology or counseling teacher. While the backward chaining method excels in the aspect of process efficiency only with a percentage of 87,5%.

Abstract

Animated films are a form of film that a lot of people enjoy watching. A type of animated film is a 3D animated film. Therefore, this can be utilized by making 3D animated films combined with Islamic nuances, which can remind the small, but also important things for the daily life of Muslims. Like being grateful. Although being grateful is a very simple thing, people tend to not enjoy and feel less with what they have gotten. If all muslims are grateful about something, their blessings will be increased. This animation was created using the blender software. The making of the animation "Grateful" is expected to help the audience to remember the small but necessary things known as 'being grateful'. In the making of this animated film, the pose to pose method will be used.

Abstract

Laptops are one of the tools that are widely used in today's modern era, with a portable design that is able to meet the needs of everyday work. To facilitate the selection of a laptop that is comfortable and in suitable with the needs of the work, a decision support system is needed to assist users in choosing the right laptop. This system uses the Simple Additive Weighting method which is a weighted addition method from all existing data. The results of the research are in the form of a decision support system application in choosing the ideal laptop based on a website that can make it easier for users to choose the ideal laptop and according to their needs based on predetermined laptop criteria
