Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to investigate the effect of Service Quality Dimensions on Customer Satisfaction, the effect of Customer Satisfaction towards Patient Revisit Intention and searching a significant relationship between variables within the biggest private hospital in Denpasar Bali, RS BaliMed. Improving Service Quality and establishing Customer Satisfaction within the hospital will increase the Patient Revisit Intention, our motive is to find out the truth regarding the statement for RS BaliMed. This study adopted several literatures for the Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention assessment.  In this study, 100 respondents’ data were analyzed using PLS model and finds that Assurance and Empathy from Service Quality Dimensions have positive and significant influence toward Customer Satisfaction and also followed by the findings of Customer Satisfaction has positive and significant influence toward Revisit Intention. Interestingly this study also found that Reliability, Assurance and Empathy have indirect significant influence toward Revisit Intention which considered as unique findings.Keyword: Hospital Service, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Revisit Intention, Bali, Partial Least Square

Abstract

Abstract.The organic market is widely considered as one of the biggest growing markets in food industry. The trends of healthy lifestyle also reflected in Indonesia. However, the number of consumer who purchases organic food in regular basis is reported to be low. To encourage consumption of organic foods, marketers must understand the consumers well to create better marketing strategy. Therefore, the objective of this study is to examine the factors that influence consumer intention and actual purchase behavior in the context of organic food. The proposed model of this study is using the modified Theory of Planned Behavior by Ajzen (1991) with added variables as determinants in organic food consumption. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to organic food consumers in Jakarta. Using the final data from 200 respondents, the data was analyzed by using Microsoft Excel, SPSS and assessed through Factor Analysis, One Way ANOVA, Multi Linear Regression, and Path Analysis. The result found that health consciousness, organic knowledge and trust have significant influence on attitude. As for the intention to purchase organic food, attitude has the strongest influence then followed by subjective norms and price. However, availability showed to have no significant influence on intention to purchase which demonstrated a different result from previous studies. Finally, actual purchase behavior found to greatly influenced by the intention to purchase itself.Keyword: Organic Food, Organic Consumers, Theory of Planned Behavior, Intention to Purchase, Actual Purchase Behavior

Abstract. In the globalization era, internet is essential tools that provide us so many conveniences to ease our daily lives. Including in the financial sector. Internet helps increasing the financial understanding of people. Financial literacy and inclusion is one of the important things in determining the economic situation of a country. Financial literacy and inclusion could be achieved by financial education. The data collected from the World Bank shows that Financial Inclusion in Indonesia only reach 30% of total Indonesian adults. One of the easiest way to improve Indonesian economy is by implementing financial education specialized in investment, such as Mutual Fund, Stock, and Bond. This study is to determine the level of Investment literacy and inclusion among Indonesia largest online community such us detik, kaskus, and kompasiana. The data collected from the questionnaire that will be spread on the internet to the online community. The questionnaire is based on the research that conducted by Ronald P. Volpe, World Bank, and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. The result suggested that there is still low Investment literacy and Inclusion in Indonesia online community, and still needed to be improved significantly.Keywords: Investment Literacy; Investment Inclusion; Online community

Abstract

Abstract.In recent years, as a developing country, Indonesia has been facing with several uncertainty conditions, such as political changes, government policies, increasing in population, and unstable economics growth. Indonesia’s economic growth shows that Indonesia’s GDP (Gross Domestic Product) was decline starting 912.52 billion US dollars in 2013 and continues to decline in 2015 was worth 861.3 billion US dollars. There are some factors that influenced Indonesia’s economic growth recently those are the presence and activity of business areas, such as manufacturers, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, property, banks, creative economics, mining, and many more. For mining areas, especially in oil & gas sectors, refers to Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas) which is an institution that under the auspices of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, said that this sector having a fluctuation growth since the world oil prices have been hit severely since early 2015. This caused a serious negative impact to oil and gas companies in the world, included Indonesia. Regarding to the declining world oil prices in early 2015, the problem causing disruption of business activities conducted by PT. Pertamina such as declining on generate sales. To know how does the financial performance recently, PT. Pertamina (Persero) will be compared to other local and global benchmark companies, which are PT. Medco Energi International, Chevron Corporation, and ConocoPhillips. The methods that will be used to analyze consists of Financial Ratio (Trend Analysis, Cross-Sectional Analysis, CAGR comparison), DuPont Analysis, and BUMN Scoring. In conclusion, according to the analysis that has been done, PT. Pertamina (Persero) obtain fluctuate results tend to decline in some ratios during 2011 – 2015, then there will be given the recommendation in order to improve the financial performance of PT. Pertamina (Persero) such as use operating efficiently and managing other costs and expenses also focus on generating more sales. There will a further research given to the company, which are using moody’s rating and measures company’s value by using valuation method.Keywords: PT. Abstract

