Abstract

The Sanjaya shop is a shop that sells various kinds of machines such as pumps, diesel and many more. Sales of their products are still carried out offline, recording of stock items and prices of goods are still manually recorded in a special book by the owner so that it consumes a lot of paper and also space. The development of information systems is very rapid, many have used information systems to help ease work. This research was created to assist the store in inputting goods, monitoring inventory, sales reports. In addition, the system created has a recommendation feature for buyers based on the best-selling items. This study uses the prototype model as a method for system development. In making the system the author uses PHP and HTML and MySQL as a database. The results of this study can be concluded that the average before using the system is 31.7437 minutes, while the average after using the system is 11.0627 minutes and testing the benefits obtained with excellent results, namely usability of 95.5%, learnability of 97, 7% and the efficiency is 98.9%. From the results that have been obtained, it can be concluded that the Sales Information System Using Website-Based Recommendation Features to Increase Product Sales at Sanjaya Stores can be used properly. With this system, it is expected to be able to assist in the efficiency and effectiveness of recording the stock of goods and sales at the Sanjaya Store.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Accounting Understanding an Application, financial accounting systems human resource competency on the quality of regional financial statement. Based on PP No. 71 year 2010, state and local government financial statement quality have to meet the qualitative characteristic. Factors examined include Acounting understanding, human resource competency financial accounting system and the quality of regional financial statement. The used sampling method is purposive sampling sampling. Data collection is done by giving as many as 90 copies, copies of the questionnaire,which was distributed to respondents who are staff financial in Pekanbaru City. The Data obtained are then analyzed using SPSS 21.00. Based on the analysis results, obtained that applicatin of Accounting and the financial accounting systems have a positive and significant effect to the quality of financial reporting information in OPD Pekanbaru City and human resource competency can be used as a moderating variable

Abstract

This Research Was Conducted At PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk Pekanbaru. This Finance Is Serving Various Financial Needs, Especially Adira Kredit division. Some of the available financial services are new and used car loans, new and used motorcycle loans Some of the available financial services are new and used car purchase services, new and used motorcycle loans, Smartphone Loans And Other Electronic Goods Loans. The entire population of 38 people in this study will be used as samples with sampling methods, namely saturated sampling and census techniques. The purpose of this research is to find Effect Of Compensation And Work Conflict On Collector Employee Performance on PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk Pekanbaru. Types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and questionnaires. This study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach as a data collection tool. The results of this study obtained an equation that is Y = 2.105 + 0.341X1 + 0.542X2, and the value of Fcount is 21.104 d> Ftable 3.27. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of compensation and work conflict have a positive and significant influence on the performance of collector employees at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing mix variables consisting of product (X 1 ), price (X 2 ), place/distribution channel (X 3 ) and promotion (X 4 ) on purchasing decisions (Y ) for Wardah products in Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at outlets that market Wardah products in Pekanbaru city with a total sample of 99 outlets studied with cluster sampling methode. The analysis showed that the variables of the marketing mix consisting of product ( X 1 ), price ( X 2 ), place / distribution channels ( X 3 ) and promotion ( X 4 ) are partial and simultaneously have a significant influence on product purchasing decisions Wardah in Pekanbaru. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) = 0.481 which means that the dependent variable and the independent variable have a moderate relationship. The coefficient of determination amounting to 0 .231 which means that the variables of the marketing mix contributed 23.1 % to the purchase decision.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, net cash flow, dividend policy and firm size to stock prices at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis based on normality test, Heteroskedasticity test, multicollinearity test and autocorrelation test are met, multiple linear regression analysis where profitability, liquidity, net cash flows and firm size have positive effect while dividend policy has negative effect on stock price, Partial Test (t test) where the variable profitability and firm size affect the stock price while the liquidity variable, net cash flow and dividend policy does not affect the stock price. In the F test (Simultaneous Test) the independent variables (profitability, liquidity, net cash flow, dividend policy and firm size) together have a significant effect on the dependent variable (stock price). In the coefficient of determination test (adj R2) that the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable with the value of adj R2 of 54.5% while the remaining 45.5% influenced other variables not examined in this study
