Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) in improving the quality of labor and the factors that influence the effectiveness of UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) in improving the quality of the workforce at UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data source used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Techniques for collecting data on observation, interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data is using the source triangulation technique. The results of study showed that UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Kabupaten Padang Pariaman was quite effective in improving the quality of labor and the factors that influenced the effectiveness UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Kabupaten Padang Pariaman in improving the quality of labor were organizational characteristics, environmental characteristics, worker characteristics, and management policies and practices

Abstract

The higher the cosmetic needs, the easier the cosmetic circulation can be found. The purpose of this study was to find out how the effectiveness of Balai Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan on the control of cosmetic businesses in the city of Padang. Control is done to increase legal awareness of business actors and social control. The results of this study indicate that, first, there has not been a growing adherence of business actors to existing laws, so that illegal cosmetics are still marketed. Even though guidance or socialization has been carried out, but that is not enough to raise awareness of business actors on existing laws. Second, how social control is carried out by Balai Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan on business so that illegal cosmetics circulation has not reached its goals and objectives, due to socialization which has not been carried out thoroughly and because of legal sanctions that have not been firmly implemented.

Abstract

Abstract This research is writen to know the positive relation between social capital and preperadnes disaster. The independent variabel used in this research is modal sosial and dependen variabel is preperadnes disaster. The subject in this research is civiel society at the Air Manis coast. Method of collecting data that is used in this research is quitioner with likert scale. All of the data that the authour get is analyzed by statiscal SPSS 17.0. quantitative data is analized by product moment analisis technique. The result show that there is positive realtion between social capital and preperadnes disaster in civiel society at the Air Manis coast. The result of data analisis corelation coefficient is 59.3%. That mean is have positive relation between social capital and preperadnes disaster. Wich higher the social capital of civiel society is higher preperadnes disaster. It also mean that the lower social capital of civiel society is lower preperadnes disaster. Key word: social capital, preperadnes disaster

Abstract

The occurrence or failure of harvest that is felt by farmers in the planting season greatly determines the survival of farmers’ daily lives. The purpose of this study is to see how the implementation of farm insurance by PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) in solok Regency. The results of this study indicate that, first, there was a decline in the interest of farmers to participate in farm insurance in the next planting season, both human resources were insufficent in supporting farm insurance activities. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Muaro Lasak beach in Padang City with the aim of describing the efforts of the Padang city government to empower traditional fishermen on the Muaro Lasak beach in Padang city. In addition to taking data on the coast of Muaro Lasak, research will also be conducted at the Padang City Maritime and Fisheries Office to obtain directed and precise research results to find out various phenomena and events that have occurred. The data collection technique was carried out by means of observation which meant that the data collection was carried out based on the results of the direct field that occurred at Muaro Lasak beach, Padang. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis, which provides a holistic picture of the research. Observations are made directly and indirectly to get an accurate picture to find the right data and understand. With a variety of methods, it is hoped that this research can provide a clear and precise picture to meet the data and problems that will occur later. Government efforts in empowering traditional fishermen on the coast of Muaro Lasak, Padang city are going well because the Capture Fisheries Development Program or P3T provides possibilities, reinforcement, protection, support and maintenance that help traditional fishermen in solving their problems despite experiencing some obstacles that have not been can be resolved quickly. Through the Capture Fisheries Development Program, it will be seen how the response of traditional fishermen to the program and what effects will be felt by the traditional fishermen directly through observation later.

Abstract

This research to purpose to find out how to implementation of Solok Mayor Regulation No. 6 in 2015 concerning the System and Procedure of Merchant Posting in Solok Semi Modern Market. This research was carried out because it saw trade activities in the Semi Modern Market in Solok City which was very quiet. This research is a qualitative method research with a descriptive approach. The informants selected in this study used purposive sampling and incidental sampling techniques. The technique of collecting data is through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. As well as testing the validity of the data using source triangulation and method triangulation. Based on the results of this research indicate that in the implementation of the policy of Mayor Solok Regulation No. 6 in 2015 concerning the System and Procedure of Placement of Traders in the Semi-Modern Market in Solok City is still not well implemented. It was seen from the trading activities in Solok City Semi Modern Market which are still lonely due to the reluctance of traders to open their wares for fear of losing customers and decreasing income.

Abstract

The purposes of this research is to exlplains correlation between political socialization and citizen’s political participation on Pariaman Election on 2018. This research using quantitative descriptive method. Data were collected by questionarre. The population consists of all 59.245 voters using Proportionate Random Sampling. Respondents are counted by using Slovin with margin of error 5% and the result are 397 repondents. The result finding shows that there’s low correlation between political socialization with political participatin on Pariaman Election on 2018.

Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to determine the implementation of the work program of Toko Tani Indonesia Center (TTIC) in absorbing agricultural products in the city of Padang. In order to answer these problems, 5 speakers were used. The process of gathering information is done by interview. The analytical tool used is qualitative. In accordance with the results of the interviews that have been conducted, it is known that for the short term the implementation of the Toko Tani Indonesia Center (TTIC) program in the absorption of agricultural products in the city of Padang has proceeded according to the procedure with a fairly good success rate. Nevertheless there are still a number of technical obstacles that affect the implementation of the Padang Tani Indonesia Center (TTIC) work program. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dhasrmasraya.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi,wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun informan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang pernah berobat di Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dhasrmasraya dilihat dari aspek bukti fisik (tangible), kehandalan (reliability), daya tanggap(responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), empati (empathy) yaitu: (1) Indikator Bukti fisik (Tangibles) dalam kategori persentase baik sehingga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya dilihat dari indikator Bukti Fisik (Tangibles) dinilai sudah berkualitas. (2) Indikator Kehandalan (Reliability) juga berada pada kategori persentase baik sehingga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya dilihat dari indikator Keandalan (Reliability) dinilai sudah berkualitas. (3) Indikator Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness) dalam kategori persentase baik sehingga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya dilihat dari indikator Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness) dinilai sudah berkualitas. karena tenaga medis sudah menerima dan melayani denga baik serta melakukan tindakan sesuai prosedur. (4) Indikator Jaminan (Ansurance) berada pada kategori persentase baik sehingga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya dilihat dari indikator Jaminan (Ansurance) dinilai sudah berkualitas. (5) Indikator Empati (Emphaty) dalam kategori persentase baik sehingga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan Puskesmas Sitiung, Kecamatan Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya dilihat dari dimensi Empati (Emphaty) sudah berkualitas.

Abstract

ABSTRAK The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of the Regional Regulation of Bukittinggi cities Number 2 of 2015 about Fire hazard Prevention and countermeasures. This research is a qualitative research and uses descriptive methods. The research informants were determined using purposive sampling techniques. including the head of the treatise section and the session of the Bukittinggi Cities DPRD, Head of sub-division Documentation and legal counseling of Bukittinggi cities, The head of the prevention section and the head of the operational section of the fire department, Head of K3L PLN of Bukittinggi cities, fire victim and society of Bukittinggi cities. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interview and study documentation. To test the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of local regulations have not been implemented optimally, there are still some aspects that still need attention such as aspects of the target group, aspects of the desired degree of change, resources involved, characteristics of the ruling institutions as well as compliance and responsiveness. There are supporting factors in the implementation of regional regulations such as the socialization carried out by related parties, the implementation of the Regional Regulation is also supported by the provision of training and education to officers so that they have the ability and skills in their fields. Resources and lack of commitment in implementing local regulations.
