Abstract

Currently, the process of ordering tourist tickets is still done manually, especially in the Donorojo area, namely by visiting a travel agent or contacting the relevant party by telephone to order tickets. This process tends to take a long time, especially if users must queue to place an order. In addition, information regarding ticket prices and available schedules is not always easily accessible to users. The impact of this problem is confusion and errors in ordering tickets, as well as the buildup of queues at counters which causes congestion. To overcome this problem, we developed a tourist ticket booking application in Donorojo sub-district by implementing payment gateway methods including Flutter as a mobile application development framework and Firebase as a database management system that allows users to order tickets online, find out available tourist destination information and prices. and the schedule of tickets offered. The solution step taken is to collect and analyze data regarding popular tourist destinations, as well as implementing an online payment feature in the application. The interim results we have obtained are applications that are able to provide information about available tourist destinations, as well as provide convenience in the payment process and increase transaction security by using this payment gateway. Users can choose the desired destination, select the date and number of tickets needed, and make payment via the application. After payment is complete, the application will issue an electronic ticket which can be shown upon arrival at the tourist destination.

Abstract

Sanggar sehat Gurubansa patient administration system application is a software application designed to manage the administrative data of Sanggar Sehat Gurubansa to be more structured and organized. The administration system here is in the form of managing Sanggar patient data, medical records and payments. The purpose of this research is to develop the administration system of Sanggar Sehat Gurubansa by replacing the manual handwriting process with a mobile-based system. The system development method used at this time is the waterfall method. The waterfall method is a step that must be done sequentially one by one (cannot move on to the next part before the part being worked on is complete). The data collection methods applied in the administrative management process of Sanggar Sehat Gurubansa are interviews, location surveys, and literature studies while the system testing method uses blackbox analysis. This program was developed using several tools, including Android Studio, XAMPP, VSC and MySQL as the database. So that in the end the application developed can provide the information needed by users of the Sanggar Sehat Gurubansa quickly and efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the Web-Based Lapinhar, Lapinsus, and Lapbangsit Reporting Information System at the Penajam Paser Utara District Attorney's Office. This information system is a tool for presenting information in such a way that it is useful for the recipient through the services available in this system. The research site was conducted at the North Panajam Paser State Attorney's Office. Data collection methods are observation, interviews. Secondary data of this research is obtained from books, journals, and previous research. The result of this research is that a web-based information system has been successfully developed which aims to simplify the process of reporting and managing data in three important fields in the North Penajam Paser State Attorney's Office, namely Lapinhar (General Criminal Report), Lapinsus (Special Criminal Report), and Lapbangsit (System Build Report). Through careful analysis and design, this information system provides an effective solution in overcoming the obstacles that existed in the previous manual system.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in 2020 caused the economy to decline due to declining economic activity, making companies decide to lay off some workers so that the unemployment rate increased. This makes economic activists predict that there will be a global recession in 2023, Youtube as a video-sharing platform is one of the places to discuss through the comment’s column. The increasing number of YouTube users is one of the references for sentiment analysis using data taken from video comments. Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) is used to perform sentiment analysis, with 500 data divided into training data and test data, resulting in the highest accuracy of 90% training data and 76% test data. This result is obtained from the configuration of the LSTM architecture with dense layers using sigmoid activation and 50 epochs.

Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross, hereinafter abbreviated as PMI, is a national association organization in Indonesia that is active in the social and humanitarian fields. The letter filing system used is still done manually by recording it in a book, while the assignment system itself has been done online via the Indonesian Red Cross's own website. Using the old method, it is considered less effective because it will take a lot of time and it is easy to lose data. Therefore, we need a web-based information system that is felt to make it easier for employees to do letter filing. So in this study, it was built using the Laravel framework. The Laravel framework is used because it is considered easy to understand and has features that make it easier for developers to build the application. This study aims to facilitate employees in filing letters, assignments, and reporting the completion of assignments at the Indonesian Red Cross in Salatiga City. The research results show that this application can improve employee performance.

