Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the impact of industrial activities against changed of land use in Kayutanyo Village, East Luwuk District, Banggai Regency. As well as how much land use change occurred in Kayutanyo Village, East Luwuk District, Banggai Regency. The government of Banggai Regency, this research can be used as input on the relationship between industrial development and land use. As well as how much land use change occurred in Kayutanyo Village, East Luwuk District, Banggai Regency. For the government of Banggai Regency.There are four variables used, (1) conversion of agricultural land functions, (2) conversion of residential land functions, (3) Environmental Pollution (4) Land Price. The analytical method used is in the form of chi-square analysis, then a contingency test is used in drawing conclusions, which is followed by a Likert scale scoring system as a parameter to determine the magnitude of the relationship between X and Y variables. Furthermore, to find out how much land use change has occurred during the last 5 years, work process using ArcGis software application version 10.6.1. The overlay process technique is carried out by overlapping the 2016 land use map and the 2020 land use map.The results of this study indicate that the variables have an influence on industrial activity in Kayutanyo Village. And it shows that some areas in Kayutanyo Village, Luwuk Timur Subdistrict, Banggai Regency have experienced changes, which are from built land to built-up land.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the causes that lead to the development of settlements along the banks of the Tallo River, Rapokalling Village, Tallo District, Makassar City. And to identify control strategies for settlement ty. And to find out the strategy for controlling the development of settlements along the banks of the Tallo River, Rapokalling Village, Tallo District, development along the Tallo River, Rapokalling Village, Tallo District, Makassar City. To find out the causes that led to the development of settlements along the banks of the Tallo River, Rapokalling Village, Tallo District, Makassar CiMakassar City. The variables used consisted of four of them: (1) Political Aspects; (2) Economic Aspects; (3) Social Aspects; (4) Cultural Aspects; The analytical method used is in the form of chi-square analysis, then the contingency test is used in drawing conclusions, which is followed by a Likert scale scoring system as a parameter to determine the size of the relationship between the X variable and Y. Next, develop a control strategy for settlement development along the banks of the Tallo River, Rapokalling Village, Tallo City District Makassar with the SWOT analysis method.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence factor of the environmental quality of settlements of the Bajo ethnic community in Popisi Village, North Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency and to determine the strategy for improving the quality of settlements for the Bajo ethnic community of Popisi Village, North Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency. This study uses quantitative research with a quantitative approach, then the sample selection method in this study is Simple Random Sampling. The analysis used in this study is to use multiple regression analysis and SWOT analysis. The main conclusion of this research is that the influence factor of the environmental quality of the Popisi Village community settlements is influenced, namely the accessibility factor, population growth, natural and cultural factors of the Popisi Village community, while to improve the quality of the residential environment, an SO strategy is needed, namely using opportunities to maintain strength.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to identify areas prone to landslides in Sinjai Regency and propose directions for the use of landslide prone areas according to the level of landslide vulnerability in Sinjai Regency based on mitigation. This study uses quantitative research with analytical techniques used including basic physical conditions, vegetation, superimpose, and descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the distribution of landslide-prone areas in Sinjai Regency is located in West Sinjai, South Sinjai, and Sinjai Borong Districts. From the total area, South Sinjai is a sub-district whose area is dominant and has a high level of vulnerability. Directions for spatial use based on zone typology and the level of landslide vulnerability at the research location are proposed in the form of recommendations for regulating land use, as well as forms of mitigation in the form of general recommendations in accordance with the characteristics of landslide-prone areas.   Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi dimana saja zona daerah rawan longsor di Kabupaten Sinjai dan mengusulkan arahan pemanfaatan ruang daerah rawan longsor menurut tingkat kerawanan longsor di Kabupaten Sinjai berbasis mitigasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan diantaranya kondisi fisik dasar, vegetasi, superimpose, dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa sebaran daerah rawan longsor di Kabupaten Sinjai terletak di Kecamatan Sinjai Barat, Sinjai Selatan, dan Sinjai Borong. Dimana dari total luas keseluruhan, Sinjai Selatan merupakan kecamatan yang luas wilayahnya dominan memiliki tingkat kerawanan tinggi. Arahan pemanfaatan ruang berdasarkan tipologi zona dan tingkat kerawanan longsor pada lokasi penelitian diusulkan berupa bentuk rekomendasi terhadap pengaturan penggunaan lahannya, serta bentuk mitigasinya berupa rekomendasi secara umum sesuai dengan karakteristik pada kawasan rawan bencana longsor.