Abstract

No one of God’s creatures is able to predict a future event appropriately, even with the use of analytical methods and advanced tools. This is because everything that will happen in the future will in principle be full of uncertainty followed by various risks in it. In an increasingly advanced era with all the complex issues, insurance comes to improve itself and grow better with the various innovations that run. Along with its progress also shifts social values which is the initial concept of insurance. Where insurance has now turned a face into a business-laden institution by prioritizing profit. So if we look at the insurance that runs like a business institution (conventional insurance) from the eyes of sharia, it is clear that it is prohibited in Islam because it contains gharar, Maisir and indications of usury. But it is still not able to open the eyes of Indonesian people who notabenenya muslim to switch to oriented on Takaful insurance. This paper aims to describe the problems in Takaful insurance that makes the paradigm of the community is reluctant (less interested) Takaful insurance and follow-up what needs to be done to seek Sharia insurance a priority of the community when it wants to minimize risk in accordance with Islamic religious teachings.

Abstract

The development of steel industry in Indonesia shows a fairly rapid growth through consumption increase of 8.3% from 2007 to 2015. PT. BS is a family business in Surabaya which is engaged in steel industry. The problem faced by PT.BS is the flow of funds within the company that is hampered. In addition, there are several other issues that are the high value of bad debts, the payment period of receivables is longer than the standard limits of the company and not found Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for the bill with the installment payment system. Internal control with COSO approach through value of family business is a strategy designed to improve internal control on the sales system. This researchuses qualitative exploratory method to analyze and evaluate internal control that has been applied by company. The results showed that internal control through the value of family business applied by the company still has many weaknesses in every procedure in the sales system. Therefore, PT.BS needs to apply the value of family bussines in internal control through a non-BUMN sales system with COSO approach to solve all problems and further research on Point of Sales (POS) and Sales Order (SO) necessary.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause a person to be a beggar in terms of structural and cultural factors. This study uses Grounded research. The resulting data are descriptive and the analysis is done inductively and this research is more emphasis on meaning than generalization. Data analysis technique used is based on constant comparative with descriptive strategy. The results of the research indicate that the structural factors that cause the community to become beggars are: 1) the education of beggars who are mostly only elementary school graduates, this causes them to have no formal skills so they can not be accepted to work in any company. 2) government assistance is not maximal, so they continue to get caught in poverty and prefer to become beggars to fulfill their life. Cultural factors that cause them to be beggars are: 1) Resigned, this is caused by the lack of capital given the government so that they live in poverty , 2) has no vision and mission of life, so there is no intention of the beggar to change his destiny.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the concept of investment of zakat money, which is permitted in Islam based on the teachings of the scholars. Data for the study were obtained from content analysis of the injunctions related to investment of zakat money. The result of the study shows that only the surplus amount of zakat money of the current year, that cannot be distributed, can be invested. Scholars have different views as regards to such investment. Some of the views support investing zakat money whereas, other are against such investment. Nevertheless, those who permit investment of zakat money have provided certain guidelines to be followed in order to protect the recipients’ interest, due to risks involved in investment or management vulnerability.

