Abstract

Tuberculosis and COVID-19 are infectious diseases, both of which cause respiratory problems. Treatment adherence is interpreted as what is instructed in treatment should be followed properly. The methods in this study use analytical observational research design with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study is the same as the population of BTA+ pulmonary Tuberculosis patients who re-treat tb and mandatory treatment for 6 months in 2021, as many as 85 people. Because ≥100 then use 10-15% or 20-25% or more of the existing population. Meanwhile, if the population ≤100 all existing populations are sampled (Arikunto, 2014). Because the number of samples in this study ≤100, the sample was taken in total sampling, namely all TB patients as many as 85 people. Statistical test using the Chi Square test. The results showed 85 respondents (100%), respondents with a less compliant category of 49 respondents (57.6%) and respondents with a compliant category of 36 respondents (42.4%), found that there was a meaningful relationship of attitude (p value = 0.000< 0.05), health services (p value = 0,002< 0.05), otherwise there was no meaningful relationship between treatment with OAT (p value = 0.118 > 0.05).

The data was collected using a questionnaire that was filled in via a google form and some of it was distributed manually. Statistical test using chi square test. The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between knowledge and anxiety (p Value = 0.376 > 0.05), there is a relationship between attitude and anxiety (p Value = 0.027 < 0.05) and there is no relationship between mass media and anxiety (p Value = 0.107 > 0.05). Hypertension is classified as one of the ten main causes of death for people around the world, especially those living in coastal and estuary areas. WHO data, shows that in 2019 around 1.13 billion people in the world suffer from hypertension, meaning that the data illustrates that 1 in 3 people in the world is diagnosed with hypertension. The increase in the incidence of hypertension is influenced by an unhealthy lifestyle. This study aims to determine the difference in lifestyle with the incidence of hypertension in coastal and non-coastal communities in the working area of Bone Rombo Health Center, North Buton Regency in 2021. This study is a quantitative study with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all coastal communities in Lemo Village and non-coastal areas in Rombo Village with a total of 560 families who were within the working area of Bone Rombo Health Center. The sample in this study amounted to 85 respondents consisting of 40 respondents from coastal areas and 45 respondents from non-coastal areas, sampling using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant difference in diet (fat intake p = 0.011 and sodium p = 0.000) and there was no significant difference in stress (p = 0.126) with the incidence of hypertension in coastal and non-coastal communities in the working area of Bone Rombo Health Center, North Buton Regency. 2021. The conclusion in this study is that the incidence of hypertension in coastal and non-coastal areas is relatively different, this is indicated by a significant difference in diet (fat and sodium intake).

Abstract

Reception of COVID-19 vaccination in each district/city in Southeast Sulawesi Province received different coverage. When compared to other regencies/cities, Muna Regency received very low vaccination coverage, namely 23.39% (stage 1) and 12.66% (stage 2). While in Mantobua Village the percentage of COVID-19 vaccine coverage as of October 14, 2021 is 6% (stage 1) and 2% (stage 2). This could be due to influencing factors such as the knowledge of the community itself. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, family support and perception with the acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine in Mantobua Village, Lohia District, Muna Regency in 2021. The research design used was observational analytic with a cross sectional study design. The population in this study is people who have not received the COVID-19 Vaccine, aged 12-60 years who live in Mantobua Village with a total population of 2,262 people, the number of samples in this study is 110 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the chi square test. With a 95% confidence level, the research results show that there is a relationship between knowledge (p-value = 0.000), family support (p-value = 0001), perception (p-value = 0.003) and acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine

Data collection is done online using the Google Form platform. The statistical test used the chi-square test with the results showing 179 (84.8%) respondents had  vaccinated against Covid-19 while 32 (15.2%) had not vaccinated against Covid-19. The results showed that there was a relationship between parental support (p value = 0.009) and the practice of vaccinating Covid-19 on students of SMPN 23 Konawe Selatan. on the other hand, there is no relationship between knowledge (p value = 0.391), trust (p value = 1,000) and exposure to online media (p value = 0.669) on the practice of Covid-19 vaccination among students of SMPN 23 Konawe Selatan.
