Abstract

Teknologi WCDMA menggunakan 1 kanal frekuensi yang digunakan secara bersama-sama yang masing-masing pengguna diberikan kode untuk membedakan satu pengguna dengan lainnya. Ada beberapa hal yang dilakukan intik mengamati performansi jaringan WCDMA, mulai dari masukan dan keluhan pelanggan, mengamati alarm sistem yang ada, melakukan drive test, hingga analisa terhadap trafik jaringan. Parameter KPI hasil pengolahan yang digunakan untuk Implementasi antara RRC Failure, Call Setup Attempt, Call Setup Failure, HSDPA Setup Attempt, HSDPA Setup Failure, Call PS R.99 Drop, HSDPA Drop, Handover, dan Throughput. Parameter diatas menjadi dasar untuk penghitungan KPI Accessibility, Retainability, Integrity dan Mobility. Accessibility, Jaringan 3G Data Cluster Balikpapan 1, Balikpapan 2 dan Balikpapan 3 masih dibawah standar KPI sedangkan Retainability dan Integrity Jaringan 3G Data Cluster Balikpapan 1, Balikpapan 2 dan Balikpapan3 diatas standar KPI.

Abstract

Banjir adalah luapan air sungai ke daerah alirannya akibat ketidakmampuan sungai menampung air hujan karena adanya pendangkalan sungai ataupun pendangkalan saluran drainase. ada beberapa faktor penyebab banjir yaitu curah hujan, karakteristik daerah aliran sungai (DAS), kemampuan alur sungai mengalirkan air banjir, perubahan tata guna lahan, Pengelolaan sungai yang meliputi tata wilayah, pembangunan sarana dan prasarananya hingga tata pengaturannya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem monitoring infrastruktur kritis sungai yang mobile dengan memberikan data real time, anytime dan anywhere. m-SCADA (mobile Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)  merupakan system kontrol yang dapat mengontrol secara mobile oleh operator sehingga dapat memudahkan operator dalam proses control, monitoring proses dan akuisisi data. Ubiquitous Mobile SCADA Framework untuk Monitoring  Infrastruktur Kritis Sungai dibuat dengan menggunakan beberapa sensor dan microcontrolller dengan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan PCA dan neural network. Dengan sistem ini akan membantu Monitoring Infrastruktur Kritis Sungai di wilayah perkotaan atau pedesaan sebagai sistem peringatan dini untuk banjir.

Abstract

Utilization of computer technology to improve the quality of public services in Ciburuy village cannot be carried out optimally if it is not supported by the readiness of human resources as the parties who use it. readiness of human resources in using computer technology is one of the important factors in terms of public services.Therefore we need a computer technology transfer process that is adequate, right on target and appropriate for Ciburuy village staff, as the main actor in this activity, namely service to the community.Methods of implementing human resource improvement through computer skills training activities through the Microsoft Word Application Program, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, databases and networks are carried out through several stages. resulting in an average value of being satisfied and quite satisfied so that public services in Ciburuy village must improve service quality. but the unique thing is seen in the ability of village staff in the service. so that respondents have started to feel satisfied with the services carried out by Ciburuy village staff.

Abstract

Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is a degenerative disease whose prevalence tends to increase every year. People in Indonesia generally treat this disease by using a mixture of several types of herbal plants or so-called herbs. This study aims to find out the potential of compounds and plants that have effectiveness as antihypertensives by combining the concept of multicomponent-multi-target with a bioinformatics approach. This study aims to find out the potential of compounds and medicinal plants in Indonesia that have effectiveness as antihypertensives using graph mining analysis. Graph tracing techniques can be applied to search for compounds and plants related to target proteins in a disease. Patikan kebo (Euphorbia factor Ti2, betaAmyrin, alpha-Amyrin), mango (3-Carene, L-Histidine), cayenne pepper (Capsanthin, Capsorubin, Solasonine), papaya (L-Histidine, Sterol, Caffeine), and fenugreek ( L-Histidine) is the best plant that acts as an antihypertensive agent by targeting 4 proteins or about 80% of the total 5 significant proteins in hypertension.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is build the new normal bogor batik village which is integrated with collaborative learning, so as to create the academic triangle ecosystem. The academic triangle is cyclical in nature, which continues as an ecosystem of education, research and entrepreneurship (not only being an entrepreneur but an entrepreneurial spirit that never gives up in the face of all obstacles). This cycle involves lecturers and students who at the same time have a positive impact on improving the social economy and strengthening local culture. Hopefully, in the end, the ecosystem can become a laboratory for strengthening the academic triangle

