Abstract

The development of the supply chain management science system makes the application of production arrangements from the producer line to the consumer level. Supply chain management or better known as the supply chain is a system that ensures the proper delivery of management from producers to consumers. In this research, it focuses more on the analysis of the availability of basic ingredients in the community for supply chain management. This study uses a qualitative method by means of a literature review of the existing reading literature and is developed in detail. The supply chain process that ensures the availability of the supply chain is planning, purchasing or procurement, production, warehouse management, order delivery, and order returns, while for the benefits of supply chain management, namely customer satisfaction, increasing revenue, decreasing costs, and increasing asset utilization. , profit increases, and the company gets bigger.

Abstract

Economic development or economic growth is a continuous change in the economic conditions of a community group towards a better state. The purpose of this research is to find out how the economic development in Medan city is based on the results of the internship analysis that the researchers did. The research method used in this study uses qualitative methods. To improve regional development, especially in developing areas, the regional government seeks to improve the welfare of the community by exploring and developing the potentials that exist in the region through Economic Development.

Abstract

Supply chain is a system that involves the process of production, delivery, storage, distribution and sales process of products to meet the demand. Distribution channels are important in the supply chain, which is concerned with moving goods from one place to another effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to identify the distribution channel of tomato supply chain in Ujung Teran Village, Merdeka District, Karo Regency. The analysis method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the process of potato distribution channels that occur in the village of Ujung Teran must pass through several hands include farmers, collectors, traders, just up to the hands of consumers. Farmers in Ujung Teran village should cut off existing distribution channels by selling the harvest directly to traders without going through collectors.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management is a series of business activities carried out starting from the planning, controlling, implementing the product flow, to the product distribution process to consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supply chain management at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative method by means of a literature review. The results obtained by researchers are PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo, Tbk. run a complete Supply Chain Management process without cutting the distribution section to save costs.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) or supply chain is a concept that discusses marketing, as well as sustainable costs that aim to help the business development process. One of the businesses managed at the workshop market in Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai is lunkhead products. Currently, lunkhead products are the best sellers in the workshop market. This study aims to see how the implementation of the supply chain used in the dodol business. The data collection method used is the method of collecting data from various sources on the internet, by connecting these sources into one. This is done by studying book references, articles, and browsing the internet, as well as literature reviews related to system analysis and surveys.

Abstract

This study entitled The effect of work execution time and work facilities on employee performance at PT. Federal International Finance RantauprapatLabuhanbatu.This research is a survey research with quantitative approach.The sample was 27 employees.The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, Likert measurement scale and documentation.With data processing techniques validity test, reliability test, correlation, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination by using SPSS 23.0 for windows.Based on the T test for work execution time can be concluded that for thitung of 3.088 while T table 1.703 (t count greater than ttable)which means that the time of work significantly affect the performance of employees and based on the F test for work facilities thitung of 2.338 while T table 1.703 (t count greater than ttable)which means that work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the test results F(simultaneous) variable execution time of work and work facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, it can be seen from the F count = 8.571 and F Table = 3.40 in this case F count is greater than F table and significant value is 0.002 smaller than the value of alpha 0.05. Based on the value of Adjusted R square of 0.368 or 36.8% shows that simultaneously the time of work and work facilities contributed to the performance of employees by 36.8%, while the remaining 63.2% % explained by other variables that are not proposed in this study.

Abstract

When the industrial revolution 4.0 necessitated a paradigm shift in management, eachcorporate organization was obliged to restructure its management and operations. When itcomes to the COVID-19 epidemic, numerous government restrictions, including thosegoverning working, learning, and praying from home, are referred to as work from home.Leadership has shifted away from face-to-face meetings between leaders and employees andis now compelled to work online from home. The majority of businesses may adapt by optingto conduct business online. One of the catalysts for the economic crisis, but the mostpronounced, is layoffs or layoffs in the service industry. Due to the prevalence of social andeconomic inequality in society, both individuals and work relationships, both leaders andsubordinates must be able to collaborate to address the COVID-19 Pandemic problem andfind a solution. This study employs a qualitative approach to shed light on management shiftsduring the COVID-19 pandemic. The study is based on published research on changemanagement during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Since 2006, Indonesia is a country with nominations for the largest producer of palm oil or what is known as Crude Palm Oil (CPO) in the world. Indonesia has abundant palm oil stocks, but it becomes a problem starting from the scarcity of cooking oil and the falling value of CPO. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the government's role in supply chain management in cooking oil products, through the nature of research in descriptive analysis, using qualitative research methods that utilize sources from library research, namely searching for the truth through google, articles, journals, books that related and continuous with the title. The result of this research is that the government implements a policy that requires retail companies and basic food traders to sell cooking oil with the highest retail price of Rp. 14,000/ liter with a maximum purchase of 2 liters per person per day. As well as implementing policies by encouraging palm oil exports and using excessive palm oil stocks to be absorbed by the domestic biodiesel industry for the B30 program in order to overcome the falling CPO value.
