Abstract

Pemberian pengalaman praktik merupakan komponen penting dari program pendidikan konselorPengalaman praktik konseling dalam pendidikan konselor diharapkan bisa membantu mahasiswa untuk bisa lebih menguasai materi yang dipelajarinya dalam mata kuliah Ketrampilan Dasar Konseling (KDK). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap praktik peer counseling pada mata kuliah Ketrampilan Dasar Konseling. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis pre-eksperimental design dengan menggunakan one shoot case study design dan teknik one stage cluster random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif prosentase. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan respon positif sebesar 91.76%; baik dari indikator persepsi 95.12%, sikap penerimaan 89.02%, sikap persetujuan 93.90%, sikap kecocokan 94.20%, minat 86.88% dan motivasi 91.46%. Berdasarkan data tersebut bisa disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa memberi respon yang baik atas aktivitas praktik peer counseling sebagai media pengalaman praktik konseling dalam mata kuliah Ketrampilan Dasar Konseling. Atas dasar simpulan penelitian ini bisa disarankan kepada pengajar atau dosen mata kuliah Ketrampilan Dasar Konseling sebaiknya mempertahankan model peer counseling sebagai media pengalaman praktik konseling pada mata kuliah Ketrampilan Dasar Konseling.Giving practical experience is an important component of counselor education program. Thus, it means that the hypothesis is accepted that students respond positively to peer counseling practices and effective as media experience counseling practice . Suggestions from this research that peer counseling model should be applied as a model of peer counseling media experience counseling practice in the subject of KDK .

Abstract

Practical experience is an important component of counselor education program. Through the experience student counseling practice, counselor candidate  given the experience to apply the skills and knowledge they acquired in the lecture. Peer Counseling in this research defined as the involvement of youth in peer groups to provide particular input for the development of personality and social of adolescents. Thus, peer counseling can be utilized in the process of lectures, so counselors candidate can be optimized to obtain practical experience supervised by a professional counselor. This research aims to develop a peer counseling model as an experience counseling practice media in basic skills counseling subject. The design used is research and development. Subjects were students of BK FIP UNNES. Data collected through in-depth interviews, questionnaires and  document studies. Data analysis technique used is  interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Results of the research is a model of peer counseling as an experience counseling practice media in basic skills of counseling subject include: (a) rational, (b) Definition, (c) Interest, (d) assuming, (e) materials, (f) the stages of peer counseling implementation, (g) the evaluation and succes indicators, and function of group members, (h) the phase of the service, (i) the evaluation and follow-up. Based on  results expert validation obtained that the model is feasible and can be applied.

Abstract

This study aims to examine a relationship between hope, religiosity, social support, resilience and subjective well being of 455 bidik misi students University Negeri Semarang.. The research method used was correlation with random sampling as sampling technique. The data was collected by 5 scale they are hope scales using the expectation scale for adult cognitive models from Snyder, social support scales using multidimensional scales of perceived social support, subjective scales using oxford happines inventory, resilience scales using resilience scales from Reivich and Sheite, whereas religiosity was measured using the scale of religiosity. To analyze the relationship, correlational product of moment parson is used. The results showed that the correlation between subjective well being and hope outcome was 0.155, the correlation between subjective wellbeing and religiosity was 0.148, correlation between subjective well being and social performance was 0.148, Correlation between subjective well being and resilience was 0.473, and there are simultaneous influence of hope, social support, religiosity and resilience, to subjective well-being. The conclusion of this study was hope, religiosity, social support, and resilience is a predictor of subjective well being.

