Abstract

Application systems are a sub class of software that take advantage of the ability of a computer directly to perform a task that the user wants. PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in information and communication technology (ICT) services and telecommunications networks in Indonesia. PT Telkom also provides the procurement of materials and services for the installation of internet network devices. Development of an application system for checking the activation of the installation of material goods to customers and can assist the admin in checking the activation of the installation of material goods to customers. The development of the SCMT application has succeeded in checking the activation of the installation of material goods to customers. That way the admin can see the activation of the installation of material goods to customers. The development of the SCMT application is made using DFD to help understand the application system, and the development of this application uses ERD to determine relationships between tables.

Abstract

The inventory management information system at BJPS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Langsa is currently still being done manually, such as the data collection process in the warehouse. With a large number of items and not fixed, the process of collecting these items is very time consuming. So we need an information system for managing inventory of goods at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Langsa. The system to be created is a Web-based system using Xampp as the server. The results of the creation of an inventory management information system, namely an inventory management information system have been successfully designed and created to assist the goods data collection process is carried out to determine the number of incoming goods, outgoing goods, and the remaining goods in a computerized warehouse using the system Web Based Inventory Management Information.

Abstract

Pada sistem informasi aplikasi PPID terdapat menu menu utama seperti menu Dashboard. Dan dan menu utama yang kedua adalah Daftar Informasi Publik yang mana didalam menu Daftar Informasi Publik ini terdapat sub sub menu saperti, List, Tambah, Refresh dan Search. Menu utama yang ketiga yaitu Permohonan Informasi yang mana didalam menu Permohonan Informasi ini terdapat sub sub menu seperti, List, Permohonan >=5 hari dan Keberatan. Menu utama yang keempat adalah Web Content yang mana didalam Menu Web Content ini terdapat sub sub menu seperti, Themes,Iimage Slider, Berita dan Artikel. Menu utama yang kelima yaitu Web Pages. Kemudian menu utama yang keenam yaitu Web Link. Selanjutnya menu utama yang ketujuh yaitu Account Manager yang mana didalam menu Account Manager ini terdapat sub sub menu seperti, SKPA/SKPD, User, Group, dan Group ACL. Dan Menu utama yang terakhir adalah Help. Kata kunci: Sistem, Data, PPID

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology can benefit almost all fields, both government and private agencies. In an agency always needed a communication that aims to convey information without having to meet directly by means of holding a written communication called a letter. However, currently information technology is very useful to facilitate performance in correspondence activities, especially in the management of mail archives, one of which is at the Langsa City National Land Agency Office. At this time correspondence activities ranging from receiving, scheduling, archiving to verification of incoming and outgoing official letters at the Langsa City BPN Office are still using the agenda book. So with problems like this it takes quite a long time if you want to find the letter file again. From these problems, a system was created that will assist in the management of letter archives at the Langsa City Land Agency Office, namely by grouping letter archives based on letter types consisting of receipts, notifications, invitations and requests. Abstract

The development of technological sophistication today, is needed in various fields, especially in the field of education. Technology is needed in the field of education to make it easier for schools to obtain data, provide teaching and assess the development of schools, teachers, and students to be more efficient, fast and effective. Schools are where students receive guidance and instruction from educators or teachers. The quality of an educator is needed in realizing smart, skilled, and creative students. Therefore, they are required to have their own advantages that will make them the best teachers. Teacher performance is needed to improve the quality and quality of an educator. With a good community assessment of the TK IT An-Nur, teachers have a responsibility to always improve the quality and quality. Kindergarten teachers are required to be creative in guiding students, not only introduce children to lessons but also introduce children about manners and moral daily life. TK IT An-nur still uses a manual and has not been computerized in the assessment of teacher performance, so in determining the best teacher in each year is still groping. With the best teacher decision support system with graphic rating scales method, it can facilitate principals and operators in the performance assessment process and get accurate results.

Abstract

Increasing the number of cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia, the Government of Indonesia has made various efforts in handling Covid-19, one of which is the policy of Covid-19 vaccine for all indonesian people. With this policy, many people express their opinions through Twitter. The purpose of this sentiment analysis research is to find out public opinion about the policy of vaccine covid-19 on Twitter whether the opinion falls into the class of sentiment that is categorized into 5 namely very positive sentiment, positive sentiment, negative sentiment, somewhat negative or neutral sentiment and know the accuracy of the percentage of each class of polarity. Lexicon based research method using vader sentiment library. Vader sentiment, which is a lexicon-based method of analysis based on rule-based sentiment analysis. Based on the accuracy of the percentage obtained by positive sentiment as much as 20.25%, somewhat positive as much as 23.9%, negative as much as 1.88%, somewhat negative as much as 9.6% and neutral as much as 44.36%. It can be concluded that public opinion on the Covid-19 vaccine on Twitter using lexicon-based methods by utilizing vader sentiment library is mostly neutral.