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to explain the characteristics of flood-affected areas, in order to analyze land suitability and spatial use in flood-affected areas and to formulate the concept of controlling the spatial use of flood-affected areas. This research is qualitative-quantitative with the analysis techniques used are scoring analysis, superimpose analysis, qualitative descriptive analysis and space envelope analysis. The results show that there are three classifications of flood hazard, namely low, medium and high, where in the high flood-prone areas in Sinjai city there are five villages, namely Balangnipa Village, Biringere Village, Bongki Village, Lappa Village and Samataring Village. The results of the second research objective were obtained from the overlay prone to flooding and the spatial pattern of the Sinjai urban RDTR, where the dominant spatial pattern of high flood prone areas is in the housing zone which covers an area of ​​564,185 hectares. The direction of the strategic concept based on three classifications of flood hazard in Sinjai urban areas is proposed in the form of disaster mitigation in the form of recommendations for flood control in accordance with the characteristics of flood-prone areas, and in controlling spatial use in the form of zoning regulations and permit proposals at the research location granting land use permits for each area prone to high, medium and low flood disasters.   Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerangkan karakteristik kawasan terdampak banjir, guna menganalisis kesesuaian lahan dan pemanfaatan ruang pada kawasan terdampak banjir dan merumuskan konsep pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang kawasan terdampak banjir. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif-kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis skoring, analisis superimpose, analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis amplop ruang. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat tiga klasifikasi kerawanan banjir yaitu rendah, sedang dan tinggi yang dimana pada kawasan rawan banjir tinggi di perkotaan Sinjai terdapat di lima kelurahan yaitu Kelurahan Balangnipa, Kelurahan Biringere, Kelurahan Bongki, Kelurahan Lappa dan Kelurahan Samataring. Adapun hasil tujuan penelitian kedua yang didapat dari overlaynya rawan banjir dan pola ruang RDTR perkotaan Sinjai, dimana yang berdominan pada pola ruang kawasan rawan banjir tinggi terdapat di zona perumahan yang luasnya sebesar 564.185 Ha. Arahan konsep strategi berasarkan tiga klasifikasi kerawanan banjir di kawasan perkotaan Sinjai diusulkan dalam bentuk mitigasi bencana berupa rekomendasi pengendalian banjir yang sesuai dengan karakteristik pada kawasan rawan banjir, dan pada pengendalian pemafaatan ruang berupa peraturan zonasi dan usulan perizinan di lokasi penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa  terdapat perbedaan perilaku pemberian perizinan penggunaan lahan pada setiap kawasan rawan bencana banjir tinggi, sedang maupun rendah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the direction of the arrangement of street vendors on Manakarra Beach, Mamuju City. Regency. Mamuju. The variables used consisted of 4, namely: (1) Policy; (2) Education Level; (3) Economic level; (4) Supervision. The analytical method used is in the form of qualitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis. Manakarra Beach is an Artificial Nature Tourism Object in the form of a beach located on Jl. Yos Sudarso, Kel. Rimuku, Kec. Mamuju, Kab. Mamuju, which is the center of Mamuju City. Departing from the description above where the focus of this research is the street vendors (PKL) who are on Manakarra Beach itself. Where the street vendors (PKL) sell on the shoulder of the road and sidewalk, so that there is a need for an effort to organize and supervise so that the street vendor activities do not interfere with the activities and mobility of the population or the community on Jalan Yos Sudarso. In addition, there is also a lack of awareness of tourists on Manakarra Beach towards the surrounding environment, this is evidenced by the presence of food packages and plastic bottles scattered at several points on Mankarra Beach. This of course was also praised by the existence of street vendors on Manakarra Beach itself. So that better structuring and supervision measures are needed.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to identify the contributing factors to the undevelopment of Celebes Canyon attractions and to formulate a strategy direction for the development of Celebes canyon attraction in Barru Regency.This study uses multiple Liniear Regression analysis methods and and Descriptive Analysis methods. Based on the results of the analysis there are several factors that affect the undeveloped attraction Celebes Canyon. The main conclusions of the analysis of multiple linear regressions in which tourist attractions, tourist attractions, tourist attractions, promotions and information and accessibility greatly influence the undeveloped attractions of Celebes Canyon. The results showed that there is a remarkable beauty felt by visitors who visit celebes canyon attractions, especially in its natural panorama and katrs rocks that are only obtained in Celebes Canyon tourism. But for, to expand it is necessary strategy, namely pengeleloa must make use of vacant land, optimize facilities and infrastructure and add tourist traction so that Celebes Canyon tourism can compete with other wista objects.   Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk  mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab belum berkembangnya objek wisata Celebes Canyon dan untuk merumuskan arahan strategi pengembangan objek wisata Celebes canyon di Kabupaten Barru.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Regresi Liniear Berganda dan dan metode Analisis Deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi tidak berkembang nya objek wisata Celebes Canyon. Kesimpulan utama dari hasil analisis regresi linear berganda di mana daya tarik wisata, sarana wisata, perasarana wisata, promosi dan informasi dan aksebilitas sangat berpengaruh terhadap tidak berkembang nya objek wisata Celebes Canyon. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada keindahan yang sangat luar biasa yang dirasakan oleh pengunjung yang berkunjung ke objek wisata Celebes Canyon, terutama pada panorama alam nya dan bebatuan katrs yang hanya didapat di wisata Celebes Canyon. Namun untuk, untuk mengembangka maka di butuhkan strategi, yaitu pengeleloa harus memanfaatkan lahan yang kosong, mengoftimalkan sarana dan prasarana dan melakukan penambahan antraksi wisata agar wisata Celebes Canyon mampu bersaing dengan objek wista yang lain.

