Abstract

This research aimsto produce a village web-based information system design in Manulondo Village. This application contains the design of a village information system including village profiles, population information, and village potential information. This research uses the method waterfall. The research stages include data collection, analysis, design, coding, implementation testing. The trial using BlackBox Testing. That is by testing the user interface system to find out whether the user interface contained in this application can function properly as expected. That results of the software design in the form of a web-based Manulondo Village information system, consist of, serach for population information an village potential information.

Abstract

Assessment of learning outcomes is an integral component in the implementation of education. The necessity to conduct an assessment of learning outcomes is emphasized in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 66 of 2013 concerning Educational Assessment Standards that these standards aim to ensure: (1) Planning of students is in accordance with the competencies achieved based on assessment principles, (2) Implementation of professional assessment of participants , open, educative, effective, efficient, and in accordance with the socio-cultural context, and (3) Reporting the results of participant assessments in an objective, accountable, and informative manner. manners. The approach used is qualitative. The type of research is case study. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are; 1) The Digital Report Card or ARD application is used to make it easier for teachers to process learning outcomes that have been achieved by students in the learning process. 2). In the process of inputting the assessment of student learning outcomes, 90% of teachers at MTs Negeri Kupang have been able to use the Digital Report Card (ARD) Application and 10% are still in the process of assisting ARD operators. The input of grades is done online and is connected directly to the server at the school.

Abstract

The system of opening and closing the hotel room doors is already using RFID but its use is still not optimal because the card used is very expensive and the card used can only be one card for each room, so if the card is lost, you have to re-enter the card id. Therefore, digital electronic technology systems and devices are needed to make it easier to open the door and close the hotel room so that it can facilitate the hotel security system with automatic locks. This system and device uses an E-KTP and an Internet of Thing (IoT)-based Keypad and which functions to control the device using a NodeMCU while for a card reader with an RFID engine. The research method uses a model, namely with a prototype model for making systems and automatic room door locking system tools. The results and conclusions of the manufacture of hotel room automatic door locking systems and devices using an Internet of Thing (IoT)-based E-KTP equipped with a message LCD and keypad as a door opening solution if the RFID machine does not work. The security of hotel guests who stay is more guaranteed and can also make it easier for guests and hotel staff with an automatic hotel room door lock system. The results of the user's assessment of the work of a series of systems and tools to open and lock this automatic hotel room door are very good with a value of 88.7%.

Abstract

Dogs (Canis Lupus Familiaris) are one of the pets that are liked by humans because they are easy to adjust and can make friends. Zoonoses are infectious diseases from animals to humans but from about 200 types of zoonoses or parasites that are transmitted by animals. Rabies disease, Campylobacteriosis, skin disease, Toxocariasis, are some of the diseases that can be transmitted by dogs. Dog owners sometimes do not understand when disease strikes their dog. Dog owners usually treat them in their own way without paying attention to their health and not being balanced with knowledge about handling dog diseases. Prevention of disease transmission must be balanced with knowledge of dog owners about the types of dog diseases and knowledge of the symptoms that appear in dogs to determine whether the dog is positive for the disease or not. In today's world of health, there is an information system where the system has the ability to solve problems like experts. The information system is called the Expert System.

Abstract

Promotion or promotion is a transfer that increases the authority and responsibility of employees to higher positions within the organization so that the obligations, both status and income are greater. Almost all employees want to get a promotion. This research discusses finding the best solution to help take the decision to increase employee positions at PT. Prudential uses the Analitycal Hierarchy Process method to help determine the preferred priorities of various alternatives. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best candidates from a number of existing employees to occupy available positions based on predetermined criteria. Research is conducted by looking for weight values for each attribute, such as examples are aspects of intellectual capacity, aspects of work attitudes, and behavioral aspects, then carried out a perankingan process that will determine the optimal alternative, namely the promotion of employee positions. As a result of the application of the AHP method in this study, the value of the determination of the promotion of employee promotion 0 - 6 was declared unfit to be promoted and if the value is greater than 6, then the employee is declared worthy to be promoted to his position.

