The rapid development of information and communication technology supported by adequate and competent human resources is expected to create an information technology capable of solving school administration problems. The school financial management system at Mamba’ul Ihsan Banyuurip Vocational School still uses a recording system on payment cards and then manually recapitulates payment data in books. This causes the process to take quite a long time and has a risk of data loss or damage. This study aims to develop an information system to facilitate school finance parties in transactions and managing school financial data. In addition, the information system created can provide notifications to student guardians for notifications. System design is based on object-oriented programming (OOP) using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The information system development method uses the waterfall method. The development of the system uses the Codeigniter 4 Framework. In the case of automatic Whatsapp sending to student guardians, Node.JS is used as the Whatsapp API Gateway. Development of a school financial management information system with notifications using the Whatsapp API (application programming interface) that has been made for use by the school and is working as planned with the suitability of the effectiveness and efficiency of completing work by 100% and ease of operation by 96%.

The continuous advancement in information and communication technology has overcome geographical limitations and enhanced the speed of information and knowledge transfer. Information and communication technology has been applied in various aspects, including improving services, speeding up communication processes, facilitating access to information, and effectively sharing information. One significant technological innovation is the chatbot, an artificial intelligence technology that enables interactive communication. Implementing a chatbot at the Admissions Office of Muhammadiyah University Sukabumi (UMMI) aims to assist prospective students in obtaining information regarding new student admissions. The main challenge addressed is the limitation of office hours, which often hinders prospective applicants from accessing information quickly. This research employs the Natural Language Processing (NLP) method in chatbot development, intending to enable the chatbot to understand natural language and search for relevant information. The research objective is to create an efficient chatbot to respond to user inquiries outside of office hours. The stages of chatbot development using the NLP method encompass data collection, text processing, feature engineering, modeling, inference, deployment, and evaluation. The research results indicate that the chatbot, named UMMIBOT, successfully achieved a functional accuracy rate of 83.67%, addressing the issue of office hour limitations and providing responses that align with user input with high accuracy.

Diploma Supplement is a document containing information about fulfilling college graduates' competencies. The existence of the Merdeka Learning-Independence Campus (MBKM) program encourages students to acquire valuable competencies so that a portfolio of abilities and experiences can be accommodated in the Diploma Supplement. In this research, the Nurul Fikri Integrated Technology College still needs to implement Diploma Supplement because no procedures and information systems support Diploma Supplement management. Therefore, researchers will develop a prototype of the Diploma Supplement system for a Google Suite-based diploma companion that is comprehensive and can make it easier for the academic community. This research methodology uses the Scrum framework method. The entire work process for Diploma Supplement utilizes Google Suite, especially Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Forms, and Google Sheets with the AutoCrat add-on. This research successfully developed a prototype of the Diploma Supplement system for a Google Suite-based diploma companion. The results of this study can make it easier for students to process Diploma Supplement submissions because it is done online, BAAK also does not need to make Diploma Supplement manually because the system is already integrated, and campuses can save costs for creating, managing, and maintaining the system.

Documentation is a means of conveying information about software. A computer program cannot be considered software without documentation of the software. The compiled documentation can provide many benefits for developers. Proper documentation can shorten the time required to design, create, test, and utilize the software. Designing the back-office web for this mobile telemedicine application requires a formal and structured system design process and meets standards regarding software design. This can be achieved by compiling system documentation as a first step in the ongoing system development. Based on these problems, system documentation is needed in the backoffice web design process for mobile telemedicine applications from the beginning to the end of the design process. The research method used in this research will focus on preparing documentation for designing the back-office web system for mobile telemedicine applications. The application development model used is the waterfall model. The stages of preparing this system documentation are explaining the project background, user persona, user flow, wireframe, prototype, testing, and developing design. The testing process uses the black box testing method. The document preparation process adapts to the project being undertaken. This research results in system documentation, which the developer can later use on duty for further development purposes.

Back Office applications have a vital role in a product, including in the context of administration. This application will be used by operators or admins whom the company has trusted to monitor and generate reports on the performance of a product or service. It should be emphasized that the Back Office application does not operate independently but has a function to monitor particular objects. This study aims to design and implement a Telemedicine-based Back Office information system application in the context of education. His background is in developing Telemedicine and the importance of efficient management in health administration. Through the type 1 prototype method approach, this research identifies user needs, builds prototypes, evaluates, and uses the system. This Back Office application is integrated with the main web-based application, enabling operators/company admins to monitor and report the performance of related products/services. The result is a system that can increase the effectiveness of education administration through information technology. This study underscores the importance of efficient Back Office management in supporting Telemedicine. Thus, this application can positively impact the delivery of education and health services through the Telemedicine approach.

