Abstract

The Statista.com site predicts that in 2024 the volume of data and information will continue to increase, increasing 75 times compared to data 2010. PT AXA Financial Indonesia is one of the life insurance industries that continues to grow rapidly with an increase in data per day, even though the world is currently experiencing a viral pandemic. Therefore, data storage and documents need to be managed properly. Electronic Document System (e-docs) is a solution for storing data and documents electronically and efficiently. Therefore, it is important to measure the implementation of the Electronic Document System (e-docs). This study aims to determine the effect of System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality on User Satisfaction and Net Benefits at PT AXA Financial Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Analysis of research data using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program version 20. The results of this study indicate that the variables of System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on user satisfaction as well as user satisfaction. partially to the net benefits. Meanwhile, System Quality, Information Quality and User Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on net benefits but do not have a positive effect on Service Quality.

Abstract

The passing of the covid-19 pandemic leaves a variety of new habits implemented by schools, especially teachers in the learning process. The new habit in question is that teachers use online media to carry out the learning process. This is also a form of demand from the government to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. This training activity on the use of online learning media begins with a theoretical explanation of the definition of online learning and the various online learning media platforms currently available. Of course, as educators must be able to choose the right online learning media so that students also do not experience obstacles and difficulties in following the learning delivered by the teacher. Before entering the training stage, the speaker provided material about learning media in general and the difference between online learning media. On this occasion, what was conveyed was about google classroom, zoom meeting and google form. Program socialization was carried out to introduce the program and how to use it to all teachers at MTs Sirajul Huda. Abstrak: Berlalunya pandemi covid-19 menyisakan berbagai kebiasaan-kebiasaan baru yang diterapkan oleh pihak sekolah terutama guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Kebiasaan baru yang dimaksud adalah guru menggunakan media online untuk melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Hal tersebut juga sebagai bentuk tuntutan dari pemerintah untuk mengurangi penyebaran pandemi covid-19.Kegiatan pelatihan penggunaan media pembelajaran online ini diawali dengan penjelasan secara teoritis mengenai definisi pembelajaran online dan berbagai macam platform media pembelajaran online yang ada saat ini. Tentu sebagai pendidik harus dapat memilih media pembelajaran online yang tepat agar siswa juga tidak mengalami kendala dan kesulitan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran yang disampaikan oleh gurunya. Sebelum masuk ke tahap pelatihan, pembicara memberikan materi tentang media pembelajaran secara umum dan perbedaannya dengan media pembelajaran online. Dalam kesempatan ini yang disampaikan adalah tentang google classroom, zoom metting dan google form. Sosialisasi program dilakukan untuk mengenalkan program serta cara penggunaannya kepada semua guru yang ada di MTs Sirajul Huda.

Abstract

This study analyzes the capability level of information technology (IT) governance using the COBIT framework, focusing on the APO (Align, Plan, and Organize) and MEA (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess) domains. In the rapidly evolving digital era, IT plays a crucial strategic role in supporting operational efficiency, product innovation, and customer service enhancement. However, suboptimal governance may hinder the achievement of business objectives. The primary aim of this research is to assess the alignment between business processes and IT strategies, identify weaknesses in IT governance, and provide recommendations for improvement. The methods used in this study include interviews, document analysis, and questionnaires. The results indicate that the integration of the APO and MEA domains can enhance the effectiveness of information system audits and provide significant added value to companies in their efforts to achieve better IT governance.

Abstract

Atsiri Women's Cooperative is a social organization as a forum and means of developing every member of society that grows and develops on the basis of social awareness and responsibility from and for the community in the region, especially engaged in medium and small businesses. While the membership of the Atssiti Citayem Cooperative, hereinafter referred to as the Cooperative Mothers, is every member of the community. Atsiri Women's Cooperative, Established on December 11, 2011, located at Jl. Jalan Sedap Malam Raya no 45 Rt 01 RW 12 Atsiri Permai Housing, Ragajaya Village, Bojonggede District. Bogor Regency. Postal Code 16920, Deed of Establishment of the "Atsiri Women's Cooperative" Cooperative Number: 252,- Date: April 03, 2012. Atsiri Women's Cooperative is engaged in the field of All Kinds of Business. The problem of limited understanding of social media management that has not been carried out in optimization in the UMKM management environment. The use of social media used is still manual for sales information. Therefore Therefore Nusa Mandiri University carries out Community Service in the form of training and utilization of Canva application technology in developing product sales. With this training, it can help Cooperative Mothers in managing and providing information data with training in implementing digital product sales. The output that will be achieved from the Socialization in the form of Community Service is publication in local print or electronic mass media.

