Abstract

This paper aims to create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate green supply chain management (GSCM) for palm oil industry in Indonesia. Green supply chain management (GSCM) is a method to integrate environmental aspects to their supply chain. The method in creating KPIs using Green SCOR Model as a basis to develop green objectives and all of indicators. There are 23 KPIs from 9 green objectives for GSCM of palm oil industry in Indonesia. To ensure KPIs more precise then the impotance level of KPIs are measured using analaytic hierarchy process (AHP). According to the experts in palm oil industries there is managing plantations and palm oil mill using ISPO and RSPO certification as the dominant green objectives (29.7 %), followed by minimize and tackle emission from global warming gass (15,9 %), and manage waste ( 11,8 %).

Abstract

The palm oil industry as an important industry in Indonesia is demanded to conduct business in a sustainable way, including the implementation of green supply chain management (GSCM). However, in order to implement GSCM in the oil palm industry there are many barriers, but not yet comprehensively formulated what the barriers are and how to eliminate it. This study aims to identify barriers GSCM in the palm oil industry in Indonesia, to model the relationship between GSCM barriers and to classify any of it to the palm oil industry in Indonesia using the MICMAC approach. The interpretive structural modeling method was used in this study, where the stages began with a literature study to obtain GSCM indicators of the palm oil industry in Indonesia, then breakdown to get the barriers. The structural self-interaction matrix (SSIM) is then structured based on contextual relationships between obstacles by experts who have worked in the palm oil industry. Furthermore, SSIM is converted into a binary matrix. To get the level of each barrier, the level partitions stage is used to developing a chart and a model between the GSCM barriers in the palm oil industry in Indonesia. This research resulted in 15 GSCM barriers in the palm oil industry, then arranged into a 6-level model of GSCM barriers and divided into four clusters. The implication of this research is the addition of knowledge about GSCM especially the palm oil industry. While managerially giving direction on the strategy to eliminate GSCM barriers in the palm oil industry.

Abstract

Abstract This paper combines three main concept including supply chain management, sustainability and risk management which is put palm oil Industry in Indonesia as an object. It explores sustainability-related supply chain risk from principle and criteria of roundtable sustainable palm oil (RSPO) and Indonesian sustainable palm oil (ISPO), distinguishes them from common supply chain risks and develop framework for their management. 45 risks across the three main pillars of sustainability (environmental, social, economic/financial) are identified from extensive review from principle and criteria of RSPO and ISPO. The fuzzy failure mode and effect analysis (fuzzy FMEA) approach is utilized to assess the relative importance of 45 risks. Based on the findings of the study, risks response and treatments are proposed for each sustainability-related supply chain risks. The findings show generally three most important risks are low OER (oil extraction rate), FFB (fresh fruit bunch) looting, un-fulfill palm oil mill capacity, respectively. Finally, integrated sustainable supply chain risk management approaches need to implement by the management of palm oil industry.

Abstract

In Kudus district, has two museums which Museum Kretek and Museum Jenang Kudus. In 2018 the number of visitors to the Museum Kretek reached 102,998 visitors, while the total visitors to the Musuem Jenang Kudus reached 397,625. The difference reaching  294,627 raises the question of how the service quality between the two museums. This study used the SERVQUAL Model method to determine the service quality of the two Musuem as well as a comparison of the service quality of the Museum Kretek and the Museum Jenang Kudus. The results of the study revealed that of the 100 reapondents who had visited the Museum Kretek and the Museum Jenang Kudus, the Museum Jenang Kudus had a better perception of service quality according to respondents. Based on the results of this study, we suggest that both museums improve service quality, especially in service quality items that get a low perception of respondents

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 led to changes in Higher Education services at Universitas Muria Kudus, where the learning system was carried out online. Servperf is a method for measuring the performance of performance-based service quality. This method is used in this study, where five dimensions of service quality, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy are used as the basis. The literature review was conducted to obtain 15 indicators. From the results of distributing questionnaires based on these 15 indicators, 118 respondents were students of Universitas Muria Kudus. From the tangible dimensions, the average score is 3, the average reliability dimension score is 3.358757, the Responsiveness dimension has an average score of 3.180791, The Assurance dimension has an average score of 3.217514, and the Empathy dimension has an average score of 2.988701. Whereas the highest score indicator was obtained namely the lecturer workforce was able to communicate and present the material well in online learning with an average score of 3.51. Meanwhile, the lowest indicators are indicators namely Ease of access and internet connection during online learning and the learning process that is easy to understand by students during online learning with the same average score of 2.67.

Abstract

This study aims to identify barriers on sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) implementation for palm oil industries in Indonesia. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) , one of Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method is chosen in this study because of the simplicicty and most suitable for palm oil industries case. The outputs of this study, there are 29 barriers on sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) for palm oil industries in Indonesia, all of its breakdown from their own key performance indicator (KPI) of SSCM. Three biggest barriers are (1) less management commitment (0.99); (2) bad relationship with society around the company (0.873); (3) Less efficient on FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunch) Process (0.873). While three least barriers are (1) No take-back policies on CPO Trading (0.718); (2) Less discipline from employee using earplug (0.718); (3) Less careful from employee while operate machinery (0.718).

