Abstract

The increasing development of Islamic mutual funds and making a more varied and more promising sharia capital market instrument for investors who want to invest their capital in the Islamic capital market, are able to make Indonesia the largest country in establishing a sharia capital market. However, the development of Islamic mutual funds is not easy to make the largest sharia-based investment container in Indonesia because there are still many factors that can affect the rise and fall of NAVs in Islamic mutual funds that Investment Managers still find difficult to overcome. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the development of Islamic mutual funds in Indonesia. In this study the data used is secondary data. Data obtained from various sources, namely part of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Annual Report and also a portion of the Sharia Mutual Fund Development Statistics in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) taken in the third quarter of 2015-Quarterly III 2018. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods and using SPSS software. The results obtained showed that partially Islamic NAV mutual funds were only influenced by inflation and the number of RDS, while the Jakarta Islamic Indeks and the exchange rate did not affect the NAV of Islamic mutual funds. Simultaneously shows that Jakarta Islamic Indeks, exchange rate, inflation and the amount of RDS have a simultaneous influence on the dependent variable (Islamic mutual fund NAV.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Langsa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 23 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu Y = 3,125 + 0,512X1 + 0,166X2. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Langsa. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Langsa. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Langsa. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Langsa sebesar 62,5%, sedangkan sisanya 37,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research has the formulation of the problem namely, the first is how the influence of murabaha financing on economic growth in Indonesia, the second is how the influence of mudharabah financing on economic growth in Indonesia, the third is how the influence of ijarah financing on economic growth in Indonesia, and the fourth how is the influence of murabaha financing , mudaraba and ijarah on economic growth in Indonesia.This study aims to determine the effect of murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah financing on economic growth in Indonesia. In this study only 14 years were taken. This research uses quantitative research methods. The technique used in this study is Purposive Sampling, which is a technique of deliberate sampling. The type of data used in this study is secondary. Data analysis techniques used in this study are the analysis of classic assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypotheses. Partial results (T test) the influence of murabaha financing (X1) of 0.026 <0.05, mudharabah financing (X2) of 0.023 <0.05, ijarah financing (X3) of 0.010 <0.05 and a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. F test results (Simultaneous) showed a significant value of 0.002 <0.05, which means that murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah financing simultaneously had a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Then from the R-square test results of 0.62 or 62.3%. The magnitude of these results can be explained by the murabaha, mudharabah and ijarah financing variables in this study, while the remaining 37.7% is explained by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

Efek merupakan surat pengakuan hutang atas pinjaman uang dari masyarakat dalam bentuk tertentu yang diperdagangkan melalui Bursa saham dengan menjanjikan imbalan. Dengan perkembangan pasar modal saat ini, banyak instrumen pasar modal yang dapat dimanfaatkan dan berbasiskan syari’ah seperti, saham syari’ah, reksadana syari’ah, serta obligasi syari’ah. Perilaku investasi investor di pasar modal dipengaruhi oleh rasionalitas ekonomi, motivasi dan niat. Hal ini didorongan oleh organisme serta hasrat-hasrat psikologinya maupun karena pengaruh masyarakat atau kebudayaannya. untuk dapat memberikan motivasi para investor juga memerlukan ilmu pengetahuan yang merupakan salah satu unsur dari faktor kejiwaan seseorang dalam membentuk perilaku konsumen. Investasi menjadi salah satu harapan untuk memperoleh keuntungan dimasa mendatang, banyak cara untuk berinvestasi salah satunya lewat pasar modal. Banyak industri yang menggunakan pasar modal sebagai sarana menyerap dana dan memperkuat keuangannya.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the infl uence of motivation, behavior and understanding of community decisions in choosing islamic banking, this study uses non-probability sampling technique through purposive sampling method with a sample of 84 people, not all populations can be sampled with certain considerations. the results of this study that motivation has a positive and signifi cant effect on people’s decisions in choosing Islamic banks, behavior has a positive and signifi cant effect on people’s decisions in choosing Islamic banks and understanding has a positive and signifi cant effect on people’s decisions in choosing Islamic banks both partially and simultaneously. Based on the coeffi cient of determination, it can be concluded that motivation, behavior, and understanding infl uence community decisions by 0.471 or 47.1%, while the remaining 52.9% is infl uenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aimed to fi nd out factors that infl uencing costumers loyalty about murabahah fi nancing at Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Adeco Langsa and to determine the effects partialy and silmutanously to murabahah fi ancing costumers loyalty. There are factors that infl uencing murabahah fi nancing costumers loyalty including the infl uence of service factors, facility factors, and location factors. This study used the quantitative approach. The total of respondent are 80 costumers. Sampling this study was carried through probability sampling and simple random sampling , rarely the technique of determining to selected sample without regard to the levels in the population. This study used quesioners as many as 20 items questions that were assesed with a likert 1-5 scale and used validity and reliability test. The test of assumptions were, tests of multicollinearity, heteroscedastisitas, normality, linearity then analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the determination test method F test and t test. Base on multiple regression analysis at 5% signifi cance level show that simultaneously service factors, facility factors, and location factors have signifi cant positive effect to murabahah fi nancing costumers loyalty at Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Adeco Langsa, and then there are signifi cant positive effect of the facility factors to murabahah fi nancing costumer loyalty and the location also has a signifi cant positive infl uence on murabahah fi nancing costumer loyalty at Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Adeco Langsa, facility factor have the most dominant infl uence on murabahah fi nancing costumer loyalty at Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Adeco Langsa, with a signifi cance of 0,000 less than 0,05.

