International Journal of Quantitative Research and Modeling (IJQRM) is published 4 times a year and is the flagship journal of the Research Collaboration Community (RCC). It is the aim of IJQRM to present papers which cover the theory, practice, history or methodology of Quatitative Research (QR) and Mathematical Moodeling (MM). However, since Quatitative Research (QR) and Mathematical Moodeling (MM) are primarily an applied science, it is a major objective of the journal to attract and publish accounts of good, practical case studies. Consequently, papers illustrating applications of Quatitative Research (QR) and Mathematical Modeling (MM) to real problems are especially welcome. In real applications of Quatitative Research (QR) and Mathematical Moodeling (MM): forecasting, inventory, investment, location, logistics, maintenance, marketing, packing, purchasing, production, project management, reliability and scheduling. In a wide variety of environments: community Quatitative Research (QR) and Mathematical Moodeling (MM), education, energy, finance, government, health services, manufacturing industries, mining, sports, and transportation. In technical approaches: decision support systems, expert systems, heuristics, networks, mathematical programming, multicriteria decision methods, problems structuring methods, queues, and simulation Computational Intelligence Computing and Information Technologies Continuous and Discrete Optimization Decision Analysis and Decision Support Mathematics Education Engineering Management Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Financial Engineering Heuristics Industrial Engineering Information Management Information Technology Inventory Management Logistics and Supply Chain Management Maintenance Manufacturing Industries Marketing Engineering Markov Chains Mathematics Actuarial Sciences Big Data Analysis Operations Research Military and Homeland Security Networks Operations Management Planning and Scheduling Policy Modeling and Public Sector Production Management Queuing Theory Revenue & Risk Management Services Management Simulation Statistics Stochastic Models Strategic Management Systems Engineering Telecommunications Transportation Risk Management Modeling of Economics And so on

Abstract

Community service program (PKM) for packaging innovation of local product fermentation of Kania Diary Farmers Group in Tajur Halang Village, Cijeruk Subdistrict, Bogor Regency has been conducted. It was held from April to Juli 2019. It aimed to empower Kania Diary Farmers Group in innovating milk fermentation product, introducing nutrition fact of es mambo kefir, and introducing well-packaged product. Its method were literature studied for an interesting packaging, field obeservation, kefir mambo ice production, nutrition analysed using proximat analysis, explanation about nutrition facts, implementation well-packaging, and discussion between instructors and Kania Group. After analysing the kefir mambo ice, it yielded 35 cal for 50 g/serving. It also contained 1 g protein, 1.5 g fat, and 1 g carbohydrate for 35 g/serving. All the nutrition containing in kefir mambo ice is good for a healthy body. Kania group members looked so enthusiasm and excited during the training. Hopefully, through this training, Kania group will develop better pacakaging for every single of its product.

Abstract

The tourism sector in Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, is not the main sector in its community activities. The existence of natural tourism in the form of waterfalls, camping ground and hot springs is a potential for the village to realize the Bogor Regency Mission. Existing tour operators are not residents or village communities. The active participation of village communities has not been seen in the management, operational and maintenance of tourist attractions. The tour paramilitary group 20 can be an agent for villages to empower communities in the tourism sector. Srikandi Gunung Sari group is a community group that involves mothers and produces local food products in the form of banana chips and cassava. In an effort to increase the active participation of village communities in tourism activities in Gunung Sari Village, the empowerment of the Laskar Tourism Group 20 and Srikandi Gunung Sari was carried out through education, workshops, mentoring and facilitation activities. The main target of this activity is the village community who can independently manage, maintain and improve the tourism sector in Gunung Sari village towards a sustainable tourism independent village.

Abstract

The use and management of e-Government websites as a mean of public service among Kelurahan Ciwaringin Bogor (Ciwaringin Bogor Village) officials are still considered low. This has implications on the level of online public services in Ciwaringin Bogor Village which is less optimal. This research aims to provide website management training and to conduct an evaluation on information and communications technology (ICT) literacy prior to (plan) and after (reflect) the training of Ciwaringin Bogor Village authorities in order to optimize the usage of e-Government website for public service improvement purpose. The research method consists of three stages, namely: Planning, Website Management Training, and Reflecting. The training is conducted 10 times from February 2019 to April 2019. Based on evaluation of the planning and reflecting stages, the authorities are ready for ICT usage and management as there is a significant improvement in e-Government website management skill of the Ciwaringin Bogor Village authorities from 40% to 80%.

Abstract

The teaching of vocabulary is very essential in teaching a particular language. In Indonesia, English is taught from kindergarten up to higher educations. Unfortunately not all of the teachers in those levels especially in kindergartens and primary schools major in English or at least have good English proficiency. That is why English Language Education Study Program, the Faculty of Teacher Trainings and Educational Sciences, Pakuan University always conducts community service to provide trainings to teachers from any part of the city. The first thing done before the community service was doing need analysis. In 2019, the result of the need analysis was the teaching of vocabulary which is fun and meaningful. 28 teachers were involved in this research. They were divided into two groups to conduct experiment. From the experiment, it is proven that the training given to the teachers increase their understanding about TPR and the teaching of vocabulary. The teachers were also given questionnaire to find out their perception on the use of TPR and YouTube and from the questionnaire the teachers think that  their knowledge on the teaching using TPR increased their knowledge and they can find benefits in using TPR and YouTube in the classroom namely: the use of TPR itself can help them accommodate students’ different learning styles, teach vocabulary in context so that it is more meaningful, and the teaching learning situation becomes more fun.

Abstract

Incremental forming is a rapid prototyping process which uses a forming tool toform a sheet metal according to a predetermined trajectory. In this work, a micro incremental deformation test (Micro InDef test) derived from the principle of single point incremental sheet forming is developed and proposed. A complex mechanical loading is applied and has a strong potential for the identication of inelastic behavior using inverse method. In the rst part, this work addresses the parameters identication and validation procedures of ductile damage behavior of ultra-thin sheet metal under very large strain during this instrumented Micro InDef test. An inverse nite element method based on the comparison between numerical and experimental axial forming forces of the micro incremental deformation test is employed to extract a coupled ductile damaged plastic model. In the second part, the objective is to prove the reliability of ductile damage parameters identication using forming force. The richness of data contained in forming force is quantied and compared to the one from tensile test. Firstly, the verication of the estimated parameter's reliability is done via a simple analysis based on the forming force sensitivity to material parameters and secondly by calculating elastoplastic and elastoplastic with ductile damage.

Abstract

Utilization of computer technology to improve the quality of public services in Ciburuy village cannot be carried out optimally if it is not supported by the readiness of human resources as the parties who use it. readiness of human resources in using computer technology is one of the important factors in terms of public services. Therefore we need a computer technology transfer process that is adequate, right on target and appropriate for Ciburuy village staff, as the main actor in this activity, namely service to the community. Methods of implementing human resource improvement through computer skills training activities through the Microsoft Word Application Program, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, databases and networks are carried out through several stages. resulting in an average value of being satisfied and quite satisfied so that public services in Ciburuy village must improve service quality. but the unique thing is seen in the ability of village staff in the service. so that respondents have started to feel satisfied with the services carried out by Ciburuy village staff.
