Abstract

This study discuss about how much influence from policy tax, tax administration, loopholes and tariffs tax to effectiveness management tax company on each owned company every HIPMI members in Batam City. Object study this is companies registered with HIPMI. Destination from study this is for now and evaluate how much big influence policy tax, tax administration, loopholes and tariffs tax by together to effectiveness management tax company HIPMI members in Batam City. Method research used is Descriptive quantitative. Data collection through deployment questionnaire, with amount population of 223 companies registered with HIPMI in Batam City whereas sample on research this taken with formula slovin and amounted to 69 respondents. Data analysis using analysis regression multiple. Research results show that variable of policy tax take effect positive and significant by 20.8% against effectiveness management tax company, then variable of tax administration take effect positive and significant by 32.2% against effectiveness management tax company, then loopholes variable effect positive and significant by 37.7% against effectiveness management tax company, and variable rate tax take effect positive and significant by 61.8% against effectiveness management tax company, as well as variable of policy tax, tax administration, loopholes and tax rates by simultaneous take effect positive and significant by 91% against effectiveness management tax companies that can see of R square (R2) or the test of determination.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to examine and analyze the effect of debt to equity ratio, institutional ownership, board and board of commissioners Return on assets in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021.The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The research sample is 36 industries with 180 observations. Hypothesis testing in this study uses regression analysis with the E-Views 12.0 program. The results obtained (1) debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant effect on return on assets, (2) institutional ownership has a negative and significant effect on return on assets, (3) the board of directors has a negative and insignificant effect on return on assets, (4 ) the board of commissioners has a positive and significant effect on return on assets.

Abstract

Indonesia is a compound country that has multi-ethnic, ethnic, religious, and multi-cultural that stretch from Sabang to Merauke and from Miangas to Rote. Therefore, the introduction of multiculturalism needs to be given early on to students through literary literacy in writing poems charged with multiculturalism. This study aims to describe a collection of children's poems by elementary school students “Keragaman Budaya Indonesia” and “Sehimpun Puisi. Resep Membuat Jagat Raya” from the perspective of multiculturalism. This research uses the principles of the qualitative research paradigm with the content analysis method. The data in this study are the values of multiculturalism in children's poetry. The source of the data in this study is a collection of poems by elementary school students. Data analysis techniques use interactive analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that in the poetry collection book there were fourteen indicators of multiculturalism, including respect for cultural equality, social class, ethnicity/ ethnicity, gender, language, religion, race, skin color, pluralism, equal rights, customs, behavior patterns, educational equality, and tolerance. The introduction of multiculturalism is used to teach students to respect each other and live in harmony and be free from prejudices of discrimination against religion, gender, race, culture, color, social class, educational equality, and student diversity.

Abstract

The discussion in this study provides a statement, namely although the people in west Manggarai Regency, more precisely in Tangge Village, have different beliefs, but the differences do not make people look at it in different ways, but that is what makes the people live in harmony. Efforts to strengthen religious moderation can make religious ritual traditions as strengthening the relationship between religion and the traditions and culture of the local community. Just as the Tangge people have a tradition that is mandated by the Wuat Wa'i ritual. This religious ritual tradition is a culture of religion that has been embedded for generations in Tangge, Lembor district, West Manggarai Regency. Religious ritual traditions contain moral messages of religious and cultural moderation that can be the foundation of harmony between religious people. Although the people in West Manggarai Regency have different beliefs, the community has proven harmony by creating good interactions.

Abstract

As social beings, they are very important elements in human life, based on human communication relationships, they can also meet physical and spiritual needs. Communication is a direct or indirect contact relationship either individually or in groups. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the pattern of interpersonal communication in the family to reduce the number of free sex. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be stated that the communication patterns carried out by several families in the Bandar Selamat environment are very intense but less useful, so they still need guidance from related parties so that interpersonal communication patterns in the family to reduce the number of free sex can run well.