Abstract

The fulfillment of the needs generally provides an impact or benefits physically and so on. If a requirement sought, then the fulfillment of these needs will provide once public satisfaction, but if the needs weren’t based on the desire, it will only benefit it. There are several mechanisms in the Muslim consumption. Consumption and public satisfaction in Islam do not forbid moslems to fulfill the need or desire for the fulfillment of the human dignity. Indeed everything on this earth destined to humans, but humans are commanded to consume the goods / services that are both lawful and reasonable and not excessive. Fulfillment of desires or needs remain permissible as long as it adds maslahah or does not bring harm. Rational consumer is a smart consumer commodities to determine the benefit of themselves and public interest. The rational consumer’s indicators can be seen among others from their consumption behavior. The explanation highlights the role of consumption are very important as part of national income.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency investment has become a phenomenon in various countries, including Indonesia, especially among millennials. In February 2021, there were 4.2 million cryptocurrency investors in Indonesia, most of them are millennials. A cryptocurrency is a new form of investment, which has high volatility, where investors are faced with the risk of very volatile price changes. This study aims to determine the millennial generation's understanding of the risks of investing in cryptocurrency and how the millennial generation manages risk and maximizes profits when investing in cryptocurrency assets. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative method by conducting in-depth interviews, where the respondents are cryptocurrency investors with an age range of birth from 1980 to 2003. The results of this study indicate that the millennial generation has realized the risks faced when investing in cryptocurrencies and the risk management and profit maximization used are by determining stop loss and take profit points, waiting and selling, applying the dollar-cost averaging method, and investing long-term. By using this method, investors in this study avoid risk and get maximum profit when investing in cryptocurrency. Keywords: Risk Management, Profit maximization, Investment, Cryptocurrency, Millenial

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge, income and risk perceptions on the intention in stock investment intention among Muslim investors in the city of Langsa, Aceh, as of 2017. The data used in this study are primary, data derived from questionnaires, interviews, and observations. This study utilized a sample of 100 people, using a random sampling technique. The results of the study show that knowledge, income, and risk perceptions simultaneously influence the stock investment intention in Langsa society. Whereas in partial income and risk perceptions also affect the intention to stock investment, knowledge does not show the same effect. Respondents, who have the knowledge, are still not intentioned in stocks investing. This could be caused by low income from the community which makes the society of Langsa afraid to start investing in stocks. The low level of understanding of respondents about risk has special implications, which can reduce the intention of respondents to invest stocks in the capital market.==============================================================================================Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Intensi terhadap Investasi Saham di Kalangan Investor Muslim di Langsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengetahuan, pendapatan dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat investasi saham pada masyarakat Muslim di Kota Langsa, Aceh, pada tahun 2017. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah primer yaitu data berasal dari kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Sebanyak 100 sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan investasi, pendapatan, dan persepsi risiko secara simultan mempengaruhi minat investasi saham di pasar modal. Secara parsial, hnaya pengetahuan investasi yang tidak mempengaruhi minat investasi terhadap saham, sedangkan persepsi pendapatan dan risiko mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa walaupun memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup, responden tetap kurang meminati investasi dalam saham. Salah satu alasan adalah adanya kekhawatiran akan hasil yang tidak akan mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari sedangkan pendapatan mereka sendiri masih tergolong rendah. Selain itu, rendahnya pemahaman responden tentang risiko berimplikasi terhadap menurunnya minat responden untuk berinvestasi saham di pasar modal.

Abstract

Berbelanja secara online lebih didorong oleh keinginan semata. tanpa memperhatikan apa kegunaan barang- barang yang dibeli. Ditambah lagi dengan adanya berbagai macam penawaran mulai dari gratis ongkir, potongan harga, dan bisa bayar ditempat. Sehingga mendorong mahasiswa untuk terus berbelanja tanpa memikirkan kegunaanya. Jika hal ini diabaikan maka akan berdampak pada keungan, sehingga pengeluran semakin banyak, uang yang seharusnya di tabung atau digunakan untuk kebutuhan mendatang habis begitu saja hanya untuk membeli barang yang tidak diperlukan. Didalam Islam telah di ajarkan dalam berbelanja harus mengutamakan kebutuhan, bukan sekedar keinginan saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dalam berbelanja secara online yang ditinjau dari ekonomi Islam dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa FEBI IAIN Langsa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Langsa. Informan penelitiain sebanyak 7 orang . Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan melalui tahap pengumpulan data melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dalam berbelanja secara online yang ditinjau dari ekonomi Islam yaitu membeli produk demi menjaga penampilan diri dan gengsi, munculnya penilain bahwa membeli produk dengan harga yang mahal akan menimbulkan percaya diri yang tinggi, membeli produk karena adanya diskon atau potongan harga (bukan atas dasar manfaat dan kegunaanya) dan membeli produk sejenis dengan merek yang berbeda. Faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya perilaku konsumtif karena faktor uang saku, faktor iklan dan faktor pertemanan.Perilaku berbelanja online seperti ini tidak sesuai lagi dengan konsumsi Ekonomi Islam.
