Abstract

Pentingnya aspek ergonomi pada dunia kerja untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja berupa musculoskeletal disorders. Aspek ergonomi ini diperlukan pada kegiatan pengukiran UKM Andi Mebel untuk menciptakan kenyamanan dan kemanan dalam bekerja. Posisi duduk untuk pengukir tentu saja memiliki banyak resiko, pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis terhadappostur tubuh pengukir dengan metode Rapid Entire Body Assesment(REBA) dengan software Ergofellow. Hasil analisis tersebut menghasilkan jumlah skor 5 pada level beresiko sedang sehingga perlu dilakukan investigasi lebih lanjut dan perbaikan postur tubuh pengukir secepatnya

Abstract

Sebuah Instansi atau universitas tentunya akan menyiapkan fasilitas dan layanan yang terbaik bagi setiap mahasiswanya. Namun tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa pelayanan universitas tidak akan pernah luput dari ketidaksempurnaan. Setiap individu yang terlibat di dalam lingkungan universitas akan menemui ketidakpuasan dan pengaduan akan layanan universitas. Untuk dapat memperbaiki dan mengembangkan layanan universitas, setiap keluhan dan keresahan warga universitas harus dapat ditampung sebagai bahan evaluasi dan kemudian ditindaklanjuti.Sistem informasi kotak pengaduan, kritik dan saran mahasiswa ini merupakan sistem berbasis digital yang berguna untuk membantu mahasiswa teknik industri Universitas Muria Kudus dalam mengajukan pengaduan kritik dan saran kepada pihak kampus terutama kepada pihak Program Studi Kejuruan. Proses pengaduan yang berjalan saat ini masih manual. Mahasiswa harus datang langsung kepada kepala Program Studi sehingga membuat mahasiswa tidak berani untuk melakukan pengaduan, kritik dan saran. Oleh karena itu dengan dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi, mendorong penulis untuk membuat suatu rancangan sistem informasi berbasis digital yang akan mampu membantu Mahasiswa Teknik Industri dalam membuat pengaduan, kritik dan saran.

Abstract

PT NT is one of an International Tobacco Industries in Indonesia. The rapid development of the cigarette industry, as well as the increased demand, encourage many companies to evolve their production quality and capacity. One effort established by PT NT is controlling the effectiveness of production machines, including SD5 machine. In this study, an analysis of SD5 machine performance conducted using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Total Effective Equipment Performance. Based on the ten days of direct observation of machine performance, the study revealed that the OEE level was only a mere at 63.2%, under the world level, 85%. Further, the TEEP number was about 36.8%. Those low figures were mainly caused by the low level of machine utilization and availability. Thus, the fishbone diagram established to discover the main causal, reporting that four main aspects, human, methods, material and machine, played essential roles in the problem.

Abstract

Abstract This paper combines three main concept including supply chain management, sustainability and risk management which is put palm oil Industry in Indonesia as an object. It explores sustainability-related supply chain risk from principle and criteria of roundtable sustainable palm oil (RSPO) and Indonesian sustainable palm oil (ISPO), distinguishes them from common supply chain risks and develop framework for their management. 45 risks across the three main pillars of sustainability (environmental, social, economic/financial) are identified from extensive review from principle and criteria of RSPO and ISPO. The fuzzy failure mode and effect analysis (fuzzy FMEA) approach is utilized to assess the relative importance of 45 risks. Based on the findings of the study, risks response and treatments are proposed for each sustainability-related supply chain risks. The findings show generally three most important risks are low OER (oil extraction rate), FFB (fresh fruit bunch) looting, un-fulfill palm oil mill capacity, respectively. Finally, integrated sustainable supply chain risk management approaches need to implement by the management of palm oil industry.

Abstract

In designing ergonomic products, anthropometric data are needed to determine the size of the product that fits the user's body so that it can make users feel comfortable when using the product. This paper discusses the design of ergonomic wheelchair products for elderly people who need adult anthropometric data to determine the size of wheelchair products that will be used later. From the anthropometric data, the percentile value is calculated which is then determined the size of the wheelchair product.

Abstract

Tempat kerja adalah segala sesuatu yang berada di lingkungan kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung seseorang atau sekelompok orang di dalam melaksanakan aktivitas kerjanya. Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dpat disebabkan karena beberapa factor, salah satunya faktor pencahayaan. Pencahayaan yang baik (sesuai SNI) maka dapat menjadikan tempat kerja menjadi nyaman. `Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional. Dimana data intenstas pencahayaan ruang kerja dianalisis terhadap data kelelahan mata pengguna ruang kerja tersebut.Hasil dari penelitian dini didapat bahwa terjadi hubungan antara intensitas pencahayaan ruang kerja terhadap kelelahan mata pengguna ruang kerja pada Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muria Kudus.

Abstract

In Kudus district, has two museums which Museum Kretek and Museum Jenang Kudus. In 2018 the number of visitors to the Museum Kretek reached 102,998 visitors, while the total visitors to the Musuem Jenang Kudus reached 397,625. The difference reaching  294,627 raises the question of how the service quality between the two museums. This study used the SERVQUAL Model method to determine the service quality of the two Musuem as well as a comparison of the service quality of the Museum Kretek and the Museum Jenang Kudus. The results of the study revealed that of the 100 reapondents who had visited the Museum Kretek and the Museum Jenang Kudus, the Museum Jenang Kudus had a better perception of service quality according to respondents. Based on the results of this study, we suggest that both museums improve service quality, especially in service quality items that get a low perception of respondents