Abstract

UMKM percetakan paving hidrolis UD Rina Khatulistiwa dimiliki oleh H Sayogo di Jalan Wedarijaksa – Jetak Kabupaten Pati. Usaha ini didirikan semenjak 10 tahun yang lalu. Usaha ini mengalami perkembangan usaha yang bagus.  Produksi paving ini menggunakan mesin hidrolis. Dengan memiliki 10 buruh pembuat paving. Produksi paving hidrolis ini mampu menjual paving sebanyak 1000 meter per bulan. Penjualan ini cukup tinggi dengan penjualan melalui toko. Namun untuk kualitas paving sendiri kadang paving dapat pecah. Karena paving dapat pecah ini kadang kala konsumen bisa saja pindah ke toko yang lain. Dengan pindahnya konsumen ke toko yang lain dapat menurunkan omzet usaha ini. Selain itu untuk perhitungan keuangan UMKM ini juga masih belum melakukan perhitungan laba rugi secara bulanan. Setiap ada pendapatan dan biaya yang di keluarkan oleh UMKM ini belum melakukan pencatatan.Berdasarkan beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra tersebut maka kami memberikan solusi atas permasalahan tersebut dengan cara : 1). Memberikan pelatihan bagi karyawan cetak paving untuk meningkatkan kualitas paving yang dirpoduksi selama ini dengan melakukan kegiatan perbaikan pada pekerja, metode, material, dan mesin. 2). memberikan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan, 3). Memberikan pelatihan peningkatan penjualan melalui pemasaran online.Tujuan dari program pelatihan ini supaya UMKM mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan penjualan produknya. Dengan meningkatnya penjualan produk paving ini akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan UMKM dan kesejahteraan karyawan UMKM. Sehingga kesejahteraan masyarakat juga ikut meningkat.Hasil pendampingan UMKM ini diharapkan 1). Produk paving yang berkualitas, 2). Karyawan UD Rina Khatulistiwa mampu menyusun laporan keuangan, 3). Karyawan mampu memasarkan produk secara online melalui Social Networking System (SNS). Kata Kunci: paving, laporan keuangan, kualitas produk, pemasaran online

Abstract

PT. Pura Barutama merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan dan percetakan kertas berkualitas tinggi terbesar di Indonesia yang berada di Kudus, Jawa Tengah. PT. Pura Barutama memiliki 29 unit yang sudah terintegrasi, salah satunya adalah unit S. untuk dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen PT. Pura Barutama unit S selalu berusaha melakukan penyederhanaan proses produksinya untuk memastikan ketepatan waktu dan tidak ada pemborosan (waste). Namun pada kenyataannya masih terdapat berbagai kegiatan atau aktivitas yang tidak diperlukan sehingga menyebabkan penurunan efisiensi dan efektifitas terutama pada proses produksi. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah diuraikan di atas, diperlukan suatu metode yang relatif sederhana dan terstruktur yaitu dengan penggunaan metode “lean manufacturing”. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisa process activity mapping, terdapat 21 aktivitas dalam proses produksi selongsong rokok, dengan klasifikasi aktivitas operation 6, transportation 1, inspection 2, storage 11 dan delay 2, sedangkan pada tipe aktivitas terdapat 8 value adding activity (VA), 2 non value adding activity (NVA), dan 11 necessary non value adding activity (NNVA). Adapun rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meminimalkan pemborosan yang terjadi yaitu melakukan pengecekan mesin secara berkala, menerapkan manajemen perawatan mesin, meningkatkan skill operator, melakukan pengecekan mesin dan settingan mesin yang sudah sesuai dengan SOP serta melakukan perbaikan tata letak lokasi penyimpanan.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan kesehatan disuatu perusahaan serta di lingkungan kerja yang sehat, aman dan nyaman merupakan aset utama yang harus dimilik oleh pekerja, masyarakat dan negara. PT. Duwa Atmimuda merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi pembuatan kerangka furniture. Proses produksi pada perusahaan menggunakan mesin canggij diantaranya mesin drilling, mesin bending, mesin las dan mesin laser cutting. Pada setiap proses memiliki tingkat kecelakaan yang dapat membahayakan setiap pekerja, maka PT. Duwa Atmimuda perlu menerapkan kesehatan keselamatan kerja pada proses produksinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode HAZOP sebagai identifikasi bahaya dengan penilaian risiko untuk menentukan potensi bahaya yang timbul pada proses produksi, untuk meningkatkan tingkat hubungan pada identifikasi bahaya dengan penilaian risiko, maka dilakukan pengujian uji korelasi kontingensi dari hasil kuesioner yang telah dibagikan kepada 40 karyawan. Hasil uji korelasi kontingensi didapatkan menggunakan software SPSS dengan hasil nilai R hitung 34,129 > R tabel 11, 070 dengan nilai contingensi 0,330 maka H0 ditolak H1 diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan hasil dari identifikasi bahaya menggunakan metode HAZOP dengan penilaian risiko memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan tingkat hubungan rendah