Abstract.The research is purposed to compare the cognitive component of attitude towards the advertising music in television advertisement. One advertisement uses song that had ever been in Hot 100 Billboard Chart as popular music while the another one uses song that had never been in Hot 100 Billboard Chart as non-popular music.  The research takes review from a model of consumer response towards advertising music, approaches in television advertising, and popular music definition. The research scope is for Jakarta citizens aged 15 to 24 years old, uses copyrighted music as foreground, uses product-as-star approach, and the advertisement should be aired from March to June 2016. From the scopes mentioned above, two advertisements are selected to be treated as object in this research. The first one is Mizone advertisement that uses Dessert song by Dawin which had ever been in Hot 100 Billboard Chart. The second one is Close-up advertisement that uses Addicted to You song by Avicii which had never been in Hot 100 Billboard Chart. The data is gathered from quantitative research through online questionnaire and qualitative research from interview with expert. The data is analyzed through descriptive statistics and Mann-Whitney test. The result shows that using song that had ever been in Hot 100 Billboard Chart receives more favorable cognitive attitude towards advertising music, with significant difference (Sig. Value < 0.05) in level and persistence of attention to music, depth of processing to music, and remembered features of music available for association. This is in line with statement from interviewee that considers music popularity as a way to gain quick attention from audiences. Then, this research recommends practical implication for music producers to use songs from Hot 100 Billboard Chart, consider its relevancy, and also consider the airing period of an advertisement.Keywords : Television advertisement, cognitive component of attitude towards the advertising music, popular music, Hot 100 Billboard Chart

Abstract. The surge in crude oil price in the course of a recent year has created lots of interest for the relationship between crude oil price and the stock market. In recent year, crude oil price had significant move in the world. Crude oil price decreases to lower price in the history. This situation makes the company get significant impact especially for Energy Company and Production Company that used crude oil for primary material that will affect stock value of the company. The little move in crude oil price will give move in country stock market performance.  That movement makes some impact in the Indonesia stock market that their stock has unpredicted move in the Indonesia stock market. The movement of crude oil price will affect movement stock market get negative or positive impact. It will make investor and internal management make some policy to move in Indonesia stock market based on analysis of the relation between crude oil price and the stock market. The researcher propose of this study to know how far dynamic relation between crude oil price and stock market  in emerging market like Indonesia. This research will give comprehensive study about the relation between oil price and stock market for large scope research. the investor can make this research can be used in make decision making to invest in Indonesia The data about IHSG and stock price will gather from Yahoo Finance and crude oil price will be gather from Bloomberg Website. The range time period of data is from January 2008 to April 2016. The methodology of this study is use unit root test, Johansen’s cointegration test, vector error correction model (VECM), Granger causality test, impulse response functions (IRFs) and variance decompositions (VDCs) to looking relation between crude oil price and Indonesia Stock Market. The result of these studies is there a not relationship between crude oil price and Indonesia Stock market in a long-term relationship. Abstract

Abstract Six months since its opening, Casa Boxe only has 155 customers with only 20% of them are taking membership program. In previous studies, customer satisfaction is a key factor in influencing the loyalty of a customer. The research was done with collecting questionnaire from 71 customers of Casa Boxe to analyze the current level Of service quality, Customer Satisfaction and Service Loyalty. The result indicate that, the current level of Casa Boxe’s service qualiy can be categorized as good and with the lowest score on Reliability sub-dimensions. While for the level of Casa Boxe’s customer satisfaction and service loyalty is high. Findings also show that empathy and tangible dimensions significantly influence customer satisfaction, leading to service loyalty.Keywords: Service Loyalty, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract. In the upcoming 2019, the Indonesian government is targeting an increase in the contribution of the tourism industry to be 8% for the total economy of Indonesia. The target that requested by the government makes a lot of development in the field of tourism industry. Data provided by the Central Bureau of statistic Indonesia showed a rise in the number of accommodation in the form of his hotel in every year in every province in Indonesia. This situation makes competition in the field of tourism industry in Indonesia is getting tight. The tourist motivation that could be a push factor to go on a trip and be a pull factor in deciding the travel destination that they want to visit can affect their satisfaction levels in their traveling activity. Another factor that examined in this study is travel experience of tourists who visit the city of Bandung for their holiday / vacation. The results of this study showed that the majority of tourists motivated by desire for relaxation, the reason that lead the tourist to a need of relaxation is their hometown atmosphere that make them bored of it. Other factors that attract tourists to visit the city of Bandung is the culinary tourism in Bandung. Many of the travelers who chose Bandung as a travel destination, they spend most of their time to visit cafes and restaurants. Motivation and experience that use to measure the tourist satisfaction shows that there is a positive effect from the tourist motivation and tourist experience to the tourist satisfaction. Although there is a positive influence from tourist motivation to the to the tourist satisfaction, the results of this study show that, the direct influence that was brought by the tourist motivation to satisfaction of travelers is smaller when compared with indirect influence on the tourist motivation to tourist satisfaction that through tourist experience. With the results of this study, recommended to the marketing department of the Bandung tourism industry to keep maintaining tourist experience from the tourists and also pay attention to the motivation that makes them traveled in Bandung, because when the motivation they met in a tourist area, then satisfaction rating will also increaseKeywords: Tourist, Motivation, Experience, Satisfaction, Push and pull theory, Bandung.

Abstract

Abstract.This research examines the effect of nostalgia marketing towards the advertising engagement. This study attempts to provide an insight and to contribute a research finding about the effect of nostalgia marketing towards advertising engagement. The hypotheses were tested using data collected from two experiments of nostalgic and non-nostalgic groups. Findings indicate that people who have nostalgic feeling towards the ads is engaged with the ads, measured by how they remember the message of the ads and brand image. This paper concludes with a discussion of managerial implications, limitations and directions for future research.Keywords: nostalgia marketing, advertising engagement, brand image, experimental research