Abstract

3D Animated Film is one type of film that is in great demand by various age groups, both teenagers, old people and children. The appearance is attractive and the presentation of a light storyline is an attraction. Many of the animated films tell funny things, history, to stories that are educational and contain moral messages. Messages in animated films are usually presented lightly, so the message to be conveyed becomes easier to capture. Therefore, apart from functioning as a medium of entertainment, animated films are also often used as a means of education, one of which is the education of Islamic values. The purpose of this research is to educate and provide information about our obligation to help each other among religious people. As for this research, a 3D animated film is made which tells us that if we meet someone who needs help, we as Muslims are obliged to help him. Making this 3D animation using Blender software, which is an open source software and can be downloaded directly on the official Blender website. The method I use in making this 3D animation is the Pose-to-Pose method. This method will determine the key poses called keypose on the movement, so that the 3D animation movement becomes easier. The design of 3D animated films made in this study is expected to produce an animated film that can educate the audience so that they can take the moral message presented, from the story entitled "Sedekah is Beautiful".

Abstract

Lately the whole world is rampant hit by the Corona Virus outbreak. Indonesia is not spared from the spread of this virus, with the Covid-19 in Indonesia making many adverse impacts that arise such as in the social, tourism, economic and education fields. The Minister of Education and Culture issued a circular on March 24, 2020 which contains about the learning/teaching process will be done online or online to reduce the number of virus spread in schools, after online school trials there are still many shortcomings, for example inadequate internet access. Because it was felt that online learning was less effective, of course this policy invited a lot of public comments, especially on social media twitter. This study aims to find out the comments whether it falls into the classification of sentiments that have been dividen into 5 classes, namely very positive sentiment, positive sentiment, negative sentiment, very negative sentiment, and neutral as well as to know the percentage results of each class. Lexicon Based's research method uses vader sentiment. The percentage accuracy results of 3000 tweet data were 1.3% very positive, 6.04% positive, 3.9% negative, 0.54% very negative, and 88.23% neutral. Abstract

Conventional learning methods have decreased in effectiveness during this pandemic period, many teaching staff have difficulty in monitoring the development of their students. Little Iqra is an Android-based educational application that helps schools monitor student progress through fun media for children. This app allows teachers to see their students progress in real time with the Real-Time Score feature powered by Firebase. This application is in the form of a Quiz. In this application, the teacher can change the content displayed on the quiz freely so that the potential for using this application is very large according to the creativity of the teacher. This application was also developed by taking into account the technological needs of all parties, with that this application has advantages in its size, which is 5MB. With this application, a study was conducted to determine behavioral intentions in its use using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model. This little iqra game is expected to help the teacher in supervising children's development and increasing children's interest in learning.

Abstract

Salah satu pusat perdagangan di Indonesia adalah Kota Bandung yang memiliki kurang lebih 140.000 UMKM, namun hanya sekitar 6000 UMKM yang terdaftar di Dinas KUMKM Kota Bandung. Hal ini memungkinkan banyaknya pelaku usaha yang sudah naik level, namun untuk mengetahui hal tersebut perlu dilakukan kegiatan levelling. Pada penelitian kali ini dimana peneliti akan membangun sebuat sistem bernama JURAGAN dengan tujuan melakukan kegiatan levelling tersebut secara terkomputerisasi. Peneliti akan menerap metode klasifikasi dengan teknik algoritma naïve bayes classifier sebagai perhitungannya. Algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier tersebut akan melakukan perhitungan terhadap data testing yang diberikan. Data testing tersebut akan diklasifikasikan dengan data training yang sudah ada, sehingga dapat ditemukan nilai probabilitasnya. Dengan adanya sistem JURAGAN tersebut dimana mampu melakukan kegiatan levelling tersebut dengan menerapkan metode klasifikasi secara terkomputerisasi dan akurat. Hal ini telah dibuktikan karena sudah melakukan pengujian kedalam software RapidMiner dan memperoleh ketepakan akurasi sebesar 100%. Sehingga dapat ditemukan pelaku usaha mana saja yang sudah naik level dari Usaha Mikro ke Usaha Kecil dan Menengah berdasarkan komunitas daerah.
