Abstract

In this community service, the aim is to explore the role of the Notion application in increasing productivity. Notion is an all-in-one workspace application used for taking notes, managing knowledge and data, and managing projects and tasks. Initially, this application was intended to create notes or notes with a simple appearance of Karang Taruna in managing the system. Karang Taruna is a social organization as a forum and means of developing every member of society that grows and develops on the basis of social awareness and responsibility from and for the community, especially the younger generation in the region, especially engaged in social welfare efforts. While the membership of the DKI Jakarta Mosque Youth and Teenagers Network (JPRMI), hereinafter referred to as the DKI Jakarta Mosque Youth and Teenagers Network (JPRMI) is every member of society. Limited understanding of the management of information system management that has not been carried out in optimization in the JPRMI management environment. The system management used is still manual for the JPRMI DKI Jakarta membership information system. Therefore, Nusa Mandiri University is carrying out Community Service in the form of Utilizing the Use of the Notion Web Application to Manage Management at PRMI DKI Jakarta. With this training, it can help the DKI Jakarta Mosque Youth and Teenagers (JPRMI)

Abstract

Atsiri Women's Cooperative is a social organization as a forum and means of developing every member of society that grows and develops on the basis of social awareness and responsibility from and for the community in the region, especially engaged in medium and small businesses. While the membership of the Atssiti Citayem Cooperative, hereinafter referred to as the Cooperative Mothers, is every member of the community. Atsiri Women's Cooperative, Established on December 11, 2011, located at Jl. Jalan Sedap Malam Raya no 45 Rt 01 RW 12 Atsiri Permai Housing, Ragajaya Village, Bojonggede District. Bogor Regency. Postal Code 16920, Deed of Establishment of the "Atsiri Women's Cooperative" Cooperative Number: 252,- Date: April 03, 2012. Atsiri Women's Cooperative is engaged in the field of All Kinds of Business. The problem of limited understanding of social media management that has not been carried out in optimization in the UMKM management environment. The use of social media used is still manual for sales information. Therefore Therefore Nusa Mandiri University carries out Community Service in the form of training and utilization of Canva application technology in developing product sales. With this training, it can help Cooperative Mothers in managing and providing information data with training in implementing digital product sales. The output that will be achieved from the Socialization in the form of Community Service is publication in local print or electronic mass media.

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of digital technology with greening programs at Child Welfare Institutions (LKSA) as an effort to increase environmental awareness. By utilizing advances in digital technology, this program aims to provide effective and interesting education to children about the importance of preserving the environment. This program involves the use of educational applications, social media, and other digital platforms to convey information about the environment, farming techniques, and ways to keep the surrounding environment clean and beautiful. Apart from that, this program also involves practical activities such as planting trees and creating green parks around LKSA. In its implementation, digital technology is used to facilitate communication and coordination between LKSA managers, volunteers and other related parties. This makes it easier to monitor and evaluate the program, so that necessary adjustments can be made to achieve optimal results. The use of technology also enables the dissemination of information and program results widely via the internet, so that it can inspire and motivate other institutions to do the same. The results of implementing this program show a significant increase in LKSA children's knowledge and awareness of environmental issues. They become more concerned about the surrounding environment and are actively involved in greening activities. Apart from that, this program also contributes to improving air quality and the beauty of the environment around LKSA. The integration of digital technology in the greening program at LKSA has proven effective in increasing children's environmental awareness. This program not only provides in-depth education, but also teaches practical skills that are useful for their future. Thus, this integration model is suitable for application in other institutions to support sustainable environmental conservation efforts

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based adaptive training in improving student learning outcomes in Vocational High Schools (SMK). AI-based adaptive training is designed to provide a personalized learning experience by adjusting the level of difficulty and content of the material based on the individual needs of students. The research method used is a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, student perception questionnaires, and in-depth interviews. Participants consisted of vocational high school students majoring in engineering, who were divided into experimental and control groups. The results showed that students who took AI-based training experienced a significant increase in learning outcomes compared to the control group using conventional training methods. Specifically, the experimental group showed improvements in cognitive aspects, applications, and learning motivation. In addition, students responded positively to the implementation of AI technology, noting that this approach increased their understanding and engagement in learning. However, this study also identified challenges such as limited technological infrastructure in some schools and initial resistance to the use of new technologies. Therefore, this study recommends increasing technological literacy, developing technology-based education policies, and long-term evaluation of the effectiveness of AI-based training. The results of this study contribute to educational innovation in vocational schools to prepare students to face the challenges of the ever-evolving world of work.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia face significant challenges in product marketing, particularly in the digital era. Many MSME owners have not fully utilized digital technologies to expand their market reach and enhance product sales. One platform that can be leveraged is Facebook Pro, which allows MSMEs to promote products affordably and with broad reach. This study aims to provide training to MSME owners in Ujung Labuhan Village, Namorambe District, Deli Serdang Regency, on how to utilize Facebook Pro as a digital marketing tool. The training, held on October 26, 2024, involved 30 participants from various MSME sectors. The training covered basic digital marketing concepts, creating business accounts, managing business pages, creating paid advertising campaigns, and using analytical tools to evaluate ad performance. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ understanding of digital marketing, with pre-test and post-test scores improving by an average of 30%. Most participants successfully applied the knowledge gained by running ad campaigns using Facebook Pro. Although challenges related to ad budget management and adaptation to Facebook’s algorithm changes were encountered, the solutions provided during the training helped participants overcome these issues. This activity is expected to assist MSMEs in becoming more independent in digital marketing and to enhance their competitiveness.