Abstract

Benneta Motor Workshop is one of the individual businesses that was founded in 2017, engaged in the business of selling motorcycle spare parts and servicing services. In running its business, Benneta workshop still uses conventional systems so that there are several obstacles found starting from the data management process, purchase transactions, sales and service services, to the process of making reports which are still recorded manually in notes and stored in a ledger so that it is still less efficient. in terms of time and process. Conventional systems cause the data to be inaccurate and not fast in recording so it takes a long time to do it. The purpose of this research is to build an information system for selling spare parts and motorcycle service using Visual Basic.Net programming language and MySQL database. In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive research method. The design method used in this application uses the waterfall method and the testing method used by the author is blackbox testing. With the creation of this system, it is hoped that it will provide efficiency and work effectiveness at the Benneta Motor Workshop.

Abstract

Geographic information system is a location mapping information to find out the distance between one area to another. The system to be designed is implemented with computer software and hardware that is used for data verification, data storage, updating and changing data and analyzing data. The system will be designed to search for the location of the nearest school by applying GIS (Geographic Information System) and utilizing an Android smartphone. So far, this is still done manually by using maps in hard copy form or by asking other people directly. However, information about the location of the nearest school is very ineffective when asked to the nearest community. For this reason, it is necessary to have a system designed to find digital-based school locations. The application is designed using android studio and a database used by mysql to store information about schools. The application to be implemented must use an internet connection so that the GPS (Global Positioning System) can run properly.

Abstract

Jakarta is an urban area in Indonesia that has many environmental problems. Environmental awareness is needed in an effort to solve environmental problems. Environmental awareness in oneself can be formed by the level of environmental knowledge. The Clean environment program is implemented through the Adiwiyata program. The aim of the Adiwiyata program is to encourage and create about the environment and have an environmental culture. Waste reduction is an inseparable part of human life. The problem that must be considered is that basically all humans produce waste and the increased volume of waste disposal is not proportional to the increasing level of human consumption. The solution to this problem is to use descriptive quantitative methods in reducing waste in the urban environment. The results of this study aim to try to change the mindset of people who still use the collect transit waste system.

Abstract

With the opening of the Harisenin Volunteer program, there are also many registrants who want to join as part of harisenin.com. Due to the large number of registrants, volunteer organizers often have difficulty in selecting candidates, because they do not yet use the Decision Support System. To minimize these obstacles, a decision support system is needed that can analyze several candidates according to predetermined criteria. The Profile Matching process is carried out to determine the most suitable candidate recommendations based on 2 main criteria, namely the suitability of tagging friends in the comments column of Calling for Campaign Volunteer posts and the suitability of uploading twibbon and re-uploading Calling for Campaign Volunteer posts. The result of the selection process is the candidate's final score as a recommendation for decision makers to choose the most suitable candidate for harisenin.com.

Abstract

The Faculty of Information Technology is one of the faculties at the University of Flores and oversees the Information Systems Study Program. The Faculty of Information Technology has several internal campus organizations, one of which is the Student Executive Board (BEM) FTI Uniflor. The recording and processing of management data as well as FTI BEM activity data and SME data are still done manually, which is recorded in the main book or typed in Microsoft Word and Excel so that it slows down the work system of the BEM management. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building a website-based application for an information system for student activities at the FTI Student Executive Board (BEM) using PHP as a programming language and MySQL database. The goal is to provide relief for BEM management in processing member data, activity data and making it easier to work on reports on activities carried out. With this information system, it is possible to improve the processing of management data, activity data, and SME data to be more effective and efficient. Observations, interviews, and literature searches are techniques for collecting data in research. While the development method uses the waterfall method and the blackbox testing method as a testing method. The results achieved from this research are, by building a web-based information system application where all data has been stored in a database, it is easy to process data for BEM management members, activity data, SME data and make activity reports.
