Informatio is a journal with a focus on studies in the fields of library, information science and knowledge with the following research scope: -The field of library includes librarianship and library management including services, collections, digitization, collaborative networking, and / or other relevant themes. -Information science includes infometrics, bibliometrics, webometrics, information repackaging, information retrieval, information literacy, information organization, and / or other similar themes. -Knowledge management is the process of creating (generating, capturing), storing (preserving, integrating), sharing (communicating, transferring), applying (implementing), and reusing knowledge in GLAM (Gallery, Library, Museum, Archive). -Review of documentation at GLAM (Gallery, Library, Museum, Archive) including collection management in galleries, preservation of collections in libraries, manuscript management, artifacts, archive management, data documentation and publications either in databases or other media (such as repositories, big data , codata, metadata), and other documentation research at information institutions. -Analysis of documents on GLAM (Gallery, Library, Museum, Archive). -Literature analysis on GLAM (Gallery, Library, Museum, Archive).

This research takes the theme of the problems of librarians in producing written works. The purpose of this research is to describe the competence of librarians in writing in the present era, and to reveal the problems faced by librarians in producing written works, seen from the supporting factors as well as from the librarian barrier factors in writing. Qualitative research is kind of the research used in this research, with a phenomenological approach. Interviews, observation and documentation as a data collection method. This study took informants from librarian elements who were then referred to as research subjects from IAIN Kudus and UIN Walisongo Semarang as research locus. The results of this study are that the writing competence of PTKIN librarians has penetrated the world of publications both in print and virtual, both the carrying capacity of writing competencies depends on cultural and structural support capacity and librarian obstacles in writing are plagiarism concerns, lack of reading activity, difficulty determining topics, laziness, lack of mastered references, and low credit numbers.

The times and the role of information technology require libraries to innovate, one of the innovations made by libraries is a website. Website quality is currently a strategic issue that is used in communication and interaction with users. This research is intended to know quality of UPI Central Library Website relation with user satisfaction, especially bachelor students of Indonesia University of Education in the main campus of Bumi Siliwangi. One method of measuring the quality of a website can be done by using WebQual. This study uses the WebQual 4.0 method as the basis for measuring the quality of the web proposed by Barnes & Vidgen which consists of of usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. Meanwhile in order to measure user satisfaction uses the theory of importance-performance analysis by Martilla and James which consist of importance and performance. The method is use is Quantitative Method with correlational treatment Pearson Product Moment which is intended to treat causality between X and Y variables. The collecting data technique used questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. Sampling was conducted by simple random sampling technique using a population of 27,172 students and respondents as many as 394 students. The results of this study indicate that the web quality of the UPI Central Library on user satisfaction has a significant relationship, which means that the higher the quality of the web, the higher the satisfaction received.

The animated series of Upin and Ipin has a unique series entitled “Aku Sebuah Buku”. It show a library representation of the local culture which is packaged with artistic living painting to attract and ease the understanding the meaning of the symbols displayed. The popularity of libraries has not increased until now, threfore a promotional strategy is needed as an effort to educate users to increase popularity. This study used a narrative method with a qualitative approach to find out the signs and markers displayed in the series. The respondents were 11 childrens who watched this film. The data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and ideology interpreted by respondents and experts show that this film is building a positive image of a library for the open-minded society who has the biggest interest in books. It can be concluded that animation film has succesfull and become reliable as an educational medium alternative ineffective library promotion strategy in informing and persuading shildren to visit the library which can be seen from their interest and motivation to visit the library and oing the same things after watching the animated film of Upin and Ipin.

The integration of community leaders with the government in all aspects of life is very important, including in the edges of various disasters. Not to mention the covid 19 pandemic, landslides, floods, tsunamis, earthquakes, erupting mountains, etc., which have not subsided. The fact that the wrong approach is always used, often the handling results in not maximum. The lack of responsive communities participating in prevention further prolongs the course of treatment. This study was conducted with the aim of finding out how local traditions, in this case the Sundanese in Tatar Karang, harmonize the community with the government in dealing with disasters. The method used is phenomenology. The results showed: 1) local knowledge about disaster mitigation; 2) obedience based on Custom, Religion and State. Conclusion: one of the local knowledge is stored in the form of certain traditions, in a community group. Only the people know where the knowledge is stored. Interested outsiders should be wise to know how each adat treats its local knowledge.

With the development of information technology, document management is now done digitally and paperless. Document management is also carried out as an implementation of knowledge sharing activities in an organization. Document management as a part of knowledge sharing activities is one of which is carried out by Bina Nusantara University (Binus). This article is compiled to find out how document management is an implementation of knowledge sharing in the Binus University environment. The method used is descriptive method of conducting interviews and literature review. From the research conducted, Binus University developed the Binus portal as a forum for employees to carry out knowledge sharing activities as well as manage documents in the organization. The managed documents include institutional documents such as organizational structure documents, business processes, duties and functions of each directorate, training materials, references in carrying out assignments, sharing expertise, case studies, case-based reasoning, as well as documents in the form of ideas, innovations, and opinions written in popular form by employees at Binus.
