Abstract

Decision Support System is a means of assisting in making decisions accurately, and quickly. In the Decision Support System, several methods can be applied including the TOPSIS method. The TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method is a multi-criteria decision-making method or alternative choice which is the alternative that has the smallest distance from the positive ideal solution and the largest distance from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view using Euclidean distance. The results of the TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method based on data and criteria determined by the Deli Serdang Education Office, an assessment was made of teacher performance at SD Negeri 105336 Rantau Panjang. So that it can help the Head of SD Negeri 105336 Rantau Panjang in assessing teacher performance.

Abstract

The crude palm oil (CPO) industry is one of the leading industrial sectors in Indonesia. The diversification of derivative products from the CPO refinery is very high (multi-product). The challenges of inefficiency in the distribution network of refined CPO products include multi-product, transportation distances, transportation costs, uncertainty in the supply chain, and traceability of products sent, volatile demand and having to adjust production volumes without incurring significant costs. actors and is a challenge that researchers also face. Therefore supply chain flexibility is a problem that arises in practice. The purpose of this research is to design a flexible supply chain network of CPO refinery products. Metaheuristic algorithm Genetic Algorithm (GA) is used in solving optimization challenges. Distribution network system entities are analyzed and then made into a mathematical form of Mixed Integer Linear Programming. Furthermore, the model was built with the help of the GA algorithm which was developed in the Java programming language using the MOEA Framework. The verification and validation of the model was carried out with a case study in the CPO refinery industry. The optimization results are evaluated for twelve periods to see the flexibility of the supply chain network design model that has been made the minimum cost for twelve simulation periods is Rp. 636,675,671 in the 9th period and the flexibility of the model for twelve periods is considered flexible because the model is able to meet demand with network utility above 100% in 8 simulation periods.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company in the field of wood processing that produces furniture products and raw materials for rambung. On the production floor of PT. XYZ there is a buildup of materials during the production process. This stacking process does not add value. This results in delays for the next process or can be called waste of delay. Another problem is the backflow of material transfer (backtracking) where the movement of the material flow through several stations affects the completion of the product. In solving these problems, a lean manufacturing approach is used to identify and reduce activities that do not add value during the production process and shorten lead times. The simulated annealing algorithm method is used to fix the backflow problem on the layout of the production floor at PT. XYZ. The results showed that there was a decrease in the displacement moment of 43.44%, an increase in production capacity with an actual process cycle efficiency of 44.98% with an average production of 48 units/day and a proposed process cycle efficiency of 63.91% with an average production - an average of 63 units / day after repairs with lean manufacturing.

Abstract

Chicken disease is a condition in which the organs of the chicken farm cannot function normally. To make a diagnosis of the disease requires further examination carried out by specialists (experts). An expert system is a system that uses human knowledge entered into a computer to solve problems that are usually solved by experts. The system created in solving the problem uses the Bayes theorem method where the inference process uses Forward Chaining. The application was developed using the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

In accordance with the regulations that have been determined by the office to obtain a promotion, criteria are needed to determine who will be elected to receive a promotion. Promotions are carried out with the aim of providing feedback on the performance produced by a civil servant during a certain period. To help determine the application of someone who deserves to be promoted to a Decision Support System, the Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) model is used. In this study, a case was raised, namely looking for the best alternative based on predetermined criteria using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to calculate the FMADM model in this case. The fuzzy used uses a fuzzy system rule, namely fuzzification, inference and defuzzification. The FMADM model was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, namely those who have the right to choose employees to be promoted to their positions according to the specified criteria. The research was conducted by finding the weight value for each attribute, then a ranking process was carried out which would determine the optimal alternative, namely the best civil servant.
