Abstract

Along with the rapid development of Information Technology and its wide application to various aspects or fields of business, information technology has also been widely used by industry or other organizations. Its utilization aims to facilitate users and provide efficiency in a business field in carrying out its activities. The situation of the coronavirus pandemic demands that we optimally not come into contact with other people or keep our distance. From the facts, many companies or offices still carry out manual receptions using receptionist services which will result in guests having to change their identities to get office access, and the high level of information technology facilities and infrastructure is not matched by the awareness of the Indonesian people to use them optimally. From these problems, the researcher proposes research as an alternative solution in the form of designing web and Android application systems to replace the receptionist function or what is called Digital Receptionist using a structured approach, Design Method, PHP, and MYSQL with web and android based application development. The results achieved are expected to be able to avoid touching hands or keep a distance and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the guest reception process. The conclusion obtained is that with this Digital Receptionist system, besides being able to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the guest reception process and avoid touching hands or keeping a distance

Abstract

Yayasan Al-Muhajairin yang berlokasi di kota Bogor merupakan sebuah yayasan pendidikan yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan setingkat sekolah pertama , dimasa pandemi seperti ini pemanfaatan teknologi sangat diperlukan dalam proses belajar mengajar , salah satunya adalah pemanfaatan teknologi software google form . Permasalahan timbul terkait keterbatasan pemahaman mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi google form untuk proses pengajaran kususunya pembuatan soal ujian pada yayasan tersebut menjadi alasan, oleh karena itu Universitas Nusa Mandiri membuat solusi dengan melaksanakan Pengabdian Masyarakat berupa Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Google Form Untuk Pembuatan Soal di Yayasan Al-Muhajirin Kota Bogor. Dengan harapan pelatihan tersebut dapat membantu para pendidik untuk bisa mengimplementasikan pemanfaatan teknologi Google Form pada yayasan tersebut.

Abstract

At this time there is still a lack of public awareness of the importance of being able or fluent in English. In addition, the price of the course is also a consideration for the community, and the time is flexible. This English course is a solution for people who want to learn and can speak English. To introduce this English course to the public at this time only use the distribution of brochures through social media. So that there are still many people who are not familiar with this English course. Thus, a wider promotion is needed through the website. This English course also has many learning programs that the community can choose according to their respective ages and targets, the time of course learning can be adjusted according to the wishes of each student. This English course teacher is also experienced in his field. The teaching and learning system for this English course is not only able to learn online via zoom, but the teacher can go to each student's home to teach English according to student requests. This English course learning method also utilizes multimedia developments, so that learning becomes more fun and easy to understand. This English course business has progressed with the increase in students every month starting in February reaching 20%, March reaching 35%, and April reaching 25%. The overall income earned by this English course business which is calculated from each program attended by each student reaches 80%. The research aims to examine the progress of entrepreneurship in English courses, there are several determinants of entrepreneurship in English courses that can be internal and external.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is currently very much needed by students and teaching staff at the Ar-Rahman Foundation. Especially for female students, training in the use of information and communication technology devices is needed so that later students can be used properly. The students and teaching staff cannot use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint because they are not taught in schools, and the cost of computer courses is high among students in the Krukut area. One of them is to train the ability to use a word processing application, namely Microsoft Word. Community service activities are emphasized in the form of training on the application of Microsoft Office for students and teaching staff of the Ar-Rahman Krukut Foundation. It is hoped that with this training, students and teaching staff can better know the techniques of using Microsoft Office by utilizing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint. The results of the dedication carried out provide experience and skills for students and teaching staff in using Microsoft Office. Thus, the implementation of community service activities at the Ar-Rahman Foundation Using Microsoft Word provides significant benefits for improving the skills of students and teaching staff in utilizing information technology and computers, they are very enthusiastic to take part in the next activity. They already understand and can operate Microsoft Office.

Abstract

The obligations to each university as described in the Tridharma of Higher Education are education, research, and community service. One form of this obligation at the Nusa Mandiri School of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) is to carry out community service. This is carried out in relation to the concern of every institution or institution engaged in education by following technological developments and advances. This time, community service was carried out at PT. Jaya Persada Indonesia or JPI is a company that was founded with a spirit of togetherness, seeing opportunities for the development of its property and human resources, so the company is currently focusing on the business area carried out by PT. Jaya Persada Indonesia is a Property Developer, Property Agency (JPI Propertindo). Limited understanding of the Microsoft Excel program for office inventory, therefore the Nusa Mandiri College of Information and Computer Management conducted Community Service in the form of Excel Training Workshop Training for Inventory kator at PT. Jaya Persada Indonesia (PT. JPI) in East Jakarta. With this training, it can help management in managing inventory activities at PT. Jaya Persada Indonesia (PT. JPI).

