Abstract

This study aims to examine the analysis of the influence of products, prices, promotions and marketing places on customer decisions Cafe Teraswara Sidodadi South Labuhanbatu and Halal food as a Moderating variable. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and distributed to 70 research samples, namely Cafe teraswara consumers. Data analysis in this study using the help of SPSS version 20. Data testing techniques conducted in this study include validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and partial and simultaneous testing. The results of the analysis showed that the product has a positive effect on purchasing decisions moderated by halal food it can be seen from the value of t count > t table (6,530>1,997), the price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions moderated by halal food it can be seen from the value of t count > t table (3,387>1,997), promotion has a positive effect on purchasing decisions moderated by halal food it can be seen from the value of t count > t table (3,695>1,997), marketing places have a positive effect on purchasing decisions moderated by halal food this can be seen from the value of t count > t table (3.651>1.997), products, prices, promotions and marketing places have a positive effect on purchasing decisions moderated by halal food this can be seen from the value of F count > F table (97.562>2.51).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the influence of service quality, work environment, workload and work environment on employee loyalty at Rantauprapat General Hospital. In testing individually / partially (t test) obtained two variables that have a significant influence and two variables that are not significant to employee loyalty. Where the value of the probability of significant service quality variable (X1) is more than 0.05, which is equal to 0.001 with a value of beta ( ③ ) of 0.500, for the work environment variable (X2) is less than 0.05, which is equal to 0.031 with a value of beta ( ③ ) of 0.361, the workload variable (X3) has a significant probability value of more than 0.05, which is equal to 0.085 with a value of beta ( ③ ) of 0.179, as well as the work environment variable has a significant probability value of more than 0.05 that is equal to 0.056 with a beta value of 0.243. For the results of the analysis based on the F test conducted showed that the quality of service, work environment, workload and work environment simultaneously or together have a significant positive influence on employee loyalty in Rantauprapat General Hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the price, promotion, and location in increasing customer buying interest gas cylinder 12 Kg at PT. Arta Prima Rantauprapat. The population in this study are consumers who purchase LPG cylinders 12 Kg at PT. Jalan Arta Prima Rantauprapat is as many as 408 people. This study uses a simple random sampling method that is where random withdrawal by providing equal opportunities for each member of the population to eliminate his opinion. We are a company engaged in the procurement of goods and services industry. The prices offered by this company are as follows: the prices offered by this company are as follows: the prices offered by this company are as follows: the prices offered by this company are as follows: the prices offered by this company are as follows: the prices offered by this company are by this company are the prices offered by this company are the prices offered by this company are the prices offered by the company.   In the variable promotion and location and significant influence on buying interest in filling LPG cylinders 12 Kg at PT. Arta Prima Rantauprapat. R Square value of 0.318 or 31.8% buying interest can be converted by price penetration, promotion and location while the side 68.2% can be converted by other variables that are not shared in this study. SPSS (Social Science Statistics package) software version 22.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of analysis of motivation, discipline, work stress and leadership style on employee performance at PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir AEK Kanopan Kotapinang District Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study amounted to 34 people. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple Linear regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination and the data is processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program. The results of the hypothesis test showed that partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it is seen from the value of thitung for location is thitung 2.712 > ttable 1.697, with a significant value of 0.005 < 0.05. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it is seen from the value of Thitung for Discipline is thitung 2.694 > ttable 1.697, with a significant value of 0.009 < 0.05. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, This can be seen from the value of thitung for work stress is thitung 2.677 > ttable 1.697, with a significant value of 0.015 < 0.05. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance This can be seen from the value of thitung for leadership style is thitung 2.431 > ttable 1.697, with a significant value of 0.025< 0.05. Ftable value is 2.70, then based on the calculation results show that the value of F count 14.241 >2.70, and the significant value of 0.046 < 0.05. This shows that simultaneously The Independent Variable has a positive and significant effect on the Dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work environment, communication, discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research was conducted in Labuhanbatu Public Library. The number of respondents was 53 people. This study divides the questionnaire to employees and division heads. Data processing and analysis techniques using SPSS version 23. The results stated that the work environment, communication, work discipline and work environment have a significant effect individually and have a significant effect together on the performance of employees in the Labuhanbatu Public Library. A comfortable working environment and a high level of communication, discipline will improve employee performance.

Abstract

Discipline is a form of awareness of a person to obey or obey the rules and values or social norms that apply. Work discipline for employees is used as a reference or benchmark for the success of human resources to use all their abilities to achieve everything they want.This study aims to examine the factors that affect the work discipline of employees at the Religious Court office Rantau Prapat. These factors include work environment, supervisor supervision, compensation, and commitment. The population that will be used as a study is the Office of religious court employees rantauprapat totaling 40 people. In this study the authors took samples using probability sampling with simple random sampling technique approach. The data sources used are primary data with questionnaires and secondary data with company data. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis method by performing classical assumption test in data management. The results of this study concluded that the factors of work environment, supervisor supervision, compensation, and commitment have a positive effect on the work discipline of employees at the Office of the Religious Court Rantauprapat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, brand image, customer value and motivation of members of the loyalty of members in KSU Rantauprapat, either partially or simultaneously. Data collection using interview techniques, questionnaires and literature studies. Execution of data analysis methods using the help of software SPSS 22.0 for windows. This study used a sample of 100 people in the sampling method is simple random side. simple random aside is a random sampling system and provides equal opportunities for every member of the population to express their opinions. Hypothesis testing results persial (t test) showed that the quality of Service(X1) significant positive effect on member loyalty (Y) where the value of thitung (1.795)< ttable (1.985) and the probability of 0.076> 0.05. Brand image (X2) positive and significant effect on member loyalty (Y), where the value of thitung ( 0.690) < ttable (1.985) and probability 0.492> 0.05. Customer value (X3) significant positive effect on member loyalty (Y), where the value of the count (4.063) > ttable (1.985) and the probability of 0.000 < 0.05.Member motivation (X4) significant positive effect on member loyalty (Y), where the value of the count (3.332) > ttable ( 1.985) and the probability of 0.001 < 0.05. The results of the study based on the simultaneous test (F test) showed that simultaneously (simultaneously) variable quality of Service (X1), brand image (X2), customer value (X3), and member motivation (X4) simultaneously positive and significant effect on member loyalty (Y) KSU Riama Rantauprapat, with a significant level of value Fcount (9.611) > Ftable (2.47) and the probability of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the coefficient determination test Adjusted R Squareindicates that the quality of Service (X1), brand image (X2), Customer Value (X3), and motivation of members (X4) can affect the loyalty of members (Y) at KSU Riama Rantauprapat by 25.8%.While the remaining 74.2% of member loyalty is influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study.