Abstract

Indonesia plays a significant role, particularly in the agricultural sector. The agricultural sector also contributes to the development of social, economic, and trade sectors. One of the products of the agricultural sector is rice. Rice is considered a staple in Indonesian households, serving as a crucial dietary component. Given its essential nature, rice owners must monitor their rice stock to ensure its consistent availability. However, in order to ascertain the rice stock, the rice owner must physically inspect it. The rice owner must, of course, rely on their memory to recall the remaining rice. This approach is less effective due to the limitations of human memory. To address this issue, the development of an Android-based system utilizing IoT (Internet of Things) technology becomes imperative. This system can provide real-time information on rice stock, accessible anytime and anywhere through a smartphone application. Therefore, rice owners will no longer face difficulties in monitoring their rice stock, as the information can be conveniently accessed via a mobile application.

Abstract

Currently, village governments are still facing inadequate and inefficient village administration systems in providing services to the community. The incompetence and inefficiencies of village administration systems can be seen from the numerous complaints from residents. People have complained about complicated, time-consuming village management procedures with unclear requirements. Recent technological developments in practice can be utilized to solve existing problems in public services, such as the use of mobile applications. In other words, technological advances, especially in the field of mobile applications, can be a solution to improve the quality of public services, including village level administration services. The purpose of this research is to design a mobile-based village administration service system to facilitate administration services at the village level. The waterfall model is the system development method used in this research. The Dart programming language is utilized within the Flutter framework to develop the system. Black box testing is conducted to test the functionality of the system being built. The test results demonstrate that the system runs well as expected, thus successfully implementing a Village Administration Service System that leverages mobile technology.

Abstract

Batik is an Indonesian cultural heritage that is internationally recognized by UNESCO. However, knowledge about the types of batik, especially traditional Pekalongan batik, is increasingly forgotten due to globalization. This research aims to create a Pekalongan traditional batik image classification system through Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) feature extraction and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) classification method. This system aims to make it easier for people to identify Pekalongan batik motifs without requiring special skills. The results showed that the GLCM and JST methods can be used to classify Pekalongan batik can predict correctly. The use of JST Backpropagation architecture with 3 hidden layers resulted in train data accuracy of 46.6% and test data accuracy of 55.5%. This system is expected to help preserve the cultural heritage of batik and increase public understanding of Pekalongan batik motifs.

Abstract

Curly red chili is one of the horticultural crops with high economic value. Curly red chili can cause inflation because the price fluctuates greatly and tends to rise. The purpose of the research is to predict future prices quickly and accurately so that the government and consumers can take preventive action against existing problems. This research will use the LSTM algorithm and a dataset of curly red chili prices in Yogyakarta from October 9, 2017 to October 27, 2023. Based on the testing of this research, the best results obtained are by using a data division ratio of 70%: 30%, epoch 150, batch size 48, learning rate 0.001, number of neurons 30, activation function ReLU, and the optimization function Adam which produces a MAPE value of 3.6995%, and an accuracy of 96.3005%. It is hoped that this system can help related parties get accurate curly red chili price predictions.

Abstract

Common problems with dental clinics include large queues of patients, lack of optimization of patient administration, and manual payment systems that make it difficult for patients. A mobile-based dental clinic reservation application that is integrated with the Midtrans payment system is a solution to the difficulty of administering reservations at dental clinics, reducing patient queue problems, and optimizing payments. This research method consists of problem identification, system analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. System implementation uses Android Studio software with the Kotlin programming language and the Jetpack Compose framework. Payment implementation using midtrans API services. For data storage and management using Firebase Firestore. There are two users, namely patient and admin, each of whom has a different role. Patients can make new reservations and make payments, while admins can accept or reject reservations and payments. Application testing is carried out using the black box testing method. The test results show that the application successfully passed the test for each parameter tested.
