Abstract

This study aims to determine all the effects of earnings per share, ownership size, institutional ownership on stock returns. The study used a population of all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period with 65 sample companies obtained through the round-trip method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable earning per share partially shows t has a significant effect on stock returns with a significant value. The company size variable partially shows a significant effect on stock returns with a significant value. The institutional ownership variable partially shows a significant effect on stock returns with a significant value. Simultaneously, earnings per share, company size and institutional ownership have a significant effect on stock returns with a significant value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of environmental performance, corporate social responsibility disclosure on firm value with financial performance as an intervening variable. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports (annual report) for 2015-2019. Technical analysis of the data using multiple regression analysis with random sampling with a total of 35 companies from a total population of 61 companies. The results showed that environmental performance had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Corporate social responsibility disclosure had a positive and significant effect on firm value, and financial performance had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Environmental performance has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, corporate social responsibility disclosure has no positive and significant effect on financial performance and financial performance is able to intervene in environmental performance, corporate social responsibility disclosure on company value

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and organizational commitment on work motivation and employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Karya Sawitindo Mas (KSM) in Muko-muko sub-district. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This research was conducted with a sample of 106 respondents, namely employees of PT. Karya Sawitindo Mas (KSM) in Muko-muko sub-district. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires, observation, and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21.0 program. Based on the results of the analysis of the research that has been done, the results found that (1)There is no influence between Interpersonal Communication on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Karya Sawitindo Mas (KSM), (2)There is no influence between Organizational Commitment on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Karya Sawitindo Mas (KSM), (3)There is an influence of interpersonal communication and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Karya Sawitindo Mas (KSM), (4)There is a unidirectional relationship between interpersonal communication and work motivation, (5)There is a unidirectional relationship between organizational commitment to work motivation, (6)There is a unidirectional relationship between employee job satisfaction and work motivation, (7)There is no influence between interpersonal communication and organizational commitment on work motivation which is associated with employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the revenue and expenditure budget of Sawahlunto City. The object of this research is the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Sawahlunto City. The data used in this study are financial reports compiled by BPKAD Sawahlunto City for 5 years (2016-2020). From this study, it was found that the effectiveness of the implementation of the Sawahlunto City Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in 2016-2020 is quite effective, because the level of effectiveness is still in the rank of 99%. Meanwhile, for the level of efficiency, it can be concluded that the city of Sawahlunto is quite efficient, because the percentage is still below 100%.

Abstract

The research aims to discover the inflation as a moderating variable on stock price volatility: earnings volatility,asset growth, and dividend policy. earnings volatility, asset growth, and dividend policy are used as independent variablesand stock price volatility are used as dependent variables. Inflation as moderating variable. This research was conducted atmanufacturing firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016-2020. Data obtained by accessing the IndonesiaStock Exchange’s website. The samples in this research used the purposive sampling method so that from 193 populationsto get a sample size 38 companies. Data in this research were analyzed with panel data analysis techniques.The result of this research indicate that the asset growth has positif and significant effect partially on stock pricevolatility, while earnings volatility and dividend policy does’nt have significant effect partially on stock price volatility.Earnings volatility, asset growth and dividend policy that are moderated by inflation does’nt have significant effect on stockprice volatility.
