Abstract

Semen yang digunakan pada mortar terbuat dari bahan kapur yang tidak dapat diperbaharui dan dapat menimbulkan polusi udara ketika semen diproduksi dalam jumlah besar. Oleh karena itu, bahan alternatif yang lebih ramah lingkungan sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengurangi penggunaan material semen sebagai bahan ikat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi material abu daun jagung sebagai bahan pengganti semen pada mortar.  Variabel penelitian menggunakan empat macam variasi komposisi mortar berdasarkan jumlah semen yang diganti dengan abu daun jagung (Mortar semen, 3% abu daun jagung, 5% abu daun jagung, dan 7% abu daun jagung). Model uji diberi pengujian makroskopik (uji kuat tekan) dan mikroskopik (X-Ray Diffraction , Energy Dispersive X – Ray Spectroscopy, dan Scanning Electron Microscope). Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, penggunaan abu daun jagung 7% dari berat semen pada mortar menjadi variasi yang terkuat pada penelitian ini Cement used on mortar was made from limestone that cannot produced naturally, causing air pollution when it produced on big amount. Therefore, an alternative green material was very important for reducing cement utilization as bounding material. The purpose of this research was evaluating corn leaves ash material as cement substitute on mortar.The research variables were using four different mortar composition based on cement amount which replaced by corn leaves ash(Cement mortar, 3% corn leaves ash, 5%  corn leaves ash , and 7%  corn leaves ash). The samples were tested by macroscopic method (compression test) and microscopic method ( X-Ray Diffraction , Energy Dispersive X – Ray Spectroscopy, and Scanning Electron Microscope ). Based on the test, the substitution of 7% corn leaves ash from cement on mortar became the strongest variation on this research

Abstract

Kabupaten Bondowoso mengalami peningkatan ekonomi dengan cukup pesat terutama yang paling menonjol dalam hal pembangunan pusat perbelanjaan. Hal tersebut berpotensi berdampak pada meningkatnya volume lalu lintas di Jalan Ahmad Yani yang dapat membuat penurunan kinerja ruas jalan. . Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui volume kapasitas jalan terhadap dampak pembangunan pusat perbelanjaan, sehingga bisa menentukan jam puncak serta kapasitas parkir di ruas jalan Jalan Ahmad Yani. Penelitian ini membandingkan kondisi kinerja jalan sebelum (tahun 2019) dan sesudah dibangun pusat perbelanjaan (tahun 2024). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pusat perbelanjaan menyebabkan penurunan kinerja jalan tetapi tidak berdampak signifikan. Sebelum dibangun didapatkan derajat kejenuhan di sisi jalan arah Jember sebesar 0,51, sedangkan setelah pembangunan, derajat kejenuhan naik menjadi 0,56. Derajat jenuh di ruas Jl. Mastrip yang semula 0,33 meningkat menjadi 0,37. Kinerja jalan pada 5 tahun mendatang untuk ruas jalan menuju Jember yaitu 0,745, sedangkan di ruas Jl. Mastrip ssebesar 0,496. Hasil survey volume kendaraan di area pusat perbelanjaan meunjukkan jumlah kendaraan yang parkir pada  hari Sabtu yaitu 122 kendaraan ringan dan 263 sepeda motor, sedangkan pada hari Minggu terdapat 247 sepeda motor dan 104 kendaraan ringan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pengaruh pusat perbelanjaan tidak signifikasn terhadap kinerja Jl. Ahmad Yani.Bondowoso Regency has experienced quite rapid economic growth, especially the most prominent in terms of the construction of shopping centers. This has the potential to have an impact on increasing traffic volume on Jalan Ahmad Yani which can reduce road performance. Therefore, this study aims to determine the volume of road capacity on the impact of shopping center construction, so that it can determine peak hours and parking capacity on Jalan Ahmad Yani. This study compares road performance conditions before (2019) and after the construction of the shopping center (2024). The results of this study indicate that shopping centers cause a decrease in road performance but do not have a significant impact. Before construction, the degree of saturation on the side of the road towards Jember was 0.51, while after construction, the degree of saturation increased to 0.56. The degree of saturation on the Jl. Mastrip section which was originally 0.33 increased to 0.37. Road performance in the next 5 years for the road section towards Jember is 0.745, while on the Jl. Mastrip section it is 0.496. The results of the vehicle volume survey in the shopping center area showed that the number of vehicles parked on Saturday was 122 light vehicles and 263 motorcycles, while on Sunday there were 247 motorcycles and 104 light vehicles. The results of the analysis showed that the influence of the shopping center was not significant on the performance of Jl. Ahmad Yani.

Abstract

Pada umumnya tolak ukur keberhasilan proyek dinilai berdasarkan waktu penyelesaiannya yang singkat dengan pengeluaran biaya yang seminiminal mungkin. Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut, maka penelitian lebih mengenai faktor-faktor yang memiliki potensi kerugian pekerjaan pada proyek pembangunan Gedung sekolah empat lantai yang berlokasi di Bantul. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan penyebaran kuisioner serta wawancara langsung dengan pihak terkait didalam proyek agar didapatkan nilai risiko dengan pendekatan risk = event x impact, yang kemudian dituangkan dalam matriks resiko AS/NZS 4360. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) untuk memecah proyek secara sistematis dan logis menjadi komponen- komponennya.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada pekerjaan struktur bawah yang mencakup pondasi footplate/ cakar ayam, struktur kolom, dan struktur balok memiliki tingkat resiko rendah dengan rata-rata sebesar 4,06. Faktor kerugian yang sering terjadi adalahpadapekerjaan bekisting plat lantai, penulangan balok dan pekerjaan bekisting balok.In general, the benchmark for project success is usually assessed based on a short completion time with minimal costs incurred. Based on these things, further research is needed  regarding the factors that have the potential for job losses in the four-story school building construction project located in the Building Construction of Al – Azhar 66 Islamic Junior High School in Bantul. This research was carried out based on distributing questionnaires and direct interviews with related parties in the project in order to obtain risk values using the risk = event x impact approach, which was then outlined in the AS/NZS 4360 risk matrix. This research applied Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) method to identify every component in the construction work. Results of this structure showed that footplate, column, and beam construction have low risk of quality loss with the 4.06 of average value. Loss factors often occur in floor formwork, beam reinforcement and beam formwork.