Abstract

Dilatar belakangi oleh sebagian besar siswa yang merasa mengalami kesulitan memahami materi plantae, ditunjukkan dari hasil tes awal baru 20 siswa dari 42 siswa yang berhasil mencapai batas ketuntasan minimal. Hasil pengamatan, banyak siswa yang tidak memberikan respon positif terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran. Berdasar hal tersebut maka dilaksanakanlah penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan outclass learning dengan media realia dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar materi plantae dengan pelaksanaan outclass learning dengan media realia. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga siklus dan masing-masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan, angket respon siswa dan wawancara untuk data kualitatif sedang data kuantitatif didapat dari hasil evaluasi. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran di luar kelas atau outclass learning dengan media realia terbukti sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar materi plantae pada siswa kelas X IPA6 SMA Negeri 2 Demak tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 semester 2. Pada siklus I siswa yang mencapai KKM sebanyak 32 siswa, pada siklus II sebanyak 40 siswa dan pada siklus III sebanyak 41 siswa. Respon siswa juga sangat positif, hal itu bisa dilihat dari hasil pengamatan dan wawancara dimana sebagian siswa sudah terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Relationship of Family Roles and Self-Control with Truant Student Behavior. This study is to determine the relationship between the role of family and self-control with truant behavior of students. The method used is quantitative, with a sample of 111 students in class X and XI. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling techniques and data analysis techniques, namely multiple regression. The test results of the data in this study obtained a p-value of 0.016 with a significance of 0.016 <0.05 indicating that there is a relationship between the role of family and self-control with truant behavior. Furthermore, the results obtained by the coefficient of determination of 0.271, which shows that the independent variable is the role of family and self-control has a relationship of 27% with truant behavior. From these results school counselors can provide guidance and counseling services in the private and social fields that can be applied either with classical services, group guidance or group counseling. And increase cooperation with the family to optimize the development of students.Keywords: Truant Behavior; Self Control; Family Role

Abstract

Sekolah Dasar Inklusi satu-satunya di Kecamatan Pringapus yaitu SD N Klepu 02 memiliki kendala dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi karena tidak ada guru pendamping khusus. Di setiap kelas ada dua sampai empat Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) yang perlu dilayani secara khusus karena kebanyakan belum cakap dalam hal membaca dan menulis. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan para guru dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilannya dalam mengelola pembelajaran bagi ABK khususnya dalam melayani pembelajaran dengan sistem Belajar dari Rumah (BDR) di masa pandemic covid-19. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi para guru SDN Klepu 02. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan guru tentang berbagai model pendidikan inklusi dari rata-rata skor 50 menjadi 76. Sedangkan model pengembangan kurikulum yang diimplementasikan di SDN Klepu 02 adalam model modifikasi dan model substitusi. Pembelajaran bagi siswa BDR yang diselenggarakan dalam masa pandemic covid-19 di SDN Klepu 02 dengan aspek menonjol yang tampak adalah melibatkan peran orangtua dan lingkungan belajar siswa (84%), fokus pada literasi dan numerasi, perilaku hidup sehat, spiritual keagamaan, penguatan karakter dan budaya (78%), serta menyederhanakan materi pokok dalam sub-sub materi agar terarah (78%).

Abstract

This study discusses the correlation between coping stress and social support with academic stress in distance learning for 10th grade students of SMA Negeri in the District of Ngaliyan Semarang. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between variables and obtain information on the level of each variable with a sample of 255 students. The method in this research is ex-post facto quantitative. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the level of stress coping of the tenth graders of SMA Negeri in Ngaliyan Semarang District was in the low category (M=2.56), the level of social support was high (M=3.04), and the level of academic stress in distance learning was high (M=2,67). The results of multiple regression analysis show that there is a negative and significant relationship between coping stress and academic stress in distance learning students (t=-10,854, =-0.646, p=<0.05), social support has no significant correlation. significant with academic stress on distance learning students (t=-0.908, =-0.054, p=>0.05), and there is a positive and significant correlation between stress coping and social support simultaneously on academic stress in distance learning students (R= 0.681; R²= 0.464; F=109.083, p=<0.05). Based on the results of the research, , it is hoped that the guidance and counseling teachers can provide guidance and counseling services to be able to reduce students' academic stress levels both individually and in groups, increase students' stress coping levels and services to maintain students' social support levels.