Abstract

The Head of Study Program plays an important role as the highest leader in the structure of a study program. The Head of Study Program is responsible for the smooth running of academic activities in the study program he leads. As a key element in higher education, the Head of Study Program must lead the managerial function by planning, implementing, and controlling the academic process and managing other supporting activities. The head of the study program who shows high performance, dedication, and integrity deserves an award as the best head of the study program. This assessment aims to ensure that the Head of Study Program is able to carry out his duties properly in accordance with the rules and demands, and advance the study program in accordance with its vision and mission. Therefore, a decision support system is needed as a solution to overcome this problem, by utilizing the MOOSRA method. MOOSRA begins by formulating a decision matrix consisting of alternatives, criteria or attributes, individual weights or significance coefficients of each criterion, and performance measurements of related alternatives. Normalization is then carried out to change the attribute values into the range 0–1. The assessment results show that the Head of Study Program with the highest ranking is alternative A7, with a value of 0.896358

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh E-Commerce Shopee dan Keputusan Pembelian terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Universitas Qamarul Huda Badaruddin Bagu. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif, penelitian melibatkan 100 mahasiswa aktif pengguna Shopee. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas pada 30 responden uji coba, menunjukkan seluruh item valid (r hitung > r tabel) dan reliabel (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,6). Analisis menggunakan SPSS 25 menunjukan bahwa E-Commerce Shopee (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap perilaku konsumtif (Y) dengan t hitung 1,516 < t tabel 1,660. Sebaliknya, Keputusan Pembelian (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial dengan t hitung 3,605 > t tabel 1,660. Secara simultan, X1 dan X2 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y dengan f hitung 25,604 > f tabel 3,090. Dengan demikian, keduanya bersama-sama memengaruhi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of rattan crafts on the income of housewives in Tibu Sisok Village, Janapria District. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study provides an in-depth description of social phenomena, particularly regarding the contribution of rattan crafts to family income. The research location is Tibu Sisok Village, Central Lombok Regency, and data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources include primary data obtained from the village head, rattan entrepreneurs, and 15 housewives, and secondary data from documentation, village profiles, and village administration reports. To ensure data validity, the researcher used source triangulation to verify the consistency of information from various sources. The results indicate that rattan crafts make a positive contribution to increasing family income. However, craftspeople face challenges such as limited raw materials, high rattan prices, lack of government support, and limited business capital. Despite this, housewives continue to maintain this activity through adaptive strategies, such as selling products online and collaborating with the rattan industry. This study recommends the need for support from the government and relevant stakeholders to strengthen the rattan craft sector as a driver of the local economy. Thus, rattan crafts can be a sustainable source of income for housewives in Tibu Sisok village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasitantangan serta peran ekonomi kreatif dalammeningkatkan pariwisata lokal di Desa Sukarara, Lombok Tengah. Desa ini dikenal dengan kerajinantenun tradisional yang telah menjadi identitas budayasekaligus sumber pendapatan masyarakat. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptifmelalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dandokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasektor tenun memiliki kontribusi strategis dalammenarik wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara. Pascapandemi COVID-19, pendapatan pelaku usahameningkat signifikan, meskipun pencatatan keuanganmasih minim. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputiketerbatasan promosi digital, rendahnya minat generasimuda dalam melanjutkan tradisi menenun, sertalemahnya pencatatan usaha secara formal. Pemerintahdesa berperan penting dalam pelestarian budayamelalui festival Begawe Jelo Nyesek, penyediaaninfrastruktur, dan dukungan pelatihan. Implikasipenelitian ini menegaskan bahwa ekonomi kreatif tidakhanya mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, tetapijuga memperkuat identitas budaya dan daya saingpariwisata berkelanjutan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi efektivitas penerapan metode mind mapping dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa SMPN 2 Pringgarata. Metode mind mapping digunakan sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan visual untuk membantu siswa mengorganisir, menghubungkan, dan mengingat informasi dengan lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pre-test dan post-test dengan kelompok kontrol yang tidak menerapkan metode mind mapping. