Abstract

The Activity of Daily Living (ADL) is important for post-stroke patients. The study aims to identify the correlation of Self-efficacy with ADL on post-stroke patients in TMS Clinic Dr. R. Koesma Hospital of Tuban. Correlative analytic research design with a cross-sectional time approach. The study took a sample of 34 respondents by using Simple Random Sampling. Instrument research used questionnaires. Statistical tests used Spearman Rank. The dependent variable of the study is ADL and the independent variable self-efficacy. The results of the study found that ADL respondents were highly dependent 17.7% were found in respondents with low self-efficacy, independent ADL 23.5% were obtained in respondents with moderate self-efficacy. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank with the significance of α = 0.05. Statistical test results p = 0.03 < α = 0.05 showed there is a correlation between self-efficacy with ADL of patients after stroke. The role of nurses in improving self-efficacy by motivating and providing health education about ADL.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 11 Sungai Ambawang in IPS teacher who applied The Crossword Puzzle learning method to find out the improvement of students’ learning outcomes. This research is a School Action Research. The subject of this study was IPS or Social Studies teacher in grades VIII of SMP Negeri 11 Sungai Ambawang Kubu Raya Regency. This research took place in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of one meeting. The observation and documentation were used in data collection techniques. The type of data collected was observational data on students’ learning outcomes. The criteria for the success in this study was if the average percentage on students’ achievement indicators can reach 75% and has a minimum value of 70 according to KKM on SMP Negeri 11 Sungai Ambawang’s Curriculum. The application of the Crossword Puzzle method which was done by social studies teachers could improve students’ learning outcomes in grades VIII of SMP Negeri 11 Sungai Ambawang. This was evidenced by an increase in the average percentage of students’ learning outcomes for each cycle. This was evidenced by the percentage of students’ learning outcomes that reach the KKM’s value in the first cycle of 50% which was increased to 100% in the second cycle. It means that the number of students’ learning outcomes that reach the KKM’s value of 70 had exceeded the success criteria which was set at 75%.

Abstract

AWLR with the application of I Am Aren is been CSR program of PT Pupuk Kaltim that was developed as a flood disaster mitigation in order to be able to minimize the loss of society cause of flooding. Obtaining data used black-box testing techniques, surveys, and interviews which are then analyzed inductively. Respondents involved as many as 40 people for the survey and 20 people for the interview. The research approach used qualitative research. The results showed that the black-box testing for the recording feature was following the procedure and could provide accurate information. Respondents did not undergo problems in the using and the results of the implementation of the tool were able to reduce losses to 74.4% from the previous loss.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the correlation between the implementation of excellent services with the level of patient satisfaction. The design of this study used correlational analytics with the Cross-Sectional time approach. The sample in this study was inpatients in the VIP room of Medika Mulia Hospital of Tuban with an accidental sampling technique. The sample size was 56 people. The data collection used a questionnaire instrument. Then analyzed used Spearman Rank statistical test with significance level α = 0.05. The results of study 52 (96.3%) respondents stated excellent service of nursing with a very satisfying level of satisfaction, 2 (3.7%) respondents stated excellent service of nursing with a satisfying level of satisfaction, 1 (50%) stated that nursing service was quite excellent with a level of satisfaction is very satisfied, 1 (50%) of respondents said that the nursing service was excellent with a satisfied level of satisfaction and none of the respondents stated that nursing service was not prime and was not satisfied with the services of nursing. The results of data analysis obtained the value of p = 0.004, meaning p <0.05, which means there was a correlation between the implementation of excellent service of nursing with the level of patient satisfaction in the VIP Room of Medika Mulia Hospital of Tuban.

Abstract

The shortest path continues to be a trend until now that is always discussed and developed. This study focuses on the construction process and description of the students' understanding in deciding the shortest route based on the matrix iteration according to the Floyd-Warshall algorithm. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative research and the data collection technique is a test technique. The research data included problem-solving by four students with different abilities and the result data were analyzed inductively. The results showed that the matrix iteration with the formula for determining the entry of the iteration matrix xn = minimum(dijk-1, dikk-1 + dkjk-1) was followed without any constraints by all students until the 7th iteration. It was found that the inaccuracy of taking entries in the 1st iteration by students with low ability caused calculation errors and failure in finding the shortest route.
