Abstract

A headmaster is top leader of school had full of responsibility in successes organization he leaded or failure of it. But a headmaster not only has role as a leader but also has role as an entrepreneur in the school. In conducting his role as entrepreneur a headmaster must has a creative and innovative soul. So he makes an education innovation in the school. Headmaster of MIN Bancong Wonoasri Madiun can improve this school both of academic or physic. So the writer interests to writing the paper and conducting MIN Bancong Wonoasri Madiun as a location of research. The method of this research is qualitative method. This research was done at MIN Bancong, Kenanga Street No. 02, RT 02 / RW 02 Bancong Wonoasri Madiun. Techniques of collecting data are: interview, observation and documentation. The data collected was analyzed using the plot: data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/verifying. To make sure that the result of this research is the valid result, there was done the credibility test. Finally, the results of this research are: (1) The leadership strategies of entrepreneur had headmaster of MIN Bancong Wonoasri Madiun are: applying fulfill of time behavior, applying fulfill of promise behavior, marketing strategies through the internet, school social responsibility, and conducting the innovation (2) The innovations conducted by headmaster of MIN Bancong Wonoasri Madiun are: curriculum innovation, facility innovation, SDM innovation and administration innovation, (3) the resistances faced headmaster of MIN Bancong Wonoasri Madiun in applying his leaderships’ strategies are: the different of understanding about the important innovation, the different of teachers emotional condition had effect to their working spirit, and the discontinue of fund availability. Abstract

The existence of Lesbians, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) has actually existed for a long time. But many communities can not accept their existence. Peoples known as Iesbian, gay or biseksual may be tolerated in the society, but normally their own families do not want to accept them. Seeing the growing strength of LGBT organization, some Islamic based parties such as PKS will initiate bill to reject LGBT. So that Indonesia can anticipate the development of LGBT behavior. This descriptive research aims to find out the elite views of Islamic party in the Malang city about the existence of LGBT organization.  And the response of the elite Islamic party in the viewing the reality of families who have LGBT members. This research is located in Malang city.  The result of this research indicates that elite Islamic party worried about the existence of LGBT organizations. They see that the exixtence of LGBT organization is contrary to many norms; religius norms, law norms, customary norms, and cultural norms as easten societies.  They perceive that the more existence of LGBT will undermine the the social structure. While the response of elite Islamic party to members of LGBT who refused by their families is improve and direct the LGBt members to return to the normal life. According to them government must act decisively on the issue of LGBT.LGBT members should be directed to improving conditions, they must given the right to treatment, especially psychological treatment.Keyword: elite, partai Islam, organisasi LGBT.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to describe marketing mix strategy in product marketing. Using literature review the discussion in this article yields the conclusion that:  the steps in implementing marketing mix strategies are: determining customer needs and desires, choosing special target market, pleacing marketing strategy in competiton, choosing marketing strategy. The are 4P marketing in the marketing mix strategy must be niticed: product, price, place, and promotion.Keywords: strategi, marketing mix, pemasaran produk.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to analyze the efforts of creatifity and innovation development in entrepreneurship in order to facing the market competation. By using literature study method finally obtained conclusion that in order to survive in the midst of market competation creative and innovative efforts can done by intrepreneurs are: Find out the relationship between onjects, processes, materials, technology, and people (employees). Abstract

The quality assurance system of education is needed right now, considering education quality of Indonesia is still low compared by developed countries. The aim of this study is to determine the steps need to be done to implement the quality assurance system of education.  From the literature review finally obtained the conclusion that the steps to implement the quality assurance system of education are: preparing the quality assurance program, choosing the data collection instrument, collecting and verifying data, processing and analyzing data, reporting data-based findings, using findings for standard achievement verification, choosing priority needs for quality improvement, developing programs and budget quality improvement, implementing quality improvement program, monitoring quality improvement activities, reporting quality improvement results, carrying out suggestions for the next phase of improvement.Keywords: langkah-langkah, sistem penjaminan mutu, pendidikan.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to find out the murabaha products provided for the customers of the Mandiri Bank of Syariah Ponorogo branch office, especially the customers who focus on small and medium enterprises. To know the level of profitability of small and medium enterprises from murabaha financing of Mandiri Bank of Syariah Ponorogo branch office in 2016. And know the effect of murabaha financing of Mandiri Bank of Syariah Ponorogo branch office to the profitability of small and medium enterprises in Ponorogo regency. This research is quantitative research by using questionnaire method to collecting data. The results of this study are: Murabaha financing of Mandiri Bank of Syariah Ponorogo branch office are grouped in three categories: 34, 28% is high category, 51,42% is middle category, and 14, 28% is low category. Profitability of small and medium enterprises in Ponorogo regency in 2016 are grouped in three categories: 45,71% is high category, 42,85% is middle category, and 11,42% is low category. There is a significant effect of murabaha financing on profitability of small and medium enterprises in Ponorogo regency in 2016, because ro (0,447) > rt on db = 35 on level of significance 5% as well as rt on level of significance 1%, so Ha is received an Ho is refused.