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan merupakan salah satu strategi bersaing dalam mengumpulkan pelanggan. Bank BTN sebagai salah satu perusahaan jasa di Indonesia, khususnya Kantor Cabang Kelapa Gading Square, memiliki posisi persaingan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan bank lainnya. Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Kelapa Gading Square selalu memberikan kualitas layanan terbaik untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada nasabahnya. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teori kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan untuk lebih memahami keadaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian tesis ini. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Proses pengambilan sampel menggunakan sistem random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengolah data kuesioner menggunakan Regresi Linier Sederhana. Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Profil analisis responden menunjukkan bahwa dari 100 responden yang terkumpul, sebagian besar adalah perempuan dengan rentang usia 17-27 tahun dengan karakteristik pendidikan sebagai S1 besar, karakteristik pekerjaan yaitu pegawai swasta dan karakteristik penghasilan memiliki penghasilan rata-rata per bulan Rp. . 6.000.000 - Rp. 10.000.000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan nasabah Kantor Cabang Bank BTN Kelapa Gading Square yang terdiri dari bukti langsung, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati semuanya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dari kelima dimensi variabel kualitas pelayanan nasabah Kantor Cabang Bank BTN Kelapa Gading Square, dimensi variabel jaminan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kuat terhadap kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

As one of the countries with the highest population in the world, Indonesia has an uneven population density in each region. This condition encouraged the creation of a transmigration policy to create an equal distribution of population density, which has been carried out since the Dutch East Indies colonial period. The transmigration policy transfers the population from areas with high population density to regions with low population density, equipped with land ownership, public facilities, and agricultural capital goods. The transmigration target area has a local population that has been settled for a long time, so there is interaction between the local population and transmigrants as immigrants. This interaction creates new forms of culture in accommodation and assimilation between the cultures of the local population and migrants. However, this interaction does not always positively impact the relationship between the local population and transmigrants because of the local community's resistance to transmigrants as migrants who are considered to pose a threat to the existence of the local population. The problem will be studied in this research using the socio-legal research method with North Bengkulu Regency as the object of research location to understand the pattern of interaction between residents and transmigrants and its impact on cultural formation through field observations to transmigration areas in North Bengkulu Regency and interviews with residents and transmigrants. This research employs Social Integration Theory of Emile Durkheim and the Cultural Transplant theory of Garett Jones. Based on field data and analysis that has been conducted, the relationship between residents and transmigrants runs harmoniously without any conflict between residents while relatively maintaining their respective cultures. However, some habits of transmigrant communities are followed by residents, and there is disappointment among local communities due to the relocation of public facilities after the transmigration policy. Abstract

Transmigration in Lampung Province is part of Indonesia's national transmigration program, which aims to equalize development and reduce the population density of densely populated islands such as Java. Transmigration in Lampung began in 1905 with a colonial approach by the Dutch and continued during the Old Order New Order and began to decline after the 1998 reformation. The challenges of transmigration in Lampung include social and economic problems, integration of immigrants with local communities, and environmental impacts; the next challenge is the availability of health and welfare infrastructure and sustainable development. This study examines the dynamics of transmigration in Lampung Province as an instrument of social welfare. The purpose of the study is to describe the development of the transmigration program from the colonial era to the contemporary era, and to identify achievements and challenges in social integration, environmental impacts, and infrastructure development in transmigration areas. The method used is socio-legal, which focuses on studying problems in the implementation of law in everyday society. Data were collected through field studies in Lampung Province in 2024. The findings of this study are that transmigration in Lampung Province has experienced significant development since the start of the program. Lampung Province has shifted from a province receiving transmigration to one that is sending transmigration. Although there have been some socio-economic achievements, challenges remain, especially regarding social integration, environmental impacts, and infrastructure development. The success of the future transmigration program will depend mainly on how these challenges are addressed with a more inclusive and sustainable approach.