Abstract

PKK in Kelurahan Kebon Bawang is a community organization that functions as a facilitator, planner, implementer, controller and activator at each level for the implementation of the PKK program. The relationship between the mobilizing teams is consultative and coordinative by still paying attention to the hierarchy of functions of the PKK movement in DKI Jakarta Province. The relationship between the Kebon Bawang Urban Village PKK Driving Team and the Kelurahan PKK Driving Team chaired by the Kebon Bawang Urban Village is consultative and coordinative. Limitations in using the animaker program as a supporting tool in making teaching materials / material that can be conveyed online, therefore the Nusa Mandiri College of Information and Computer Management carries out Community Service in the form of IT Workshop Training for Online Learning Methods with Animakers at PKK in Kebon Village Onions in North Jakarta. With this training, it can help individuals in PKK in Kebon Bawang Village in making tools as a means of making materials for online learning during the pandemic.

Abstract

The student's satisfaction in this covid-19 era is crucial to figuring out what level of quality services are available in school institutions. The study aims to find out the students' level of satisfaction with online study at SMK al - amanah, this study is a descriptive quantitative study with a population of 102. In this matter student satisfaction will be measured using a servqual and importance performance analysis method in this case where it talks about dimensions of waited, responsiveness, assurance, anticipation and tangibles. The instrument of this study is done with the interview manner and the dissemination of the questionnaire. The data of the collected questionnaires are calculated and prepared, and the quality of the service is specifically known. With the spread of the questionnaire, it can be seen the result of a student's dissatisfaction with the service given. Data prepared for servqual methods with the help of SPSS 24.0 and importance performance analysis. The results from the selected student satisfaction data can be used as an evaluation material for schools to improve online learning. The results of this study show every dimension on the servqual that is tangibles, valence, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty. Indicating that the gap or responsive gap is the biggest quality value dimension of -0.72 and the smallest gap or gap there is in realibility of -0.22

Abstract

In today's era of globalization, information technology is advancing rapidly. Information obtained because of technological devices such as computers that were created to facilitate human work, especially in the IT field. SMA Muhammadiyah 18 Jakarta is in dire need of an information system to support school needs. For this reason, the author tries to make research on the payment system at SMA Muhammadiyah 18 Jakarta which is currently not computerized. SMA Muhammadiyah 18 Jakarta is a business charity engaged in education under the auspices of the Muhammadiyah Cipulir College, Kebayoran Lama Branch. The existing school payment system is still done manually. Starting from the process of receiving payments to making reports, making it possible during the process there were errors in recording, less accurate reports made and delays in finding the required data. The design of a payment information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this school. Therefore, a computerized system is better than a manual system so that it runs more effectively, efficiently and the current payment system is more conducive than the previous system. The result of this research is a payment system design that utilizes information technology that can solve various problems that occur in the current system.

Abstract

In the assessment of the selection of the best distributor at PT. Borden Eagle Indonesia there are several determining factors in the assessment. The assessment is still not optimal because it uses manual calculations and seems subjective. Because of this problem, the design of the right system can provide solutions to help and facilitate the decision making of the selection of the best distributor in accordance with the criteria that have been determined by the company. The Decision Support System using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is very suitable in the selection of the best distributor with an assessment where there are several criteria, each of which has an assessment weight so as to provide a more effective and accurate assessment of the selection of the best distributor. The criteria used to measure the assessment are 5 (five) namely Sales Growth, General Management and Compliance, Sales Tools, Inventory Management and Financial. The final result of the calculation with the SAW method shows that the alternative A4 is on behalf of the distributor PT. Anugerah Keluarga Jaya east Surabaya region and alternative A10 on behalf of distributor PT. Wono Perkasa Mandiri Tulung Agung region is ranked in the top 2 winners of the best distributors

Abstract

Kirana windu is a company engaged in rubber management and has implemented an information system in the inventory section which aims to control the movement of products from the company. In this study, the author uses COBIT 5 framework with sub domains APO01, BAI01, DSS01, MEA01 and EDM01. For the calculation of the average maturity level of the five sub domains, which is 432%, when viewed from the rating scale, it is included in level F which indicates that it has reached the Fully achieved value where there has been a complete and systematic approach and full achievement. And in terms of the rounding scale of the condition mapping index of the capability model, it is the Performed Process where the process of the SAP application system at PT. Kirana Windu has been successfully implemented and has achieved the goals planned by the institution. From the results of the calculation of the GAP or gap, it is known that for all domains the target level has been reached.
