Abstract

Aceh Carong Scholarship is a program from the Aceh Government to help Acehnese children who want to continue their education by obtaining scholarships from the Aceh Government. Currently, the selection process for Aceh Carong scholarship recipients at Malikussaleh University is carried out using a manual system so that the selection process has not been effective and efficient in its application. K-Nearest Neighbor is a method that can be used to classify new test data based on training data. In this study, the results obtained where the use of the KNN algorithm for the classification of Aceh Carong Scholarship recipients obtained an accuracy of  82.00%.

Abstract

This study aims to build a management information system at the Indonesian National Islamic University (UNIKI). This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, and interviews. The research begins with problem identification, literature study, data collection carried out through detailed observation activities and interviews with the parties involved as well as collecting various related documents. The next step is to carry out a needs analysis, carried out by making documentation of the system requirements to be built and designing and implementing it using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, then testing, including the testing process with existing real data in order to find interface errors, write program code, and programming algorithm. This mail management system has items such as letter classification, internal mail, incoming mail data, outgoing mail data and letter disposition, this system makes mail management and archiving more effective.

Abstract

The Web and Android-Based Information System for SMA Negeri 1 Pintu Rime Gayo aims to help parents find out school information so that it is hoped that it can be felt by teachers, students and other staff at SMA Negeri 1 Pintu Rime Gayo. This system was developed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages using a database that is tailored to the needs in the process of designing this information system. The things contained in this system include various information such as class data information, room data, teacher data, student data, subject data, teacher subject data, roster data, absent data, value data. Abstract

The development of information systems technology that is increasingly developing contributes to other fields. Especially in the world of computers that have brought progress in various fields, Posyandu is a health activity organized from, by, and for the community assisted by Health Service officers of each district, especially in the villages of Paya Meuneng, Paya Reuhat, Gedong-gedong, Lancok, and Cot Ijue. In Bireuen Regency, the implementation starts from the Central Health Service officers coming to the villages according to the request. The Bireuen District Health Office has not fully utilized information technology in the Posyandu implementation process, where the implementing committee is still doing it manually, for pregnant women the data is collected using a book while for toddlers using a form, then pregnant women take measurements of height, arm circumference, weighing weight blood pressure, and examination of the womb, for Toddlers to carry out nutritional checks, measurement of height, arm circumference, and weighing. Data storage has not used a database, it is still being recapitulated using the Microsoft Excel application and then printed out as many times as needed, There are many system models in data management, one of which is the Autorization very suitable to be applied for data management of Posyandu activities, because every village again has to create a system from scratch

Abstract

The development of the IT world today has penetrated into all sectors of human life, one of which is the education sector. However, the implementation that occurs in the field has not been fully maximized, considering that there are still educational institutions that still seem half-hearted in implementing information technology. This happens due to various problems, such as lack of funds for IT development, IT infrastructure that is still minimal, especially for educational institutions located far from urban areas, human resources that are still lacking in skills and knowledge and various factors. Many efforts can be taken to improve this, one of which is as carried out in this study. The focus of this research is to develop an application by applying the ROC-SMARTER method so that it can be used by MTsN 2 Bireuen in determining the superior student cluster. From the implementation of the research using the ADDIE approach (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) it was found that the case of determining the cluster of superior students at MTsN 2 Bireuen could be solved effectively and efficiently where previously it was done using manual and traditional methods

Abstract

The increasingly widespread use of information technology has an impact on the efficiency of everyday human work. Conventional work models have been abandoned by many people today and switch to work models involving information technology devices, especially computers. One of the cases currently being faced by the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Bireuen Regency is that the distribution process of PNS and Honorary teachers to all madrasas in Bireuen Regency is hampered by the complexity of the problems being faced. The main problem is the difficulty of knowing the teacher needs for each madrasa in the district, because the madrasas are managed not only at the elementary school level, but also at the first and upper levels with a total of about 134 madrasas. This is certainly very difficult if the management of teacher distribution is done manually and conventionally by relying on written records. Therefore, in this study, the development of a madrasah teacher distribution information system in the Ministry of Religion of Bireuen Regency was carried out through the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model approach. The results achieved are that the RAD model is very suitable to be applied to the case of developing teacher distribution information systems because the RAD model involves users directly in the development process, making it easier for developers to map existing business processes. The RAD model also has an impact on the efficiency of application development time being relatively short with a high level of user satisfaction

Abstract

The increasing conversion of land to non-agricultural land, especially in Indonesia, has resulted in the development of many agricultural models that no longer depend on large tracts of land or agricultural land. The current hydroponic model is one of the modern technologies that is easy to develop without relying on agricultural land. This is because hydroponics is an agricultural model that does not use soil as a growing medium, but plants are only fed with nutrient fluids through plant roots. Hydroponic gardens generally use a parallon type of pipe installation to drain nutrients by using a pump as the irrigation method. In addition, hydroponic gardens are also required to check nutrient levels regularly at 560-840 ppm. This is because sometimes ppm of nutrients will affect hydroponic plants if the number is outside this range. The problem is that the garden manager is required to control the nutrient levels 2 times a day, in the morning and evening, which is certainly very inconvenient for the garden manager. Therefore, in this study, the development of hydroponic garden monitoring technology based on IoT technology that can provide reports on nutrient levels via smartphones. The results of the research conducted are that the application developed is able to control the condition of the hydroponic garden in real time. In addition, through the use of solar panel technology, hydroponic gardens are also able to supply electricity for their operations without having to rely on electricity supply from PLN

Abstract

The education sector is one of the sectors that apply computerized information technology the most. This certainly has an impact on the continuous development of computer technology both in terms of hardware and software. One of the cases in the field of education that involves computers is the selection of the best principal using the decision support method. Decision support method is a method that can be used to provide recommendations on alternatives that have been previously determined based on predetermined criteria. In this study, a decision support model was developed using a combination of two methods, namely the Entropy and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. The entropy method is used to calculate the entropy value and normalized entropy, while the SAW method is used to normalize and rank alternatives based on the existing criteria. The results obtained are that the use of these two methods is considered better than using only one method, both entropy and SAW

Abstract

The use of computer technology has penetrated into various fields in completing work. Work that requires high accuracy, is carried out repeatedly and requires fast processing time is no longer appropriate for humans to do using conventional methods. Computer involvement has become an obligation in completing the work. One of the cases that require computer involvement is the case of decision making in an organization or company, or in computer science terms it is often called a decision support system. Many decision support models have been developed to improve the model's performance in performing calculations. In this study, a decision support model was also developed to choose the chairman of OSIM MAN 7 Bireuen using the Weighted Product (WP) method through a fuzzy logic approach as the initial weighting of criteria and alternatives. The results obtained are the calculation of the WP model more optimally with the help of weighting through a fuzzy logic approach. The final result of this research is the existence of a computerized system that is able to calculate alternative recommendations for the chairman of OSIM MAN 7 Bireuen, totaling 12 alternatives with 4 criteria

Abstract

The use of information technology, especially computer network-based applications, is currently increasingly widespread. This is indicated by the number of educational institutions that have begun to apply this technology to solve various problems faced. One of the educational institutions currently committed to implementing information technology is the Almuslim Integrated Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to develop an information system for the registration of prospective new students at the Almuslim Integrated Islamic Boarding School based on a responsive website using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. This method is used to achieve the ultimate goal of system development quickly and effectively. Development Based on the system implemented, this method is able to accommodate the system development process quickly with a focus on the process of writing program code. The results obtained are a responsive website-based information system for registration of prospective new students which was developed in a short time. This result is different from the development of the previous system using the waterfall model