Abstract

Efek merupakan surat pengakuan hutang atas pinjaman uang dari masyarakat dalam bentuk tertentu yang diperdagangkan melalui Bursa saham dengan menjanjikan imbalan. Dengan perkembangan pasar modal saat ini, banyak instrumen pasar modal yang dapat dimanfaatkan dan berbasiskan syari’ah seperti, saham syari’ah, reksadana syari’ah, serta obligasi syari’ah. Perilaku investasi investor di pasar modal dipengaruhi oleh rasionalitas ekonomi, motivasi dan niat. Hal ini didorongan oleh organisme serta hasrat-hasrat psikologinya maupun karena pengaruh masyarakat atau kebudayaannya. untuk dapat memberikan motivasi para investor juga memerlukan ilmu pengetahuan yang merupakan salah satu unsur dari faktor kejiwaan seseorang dalam membentuk perilaku konsumen. Investasi menjadi salah satu harapan untuk memperoleh keuntungan dimasa mendatang, banyak cara untuk berinvestasi salah satunya lewat pasar modal. Banyak industri yang menggunakan pasar modal sebagai sarana menyerap dana dan memperkuat keuangannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh Inflasidan suku bunga terhadap bagi hasil bank syariah di Indonesia. Sampelpenelitian ini adalah inflasi, suku bunga dan bagi hasil bank syariah dari bulanJanuari tahun 2013 sampai bulan Juni tahun 2015. Desain penelitian yangdigunakan yaitu desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknikanalisis regresi linier berganda didukung dengan uji model dan uji statistikdengan menggunakan bantuan program Eviews versi 7. Dari hasil penelitianyang dilakukan pada alpha 5%, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa hasil analisisregresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel inflasi dansuku bunga berpengaruh terhadap bagi hasil bank syariah di Indonesia dansecara bersama-sama mempengaruhi bagi hasil bank syariah di Indonesia.Secara parsial inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap bagi hasil bank syariah.Sedangkan suku bunga terhadap bagi hasil bank syariah adalah positif dansignifikan, sehingga peningkatan suku bunga sebesar 1% akan menaikkan bagihasil bank syariah sebesar 0.027078%. Meningkatnya suku bunga akanmeningkatkan bagi hasil bank syariah, karena peningkatan suku bunga akanmembuat masyarakat akan beralih untuk mengajukan pembiayaan ke banksyariah dan tidak melakukan peminjaman uang kepada bank konvensionalyang menawarkan bunga lebih besar dari return yang akan dikembalikan.Variasi faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap bagi hasil bank syariah dijelaskanoleh variabel independen inflasi dan suku bunga yang secara bersama-samamenjelaskan pengaruh sebesar 24,10%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 75,9%dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Research this aim for conduct direct research related to the influence of the emergence of an online transportation system in the life of the community in terms of aspects of unemployment and also the welfare of the people in Medan City. This research was conducted at PT. GO-JEK Indonesia in Medan, North Sumatra Province with use method quantitative . On research this use technique SEM analysis methods with the help of Smart PLS program. Based on the results of statistical calculations after researched , then can be concluded that: the existence of online transportation has a significant positive effect on the unemployment rate directly. This can be proven from the t-statistics value of 86,750, the existence of online transportation has a significant positive effect on welfare directly. This can be proved from the t-statistics value of 5, 638, and with their online transportation positive 5,638, effect on the welfare of the signifikcant directly through variable unemployment. This can be proven 48 from the t-statistics value of 4,880. Thus, the H1, H2 and H3 hypothesis in this study was accepted.

Abstract

This study focuses on the concept of people’s economy from Muhammad Hatta reviewed in Maqasid al-Shariah’s perspective. Hatta’s attention to the people who were downtrodden due to the socio-economic structure in the Dutch colonization era backed by aristocrats and feudalism has led him to develop cooperatives. This study aims to describe the concept of people’s economy by Muhammad Hatta and analyze the relevance of Muhammad Hatta’s concept from Maqasid al-Shariah’s perspective. The study is a library research using the data obtained from primary and secondary sources. Based on the results and analysis, it is concluded that: According to Hatta, the concept of people’s economy is cooperatives. Cooperative is a from of joint venture by people to achieve mutual objectives. Cooperative was proposed based on the facts in the Dutch colonization era. Hatta as a founding father has brought the people’s economy to reality in the from of cooperatives as reflected by Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution. Hatta’s thoughts are relevant to the objectives of Islam 68 (Maqaashid al-Shariah). Among the basic values emphasized by Hatta are the values of ownership, justice, togetherness and familiarity, economic cooperation and cooperative, economic democracy and government’s role.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between purchasing decisions, products, prices, services, risks to consumer consumption behavior in the Islamic economic perspective (case study on Lazada Application Users in Medan). The method used is a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, supported by statistical tests, using the SPSS version 20. Testing partially coefficient of purchase decisions there is a relationship to consumptive behavior of 2.013 or 20.13%. The product coefficient has a relationship to consumptive behavior of 2,137 or 21,37%. The price coefficient is related to consumptive behavior of -2.637 or -26.37%. The service coefficient has a relationship to consumptive behavior of 2,893 or 28,93%. The risk coefficient is related to consumptive behavior of 2.043 or 20.43%. Partially there is a relationship between purchasing decisions, products, prices, services and risks to consumer behavior.