Currently there is a problem faced by many students, namely in understanding and mastering programming. These problems occur due to limitations in understanding program code, limited access to learning media, and limited learning time. To answer this challenge, the design and development of the Rest API for finding personal mentors is proposed as a solution that can improve the quality and effectiveness of learning program code. In this research, the Express JS framework is used to implement the Rest API, which interacts with third party APIs such as Midtrans and Redis. The MVC development approach and the Scrum method are applied to manage the application development process. The aim of this research is to design and build a Rest API that allows students to find a personal mentor that suits their needs in learning code. It is hoped that the use of Express JS and the Scrum method in the development of this application will facilitate the creation of effective and efficient private coding applications.

Data security is a vital aspect of information technology to maintain the integrity and authenticity of data from unauthorized access. In supporting this, an approach is taken to protect sensitive information and data. In this research, cryptographic techniques were analyzed and tested to secure data in text, which is commonly used as a password using the Blowfish cryptographic algorithm. The goal is to determine how strong, secure, and fast the blowfish algorithm maintains and executes the text data encoding. The research method used is an in-depth theoretical analysis followed by computational experiments using dart programming. Based on the study and testing carried out, the results of this research show that the use of cryptographic techniques with the blowfish algorithm on text data samples can be used as an alternative for securing data. The results show that the blowfish algorithm pattern has security because it uses various techniques to change and present data, supported by an execution time of less than 10 seconds and minimal memory usage of under 5 MB. Therefore, the blowfish algorithm can be used as a cryptographic choice in developing robust and fast text-based data security.

One example of digital crime that often occurs is data theft, such as transaction information, and important company data. The thief will delete files to remove traces so that it is necessary to search for and restore data that has been deleted to be used as digital evidence. This activity is usually called digital. forensics. Paid digital forensic applications are sold at quite expensive prices, so one alternative is Autopsy, which is an open source based investigation application that can restore data. This research aims to analyze the performance of the autopsy application in returning 70 files including documents, videos and images as digital evidence based on the crime case scenario of data theft with formatted flash disks. NIST SP 800-86 was chosen as the research method because it has simple stages and is in accordance with the research theme. The stages in this method start from collecting evidence, analyzing the contents of the flash disk with the autopsy application, searching for and returning the found files, to validating the files with hash compare. The analysis report shows that the autopsy application succeeded in returning 81.42% of the data that had been deleted and could be used as evidence based on the crime case scenario that had been created. The files that were successfully returned were 10 DOCX, 10 XLSX, 10 PDF, 6 TXT, 1 MP3, 10 MP4, and 10 PNG.

Regular blood pressure monitoring is crucial in caring for outpatient patients undergoing treatment. Hypertension, commonly known as high blood pressure, is a prevalent medical condition that can increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and other vascular disorders. Patients with hypertension often require regular blood pressure measurements to monitor their health status and evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing treatment. To mitigate the risks associated with hypertension, routine health check-ups, including periodic blood pressure measurements at home, can be taken. This research aims to make a regular automatic blood pressure meter to help hypertensive patients. The design of an automatic periodic blood pressure measurement device using the MPX5050DP sensor for hypertensive patients is expected to facilitate regular monitoring and assist doctors in making accurate diagnoses. Research results indicate a larger error percentage for diastolic values than systolic values. Specifically, the error percentage is 3.45% for systolic values and 7.17% for diastolic values.

It should be recognized that after the COVID-19 pandemic, the distribution of hospital facilities should be a primary concern in meeting society's fundamental rights to local and national governments. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze data that describes the current conditions regarding the distribution of hospital facilities, especially in Jakarta. Data analysis using a machine learning technique can provide several benefits, such as understanding the distribution of health workers, providing insight into human resource planning, monitoring hospital performance, and even becoming a reference for future targets by predicting the need for health workers. The research proposed three models of unsupervised learning, such as the density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise algorithm (DBSCAN), the Gaussian mixture model, and the agglomerative hierarchical model, to cluster a database of hospitals in Jakarta, Indonesia, that contains information on the number of medical workers in the hospital and its bed facilities. This data set was obtained from a web scraping process on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia website in 2022. The comparison of the third unsupervised model showed that the Gaussian Mixture model produced the smallest Davies-Bouldin value with a value of 0.645713. This study is an extension of our previous investigation, in which the study is, as far as we know, the first to discuss the classification of the data on the list of hospitals in Jakarta based on information on the number of medical personnel and the number of bed facilities that make up the contribution of this research.
