In Trip Advisor, visitors will be helped to make right decision while traveling based on information from tourist attractions and reviews from previous visitors. On the other hand, Lovina, as one of the main tourist attractions in Singaraja, cannot be separated from this Trip Advisor site. As a tourist area that is developing, Lovina must continue to improve and the Trip Advisor site can be used as a basis for this improvement. Based on the above problems, the author would like to study about the positive and negative revies from visitors regarding Lovina Beach. A literature study was made based on visitors’ comments or reviews of Lovina Beach on the Trip Advisor site in the last 5 year (2014 - 2018). The results of the literature study are as follows. Positive comments that arise about Lovina beach are on the attractions of interesting dolphin tours, the soothing atmosphere of Lovina, tourist accommodation such as satisfying hotels and restaurants, experienced tour guides and incredible sunset attractions. Of the many complaints, it can be mapped that tourists 'dissatisfaction with Lovina tends to be in dolphin tourism attractions that sacrifice dolphins' life in the wilderness, dirty beach and seawater, street traders and vendors who force their stuffs, security, lack of tourist attractions, unsuitable atmosphere with tourist expectations and distant location from other tourism object. Abstract

The cultural manifestations carried out jointly, especially by Hindus in Bali, are demonstrated through this local wisdom to express gratitude to God or Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa. Titib (2007: 41) states that local wisdom gives a hue and coloring the life of Hinduism and Balinese culture. Hinduism gives enlightenment to Balinese people while still preserving existing beliefs and traditions. Every region in Bali has its own religious tradition that is characteristic of one of them in the village of Giri Mas, which is an ancient ceremony that takes place from generation to generation namely the Ngusaba Bukakak Ceremony conducted by the community in Giri Emas Village. Subak is a Balinese cultural heritage in the form of an irrigation system that regulates the distribution of water management based on patterns of harmony and togetherness based on formal rules and religious values. The management of conventional irrigation systems tends to only be based on the concepts of efficiency based on formal rules, with an economic mindset. Meanwhile, the concepts of effectiveness, religious values, and management of irrigation systems based on harmony and togetherness, are well-organized and flexible in this subak system in Bali. The background of the establishment of this organization was several thousand years ago because of the steep topography and conditions of the rivers in Bali. This causes the water source in a farmer's rice complex is generally quite far and limited. To be able to channel water to a rice field complex, they must make a tunnel through the rocky hills. This condition caused the Balinese farmers to gather themselves and form a Subak organization. Keyword : Ngusaba Bukakak, Community Contestation, Tourist Attraction

Abstract

The teachings of Hinduism are the oldest teachings not only in Indonesia, but the oldest teachings in the world. Along with the changing times, from the very simple era to the modern era, which is based on the attitude of the hedonism of the people whose tendency to change their attitude from the mindset, attitudes and behavior of people who live life with dense activities until they forget time, especially experienced by the people in big cities, of course, it will create an opportunity and challenge in the process of disseminating the Dharma teachings carried out by a discourse teacher. This research technique uses interview techniques with the results of global civilization which are characterized by the presence of increasingly rapid modern technology which is always changing from time to time. To create a global understanding of Hindu teachings, of course, a discourse teacher must be able to see the opportunities and challenges faced at this time. This great opportunity possessed by a discourse scholar in the midst of advanced civilizations such as: the opportunity to deliver using a variety of media that can reach widely and cheaply, an increase in internet usage every year, and of course with the advanced situation in this industrial era will provide an opportunity for a discourse teacher for creativity in giving dharma teachings Keywords : Alienasi, Pendharma Wacana, Modern

Abstract

Every human being in his activities and interactions is always required to build relationships between one another. Relationships formed between humans are a combination of different individuals, ethnicities, cultures, religions. This condition requires self-adjustment skills to create a common perception in relationships that are built between humans. Humans in their existence are manifestations of beings who are required to always fulfill their needs, and this need is a competitive world reality demand. To realize that existence, humans try to initiate social reality so that they do not fall short of inability in the form of communication. In its application, human life is always faced with various phenomena of plurality in the form of skin color, ethnic plurality, religious plurality, and plurality of languages. With plurality it is often the trigger for conflict. To bridge the gap, various types of accommodation are needed that can bring these differences together so that there is understanding and recognition of the existence of a culture with adequate human relations and public relations capabilities. The better and more effective the pattern of managing this relationship, the better it will be in mediating the cross-cultural relations that occur so as to produce a shared value that is built. Keywords: Human Relation, Public Relation, Cross Culture, Communication Value

