Introduction: Concentration is an important aspect for a person in achieving learning and is related to the working ability of the brain. Maximum brain performance increases concentration, so that changes in parts of the brain also occur so there will be a decrease in the level of concentration. Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the influence of the brain gym on student learning at STIKES NU Tuban. Method: The design of this study was Quasy Experimental by designing a pretest-posttest with a control group. The sample uses a systematic random sampling taken by 26 respondents (13 experimental group respondents and 13 control group respondents). Data collection using a questionnaire. Analysis using the Mann Whitney test. Results: Asymp results were obtained. Sig. = 0,000 which means the help of the composition of brain gym for the concentration of student learning. Discussion: Giving brain gym intervention as an ice breaker can make a good contribution to the concentration of student learning. Brain gym can be applied to students, just before the lesson starts or in the middle of the lesson, and the implementation time is approximately 10-15 minutes.

PTSD (Post Traumatic Syndrome Disorder) is a syndrome of anxiety, autonomic lability, and experiencing flashbacks of very sad experiences after physical and emotional stress that exceeds the endurance limits of ordinary people. In addition, PTSD can also be defined as an extreme physically and mentally debilitating condition that occurs after a person sees, hears, or experiences a severe traumatic event and or an event that threatens his life. Introduction: The Underwear Rule is a simple guide to help parents explain about sex education to children. The initial survey revealed that knowledge of The Underwear Rule among first grade students were still low. This research used one of methods of health promotion to increase knowledge of The Underwear Rule was snakes and ladders method. This method is fun and easy to play. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of a snakes and ladders method towards knowledge of The Underwear Rule. Method: This research used pre-experimental design with pre and post test without control method. The samples were 51 respondents gathered by using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable was sex education with snakes and ladders method as intervention and the dependent variable was knowledge of The Underwear Rule was assessed by structured interview. Result and Analyzed: The research result revealed many of the respondents had fair knowledge in pre-test and almost all respondents had good knowledge in post-test, so H1 was accepted that mean there was effect of a snakes and ladders method towards knowledge of The Underwear Rule based on the analysis findings with the wilcoxon test in which ρ-value (0.000) ≤ α (0.05) was obtained. Discussion: The suggestion for school is expected to applied regularly sex education about The Underwear Rule with snakes and ladders method.

Adaptation in adolescents involves the occurrence of individuals with their ability to be able to accept themselves with the surrounding environment related to how to overcome problems using the coping process. This study aims to look at the use of coping strategies with adjustment in seventh grade adolescents in the Khairunnas Tahfidz Middle School Entrepreneur.This type of research is correlational using a cross sectional time approach with a population of 89 adolescents selected by simple random sampling found 73 adolescents. The independent variable is the coping strategy and the dependent is the adjustment that is measured using the contingency coefficient test.The results of research conducted on seventh grade adolescent Tahfidz Middle School Entrepreneur Khairunnas Tuban after being analyzed using SPSS 23 it is known that the Contingency Coefficient test is ρ = 0,000 and the value of r =0.523 (0.5) means it shows the value of ρ α (0,000 0.05) which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, there is a relationship between coping strategies and adjustment in the seventh grade teenagers of the Tahfidz Middle School Entrepreneur Khairunnas Tuban.From the description above it can be concluded that there is a relationship between coping strategies with adolescent VII grade adolescents in the Tahfidz Middle School Khairunnas Entrepreneur with results based on the Contingency Coefficient Test obtained ρ = 0,000 with a significance level of r = 0.05

Early marriage is defined as a marriage that occurs before a child has 18 years of age. Indonesia was ranked 37th and the second highest ASEAN after Cambodia. Factors that cause marriage at an early age include social and cultural influences, the environment of residence, family, and the role of parents. This research is a pre-experimental study with a one-group pre-post design approach. The study sample was 28 housewives with a simple random sampling technique. The independent variable of the research is the multi-step flow of communication. The dependent variable is the social factor of maturing the age of marriage. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test with a significant level of p-value ≤ 0.05. Calculated obtained p-value = 0,000 (≤ 0.05) means that H1 is accepted or there is a multi-step flow of communication influence on social factors maturing the age of marriage. The conclusions that can be taken by the multi-step flow of communication can influence social factors in maturing the age of marriage in 3 stages. In the third stage, complex communication is created and there is a process of discussion between groups so that it can increase the knowledge and duties of the role of parents in maturing the age of marriage.

The Activity of Daily Living (ADL) is important for post-stroke patients. The study aims to identify the correlation of Self-efficacy with ADL on post-stroke patients in TMS Clinic Dr. R. Koesma Hospital of Tuban. Correlative analytic research design with a cross-sectional time approach. The study took a sample of 34 respondents by using Simple Random Sampling. Instrument research used questionnaires. Statistical tests used Spearman Rank. The dependent variable of the study is ADL and the independent variable self-efficacy. The results of the study found that ADL respondents were highly dependent 17.7% were found in respondents with low self-efficacy, independent ADL 23.5% were obtained in respondents with moderate self-efficacy. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank with the significance of α = 0.05. Statistical test results p = 0.03 < α = 0.05 showed there is a correlation between self-efficacy with ADL of patients after stroke. The role of nurses in improving self-efficacy by motivating and providing health education about ADL.
