Abstract

Flies are insects that are vectors of disease in humans. Based on an initial survey at the Mardika Market, Ambon City, there were many piles of garbage and many flies were seen in the piles of garbage. Garbage in the Mardika Market in Ambon City is not transported every day so that it can become a breeding ground for flies, because there are many piles of rotting garbage which are the most potential places to find food and breed. In Mardika Market, there are many flies, especially in vegetable shops, chicken shops, fruit shops and chicken shops. The existence of these flies is due to factors that support life for flies. The presence of flies can be used as an indicator of poor sanitation in a place. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of fly density in the Mardika Market, Ambon City. This research is descriptive in nature by describing the research location in the market to attach the design at the Mardika Market, Ambon City. The results showed that the rate of density at each point of sale had exceeded the standard of 7-22 so it could be said to be dense. The factors that can affect the breeding of flies are; Distance, Temperature and Light. Suggestion ; for the Government and the City Sanitation Service as well as sellers in the market so that they can pay attention to environmental sanitation in the market and the factors that affect the speed of flies.Keywords: Flies Density Level, Distance, Temperature and Light

Abstract

Palliative care is care given to patients with chronic and terminal illness that aims to improve the patients and families’ quality of life. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge with the role of nurses in dying care services in the Inter Inpatient Room and ICU Room of RSUD Dr. M. Haullusy Ambon. The research design used was descriptive correlational with cross sectional The number of samples in this study were 45 respondents. The result was analyzed using the chi square test which found that the correlation between two variables of this research is significance at level 0.01. This means that there is a relationship between knowledge and the role of nurses in the care services near death (palliative) in the Internal Inpatient Room and ICU Room Dr. M. Haullussy Ambon Hospital. Based on the result of the study, the conclusion is that the knowledge and the role of care has a significance relationship with a value of p <0.001 (p <0.01). The suggestion of this research for the all nurses is to enhance their knowledge and role by attending seminars or training activities in order to improve performance and also the quality of service.Keywords: Knowledge, Role of Nurses, Palliative Care

Abstract

Salah satu sumber daya Alam yang sangat berharga dan penting bagi kehidupan manusiaadalah Air. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor492/MENKES/PES/IV/2010 tentang Persyaratan Kualitas Air Minum, bahwa air minum adalahair yang melalui proses pengolahan atau tanpa pengolahan yang memenuhi syarat kesehatandan dapat langsung diminum yang ditinjau dari parameter fisika, kimia, dan mikrobiologis.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaiman Kualitas Fisik Air Minum di Negeri LesluruKecamatan Teon Nila Serua Kabupaten Maluku Tengah Tahun 2022. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan adalah observasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisa laboratorium. Subjekpenelitian adalah kualitas fisik air minum. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesionerdan pengumpulan hasil uji laboratorium. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Negeri LesluruKecamatan Teon Nila Serua, diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat kualitas fisik air minum padawarna air yaitu pada bak penampung 1 dan 2 menghasilkan nilai yang sama yaitu 5 TCU danpada wadah rumah tangga menghasilkan nilai 1 TCU, dan kualitas fisik air minum pada bau danrasa yaitu tidak adanya bau yang menyengat dan tidak ditemukan rasa pada air dan untukkekeruhan air minum pada bak penampung 1 dan 2 mendapatkan hasil yang sama yaitu 0,0NTU dan pada wadah penampung rumah tangga yaitu 0,01 NTU sedangkan pada parametersuhu, ketiga sampel terdapat suhu yang sama yaitu 26,9°C. Dan TDS (Total Dissolved solid)terdapat nilai yang sama pada bak penampung 1 dan 2 yaitu 252 mg/l dan wadah penampungrumah tangga yaitu 285 mg/l. Kesimpulan dari hasil uji laboratorium kualitas fisik air minum diNegeri Lesluru telah memenuhi syarat sesuai Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republic Indonesiatentang persyaratan kualitas air minum.Kata Kunci: Bau, Warna, Rasa, Kekeruhan, Suhu, TDS.