Abstract

Bali is famous as an island that has many unique traditions. The unique tradition found on the island of Bali is generally an ancestral heritage. This tradition contains values that want to be inherited and cannot be changed. The values in the tradition can be a guide in behaving for the supportive community. One of the unique traditions found in Bali is the tradition of the subak nyepi in Giri Emas Village by way of a collective agreement or arrangement in local village customs and traditions with no meaning or traditional ceremony or ritual ceremony. In accordance with the observations made by the authors, the community in Giri Emas Village in the implementation of the Bhuta Yad ceremony had little difference with the people in other regions. Differences of opinion will be the study of the author, but the understanding of the community is more of a priority.Keyword : Subak Nyepi Tradition, Oath Behind Ceremony

Abstract

Men against women usually do hegemony. However, it does not rule out the possibility that women can do hegemony over their fellow human beings. Even if women do hegemony towards women, their form can be more sadistic than male hegemony towards women. They are not only found in real life but also in texts of literary works such as in Satua Men Tiwas signed Men Sugih, where this literary work is one of the well-known ones in Bali. In each of the Men Tiwas signed by Sugih, Men described the hegemony of Men Sugih towards Men Tiwas, where the economic levels of both of them are inversely proportional. Like the concept of karmapala in Bali, in this literature Men Sugih also got karmapala due to his sadistic actions towards Men Tiwas. Keywords: Literature, women, Hegemony, Economy, Karmaphala

Abstract

Housing Traditional Balinese Settlements is a whole and round place with traditional patterns consisting of 3 elements, namely: elements of kahyangan tiga (village temple), elements of krama desa (residents), and Karang desa (region) against the background of norms and the traditional values that underlie it. The Housing of Traditional Balinese Settlements is based on concepts such as: a harmonious relationship between Bhuana Agung and Bhuana Alit, Ring Bead Cucupu, Tri Hita Karana, Tri Angga, Hulu-Teben to the birth of the Sanga Mandala value system that gives spatial directions , both in the scale of the house (home) and housing (village) based on the concept of the asta kosala kosali and asta bumi. Based on this concept by maintaining a noble culture based on literature inherited by the Balinese people, it is expected to be a humanist residence and bring good fibration to the people who died and become a tourist attraction. Abstract

Pura Bencingah, Sukasada Sub-District, Buleleng Regency has the historical value of the struggle of the Balinese people, especially in Buleleng, established because of a vow (promise) of fighters in terms of seizing independence from invaders to the Almighty God. So that it has a very thick acculturation at the time of praising which is very interesting to study. This study aims to find out philosophical values, pujawali procession and cultural acculturation found in Pura Bencingah. In this study, problems were examined using the theory of Social Change, Religious Theory and Cultural Acculturation. The results showed that the philosophical value of the Bencingah temple was founded on the feeling of obtaining a sense of security (raksanam) from Ida Sang Hyang Widi Wasa when fighting and liberating the Indonesian nation from the shackles of colonialism, as a form of state and religion. The procession at the preliminary ceremony was held at Soma Kliwon Wuku Kuningan (Soma Macekan Agung) in Bencingah Temple led by Pura Bencingah Jro Mangku Dalem Chief witnessed directly by pemedek and veteran fighters using banten facilities such as banten for offal, banten for sekonghe gong and help caru. Cultural acculturation that can be seen in this pujawali is when the process of mepurwa daksina (walking around the main monument) while carrying a red and white flag 2 stalks of the arena followed by approximately 15 people rotating 3 times. This procession was accompanied by a bell / bajra sound by the Bencingah temple langang. At this time, the pemedek who came to pray joined in singing a great Indonesian song accompanied by the sound of Gong (gambelan "longgoran" at the time murwa daksina) and after that continued with a moment of silence.
