Abstract

Competition increasingly harsh world of work and a lot of people who have not equalized the ability of the deaf to make them more challenging to grow and live independently. Still, there who think that people with smallpox are the ones who made the other person. Though there are still people with disabilities who have the talent and it can lift more appreciated in rank than the healthy surrounding environment. Could take the lesson that not all people with disabilities harm others. Normal Supposedly embarrassed and could make the experience from these people if see the concept, entrepreneurship be entrepreneurial while their entrepreneurship taste of the French language "Enterprende" which means to perform or carry out, while understanding the entrepreneur is one who organizes, manages and bears the risk of the business. Now, this entrepreneur also often include the inventor and developer of business, which can recognize and exploit opportunities. Convert chances into something worth performed and marketed. To grow themselves disabilities deaf, our team community service to choose the Finger Talk communities, as a forum to educate entrepreneurship training and processing and bread baking for friends disabilities deaf, from the training expected to foster the entrepreneurial spirit for disabilities friends and have expertise in making bread so that it can generate several kinds of food with some flavor.

Abstract

Japanese technical apprenticeship opportunities for developing countries, including Indonesia. The program is called with the Technical Internship Training Program officially run by the respective governments. Apprentices from Indonesia had the opportunity to undergo an internship program for three years and earn wages while in Japan. Delivery interns from Indonesia, operationally performed by LPK (Employment Training Institute), who get permits and supervised by the Ministry of Manpower. Preparations made by the CAB include language training and technical skills, but not include things beyond the core financial management program. With the chance to get a monthly income that is worth 3-4 times more than the minimum wage in Indonesia, but only lasted three years (36 months), then the knowledge of the purpose and financial planning becomes essential. Activities by the Indian Institute of Technology and Business Ahmad Dahlan fill the void giver material in the aspect of financial literacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge to the orphanage the importance of entrepreneurship, anything that can use as a business, how to make a product that will be manufacture and sold, as well as provide training and product marketing strategy generated. Educational entrepreneurship is a conscious effort to change a person's behavior. Educational activities are designed, organized, monitored, and evaluated to be able to achieve the goals set. Therefore, the implementation of education should give priority to dialogue and not as an object in this research conducted on orphans and orphans orphanage is located at Jl. Pajajaran Raya RT 003/005, Village Bencongan Beautiful, Housing III Karawaci. The method used in community service activities is to perform direct training and practice, in this training are given activities that include, presentation materials and practices make empek-empek culinary products presented by direct instructor skilled in the art. The implications of this community service activities are the need for product innovation and should think creatively to obtain products that are creative and innovative while remaining affordable and enjoyable.

Abstract

The purpose of the Scholarship Program for Strengthening the reforming institution (SPIRIT) is to build the capacity of participating institutions by (i) strengthening human resources in critical functional areas; and (ii) improving their ability to start and manage reforms. The study showed that the Transfer of Knowledge by the SPIRIT Alumni in the Unit of work could not be measured objectively. Transfer Knowledge conducted by SPIRIT alumni is generally informally to complete the work is judged to have a relatively high difficulty level of SPIRIT Alumni are usually able to apply their knowledge and skills with teammates/colleagues in their units.