Abstract

Abstract.This study aims to analyze and determine the significant factors affecting the conversion of agricultural land along Jalan Hertasning Baru Makassar City. This study consisted of 4 variables, namely socio-economy, land users, accessibility and spatial designation. By using chi square analysis and contingency C to get the factors that most influence the conversion of function, and then using SWOT analysis to create alternative strategies in controlling land use change.   Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi alih fungsi lahan pertanian di sepanjang Jalan Hertasning Baru Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 variabel yaitu sosial ekonomi, pemakai lahan, aksesibilitas dan peruntukan ruang. Dengan menggunakan analisis chi square dan kontingensi C untuk mendapatkan faktor – faktor yang paling mempengaruhi alih fungsi, dan selanjutnya menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk menciptakan alternatif strategi dalam mengendalikan alih fungsi lahan.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to identify the significant factors in the development of marine tourism in Karampuang Island and its development strategy. This research uses quantitative and qualitative  approaches. To determine the factors that have a significant effect on the development of the Karampuang Island Marine Tourism Object, the chi square analysis tool is used, while the analysis SWOT is used to formulate a strategy for the development of the Karampuang Island Marine Tourism Object. Based on the results of the Chi-Square test, it is found that the variables of tourism support facilities, safety and comfort, and accessibility do not have a significant effect on the development of the Karampuang Island Marine Tourism Object, while the variables of tourist attraction and information and promotion are the most significant factors. The strategy for developing the Karampuang Island Marine Tourism Object is improving tourism facilities and infrastructure, increasing the role of the government and private sector, increasing tourism information and promotion, improving the quality of human resources (HR), utilizing the potential of tourist attractions, and environmental preservation.   Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang signifikan dalam pengenbangan wisata bahari pulau Karampuang serta strategi pengembangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif (deskriptif). Untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan Obyek Wisata Bahari Pulau Karampuang digunakan alat analisis chi kuadrat (chi square), sedangkan analisis (SWOT) digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan Obyek Wisata Bahari Pulau Karampuang. Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-Square diperoleh bahwa variabel sarana penunjang wisata, keamanan dan kenyamanan, serta aksesibilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan Obyek Wisata Bahari Pulau Karampuang, sedangkan variabel daya tarik wisata dan informasi dan promosi merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh signifikan. Adapun startegi pengembangan Obyek Wisata Bahari Pulau Karampuang adalah meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana parwisata, peningkatan peran pemerintah dan swasta, peningkatan informasi dan promosi wisata, peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM), memanfaatkan potensi dayatarik objek wisata, serta pelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify what factors affecting the development of tourism in Kuri Caddi Beach, Nisombalia Village, Maros Regency. As well as to identify a strategy for developing tourism potential on Kuri Caddi Beach, Nisombalia Village, Maros Regency. The variables used consisted : (1) Tourist Attraction; (2) Supporting Facilities; (3) Safety and Comfort; (4) Information and Promotion; (5) Accessibility; (6) Job Opportunities; (7) (Income). The analytical method used chi-square, likert scale scoring, and SWOT analysis. There were four variables that have effect on the tourism potential development strategy in Kuri Caddi Beach, which are tourist attraction, safety and comfort, job opportunities and income. Meanwhile, there were three variables that have no effect, such us supporting facilities, information and promotion, and accessibility. The strategy that can be used for developing tourism potential on Kuri Caddi Beach is by utilizing the tourist attraction of Kuri Caddi Beach by referring to the Maros Regency Regional Regulation number 2 of 2014, concerning the implementation of tourism, involving the community in developing Kuri Caddi Beach tourism based on the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan, and involves investors in developing Kuri Caddi Beach tourism, so that PAD and local community income are increased.