Abstract

Communication is a direct or indirect contact relationship between humans, be it individuals or groups. Interpersonal communication in the foundation between educators and students is an important element for knowing moral development. Every educator, has a special method for teaching and caring for students. The aim of this study was to describe the pattern of interpersonal communication between educators and students in moral development and to describe the relationship between educators and students after using the pattern interpersonal communication at MTS Tahfidzul Qur’an Nurul Azmi in Martubung. This study applies a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of data obtained by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation through educators and students. The results of research conducted at MTS Tahfidzul Qur’an Nurul Azmi Martubung showed that interpersonal communication between educators and students during the moral development process went very well.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to determine how the promotional strategies used by the @taukotembung instagram account in promoting culinary and their effect on increasing culinary sales who have endorsed at @taukotembung. The study was use qualitative study. This study collects primary data through interviews and observations, specifically by interviewing the owner of the @taukotembung account and one business owner who has endorsed @taukotembung. The data from the interviews were then analyzed by reducing the data so that important data could be obtained to complete this research and draw conclusions in order to answer the questions posed in the problem formulation. The interview results show that the strategy used in conducting promotions is consistent with the 4C theory of social media use, namely context, communication, collaboration, and connection. In the context of @taukotembung paying attention to the quality and aesthetics of their photos or videos and using captions by providing detailed information, communication @taukotembung applies smart reviews or honest reviews when reviewing products or culinary delights, collaboration admin @taukotembung frequently interacts with followers by replying to comments on posts, and finally on the @taukotembung connection, it becomes an ongoing relationship by regularly updating Culinary business owners have increased their sales, according to the results of interviews with business owners who have endorsed with @taukotembung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discover how students perceive COVID-19 news on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia's Facebook page (Kemenkes RI). The type of phenomenological theory is used as the theoretical basis in analyzing the problems in this qualitative research, namely researchers are required to obtain data and information through in-depth interviews and observations. The descriptive qualitative approach is used in this study. Informants in the study included two outstanding students who had sported the Department of Communication Science and the University's names, as well as three Communication Science students who led an organization on and off campus. Interviews, observation, and documentation were used to collect data from student informants at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU) using a phenomenological study approach, in which the researcher attempted to find the meaning of the perception phenomenon experienced by the informant. The data analysis is descriptive, which means it summarizes all of the information gathered from the interviews. According to the findings of this study, many students value the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia's Facebook page (Kemenkes RI). Because having the news on the account will, of course, reduce the spread of fake news about COVUD-19 on Facebook social media.

Abstract

Communication between cultures is communication between people from different cultures. This process is also rarely as smooth and error-free. The cultural differences that make it difficult for us to interact and communicate. The purpose of this research is to: (1) understand how the culture process of communication between Bataknese and Javanese at Galang Suka Village, Districts Galang, Regency of Deli Serdang, (2) Determine the source of the communication barrier in Bataknese and Javanese culture at Galang Suka Village, Districts Galang, Regency of Deli Serdang. This study employs the qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques such as interviewing, observation, and documentation. The findings of this study explain why the communication blocker is not working effectively. The communication barrier occurs due to the stereotyping of feelings, languishment, and alienation. Even though there is a communication barrier, they continue to interact with different ethnic groups.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to learn how communication science students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra conduct intrapersonal communication in order to form a self-concept. Building one's self-concept must begin with intrapersonal communication, which is accompanied by psychological processes. The researchers want to look into the process and impact of intrapersonal communication among communication science students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra on self-concept formation. This study is qualitative descriptive in nature, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. According to the findings of this study, the majority of students who serve as resource persons in this study do not understand self-concept and do not engage in intrapersonal communication. Individuals with an immature self-concept as a result of poor intrapersonal communication have no interest in pursuing achievement, stifling the mental revolution. Meanwhile, students who successfully engage in intrapersonal communication develop a self-concept that allows them to achieve success.