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 60 siswa kelas VIII yang dipilih secara acak. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar kognitif yang dikembangkan berdasarkan kurikulum nasional. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan metode mind mapping menghasilkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar kognitif dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode mind mapping efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa SMPN 2 Pringgarata.Kata kunci: Metode Mind Mapping, Hasil Belajar Kognitif, Siswa SMPN 2 Pringgarata, Pembelajaran Visual, Pendekatan Kreatif. ABSTRACT This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of applying the mind mapping method in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of Pringgarata 2 Public Middle School students. The mind mapping method is used as a creative and visual learning approach to help students better organize, relate, and remember information. This study used a pre-test and post-test research design with a control group that did not apply the mind mapping method. The research sample consisted of 60 grade VIII students who were randomly selected. The instrument used in this study was a cognitive learning achievement test developed based on the national curriculum. Data were analyzed using paired t statistical tests. The results showed that students who took part in learning using the mind mapping method produced a significant increase in cognitive learning outcomes compared to the control group. This study concluded that the application of the mind mapping method was effective in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of Pringgarata 2 Public Middle School students.Keywords: Mind Mapping Method, Cognitive Learning Outcomes, Students of SMPN 2 Pringgarata, Visual Learning, Creative Approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Penerapan Pembiayaan Mudharabah dalam meningkatkan pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menegah (UMKM) Di Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Al Hidayah Ummat Sejatera Lombok Timur.Penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian lapangan (field research), dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif metode deskriptif. Adapun lokasi penelitian bertempat di Koperasi Produsen Syariah Mardhotillah Amanah Sejahtera yang beralamat di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anggota pada pembiayaan Mudharabah di Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Al Hidayah Ummat Sejatera Lombok Timur, dengan objek penelitian penelitiannya adalah Pembiayaan Mudharabah Di Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Al Hidayah Ummat Sejatera Lombok Timur. Adapun teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi (pengamatan) dengan instrumen (recorder, buku atau kertas dan pulpen), interview (wawancara) dengan instrument (rekaman suara, video, kertas, pulpen dan alat bantu wawancara lainnya), dokumentasi dengan instrument (handphone dan recorder), kuesioner (angket) dengan instrument (pulpen dan kertas). Dan untuk mengecek keabsahan data menggunakan uji credibility dengan teknik triangulasi. Adapun teknik analisa data mengunakan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Analisis Penerapan Pembiayaan Mudharabah Dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (UMKM) Di Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Al Hidayah Ummat Sejatera Lombok Timur sudah sejalan dengan ketentuan fatwa DSN serta akad (kerjasama) antara anggota dan pihak BMT Al Hidayah Ummat Sejahtera, dan juga anggota terlihat tidak adanya keraguan dalam menjalankan perjanjian ketika sudah tereaslisasinya suatu usaha tersebut, hal ini dapat dilihat juga berdasarkan peningkatan pendapatan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Lombok Timur sangat dirasakan oleh masyarakat terutama anggota yang menggunakan pembiayaan mudharabah tersebut. Karena dengan adanya BMT Al Hidayah Ummat Sejahtera melaui pembiayaan mudharabah anggota merasa terbantu, sehingga dapat meningkatkan usaha yang mereka jalankan terutama bagi pengusaha mikro, serta cendrung membuat para pelaku usaha beralih dari bank konvensional yang menerapkan sistem bunga yang dulunya menjadi alternatif pengembangan usaha yang mereka jalani, kini menjadi koperasi syariah dengan segala bentuk prosedurnya yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariat islam. Namun dengan demikian BMT Al Hidayah Ummat Sejahtera harus konsisten dalam melakukan perhitungan bagi hasil pembiayaan mudharabah yang didasarkan pada nisbah bagi hasil yang telah di sepakati dalam akad perjanjian.
