Abstract

Banyak siswa setelah lulus dari pendidikan SMA mengalami kesulitan untuk memilih jurusan di perguruan tinggi yang sesuai minat, kemampuan intelektual serta harapan karir setelah lulus dari perguruan tinggi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi adakah pengaruh resiliensi terhadap orientasi karir siswa kelas XII SMA . Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian ex post facto. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan skala psikologi resiliensi dengan tingkat signifikansi antara 0,000-0,071, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitas alpha sebesar 0,929, dan skala orientasi karir dengan tingkat signifikansi antara 0,000-0,045 dengan koefisien reliabilitas alpha sebesar 0,895. Sampel yang terlibat 146 siswa dari populasi 186 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proportionate random sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment pearson. Hasil analisis deskriptif kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa tingkat resiliensi siswa kelas XII SMA se-Kecamatan Candisari Semarang berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu 54,22% dari total sampel keseluruhan, sedangkan tingkat orientasi karir siswa kelas XII SMA se-Kecamatan Candisari Semarang berada pada ketori sedang yaitu 77, 23% dari total keseluruhan sampel. Selanjutnya hasil analisis korelasi product moment pearson didapatkan hasil pengaruh resiliensi terhadap orientasi karir siswa SMA sebesar 58,8% (r= 0,588) dimana sisnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka guru BK diharapkan dapat mempertahankan tingkat resiliensi siswa serta meningkatkan pengetahuan orientasi karir siswa sehingga siswa mampu dalam mengambil setiap keputusan karir kedepannya. dan orientasi karir

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dari penelitian untuk: (1) mengetahui tingkat keterlibatan keluarga, (2) mengetahui tingkat ketaatan beragama, dan (3) mengetahui hubungan antara keterlibatan keluarga (family involvement) dengan ketaatan beragama di sekolah berbasis asrama pada siswa SMP IT se-Wilayah Gunungpati Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu cluster sampling danĀ  proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah 251 siswa dari total 859 siswa yang tersebar di seluruh kelas VII, VIII dan IX. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu skala psikologis, baik skala psikologis keterlibatan keluarga maupun skala psikologis ketaatan beragama. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis Product Moment Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketaatan beragama memiliki rata-rata kriteria sangat tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 61,4%, tingkat keterlibatan keluarga memiliki rata-rata kriteria tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 75,3%, dan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keterlibatan keluarga (family involvement) dengan ketaatan beragama di sekolah berbasis asrama pada siswa SMP IT se-wilayah Gunungpati Semarang dengan rhitung 0,46 > rtabel 0,113 dan nilai (p) 0,000 < 0,05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of attachment and self-adjustment on the self-esteem of Teuku Umar Junior High School students in Semarang Academic Year 2019/2020. Efforts to achieve goals, researchers use this type of quantitative research with ex post facto research designs. In practice, researchers used simple random sampling. Collecting data by spreading attachment scale, adjustment and self-esteem. The validity test used the product moment formula and the reliability test used Cronbach's alpha. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis test. The research that has been done has resulted in the level of self-esteem and attachment in the high category. Meanwhile, the level of adjustment is in the medium category. The results of the first hypothesis analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of attachment on self-esteem. The results of the second hypothesis analysis indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of self-adjustment on self-esteem. The results of the analysis of the third hypothesis can be seen that there is a significant effect of attachment and self-adjustment on self-esteem. The results of this study concluded that the higher the attachment and self-adjustment, the higher the self-esteem of students. The research suggestion from these findings is that guidance and counseling teachers should provide several services that are related to attachment, adjustment and self-esteem by paying attention to student needs. This step is used so that students have more positive attachments, good adjustment in the hope that students have better self-esteem as well

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurs in fifth grade of SDN 03 Sumurjomblangbogo which shows a low student moral development equality the messenger of Allah SWT, Rasulullah SAW, fellow human beings, created alone and in a calm environment. The purpose of this study was to prove whether or not the influence of group guidance with symbolic modeling techniques on student moral development. The type of this study was one-group experimental pre-test post-test design. This study was conducted in eight meetings with 10 students as a subject. The technique of data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis and wilcoxon test. This study showed that there was a change in the level of moral development of students before and after participating in group guidance services with symbolic modeling techniques that increased by an average 14.3% from the initial results during the pre-test of 62.5% to 76.8% at post-test. Additionally, data obtained from wilcoxon pairs match with n-10 significant 5% obtained with thitung < ttabel (0<8) or Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that the group guidance services with symbolic modeling techniques affect the moral development in fifth grade students of SDN 03 Sumurjomblangbogo

Abstract

The number of teenagers who drop out of school in Jorong Kampung Baru, South Solok Regency is not only from the teenagers themselves but also from their parents. This is caused by the lack of attention, the poor response of parents to adolescents who go to school and the encouragement from parents to continue their children's education to a higher level. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to describe parents' perceptions of education, parents' perceptions of teenagers dropping out of school and the factors of teenagers dropping out of school. This study uses field research methods, in the form of descriptive field research. The informants of this study were parents of high school dropout teenagers in Jorong Kampung Baru, South Solok Regency. The data was obtained through observation and in-depth interviews

Abstract

The study aims to uncover a self-esteem relationship with the altruistic motivations of students who participate in scouting activities. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a correlational descriptive method with a population of 104 people who come from students of State Junior High School 7 Sungai Penuh who participated in Scout activities, then samples were taken using a simple random sampling formula then obtained a sample of 83 people. The tool reveals self-esteem data in an adaptation of the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory (CSEI) and the altruistic motivation data researchers developed themselves, namely the Altruistic Motivation Scale (SMAL). The data of the study results were processed and analyzed descriptively to see the distribution of frequencies and then conducted a correlation test using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results of this study revealed that the self-esteem and altruistic motivation of students who participated in scouting activities in school were on average in the world
