Focus and Scope Fokus Empowerment : Jurnal Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat diterbitkan oleh LPPM STAI Darul Kamal NW Kembang Kerang adalah peer-reviewed journal yang memuat artikel-artikel ilmiah dari berbagai disiplin ilmu yang diadopsi dalam berbagai aktivitas pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan penelitian terapan lainnya. Artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan di Empowerment meliputi hasil-hasil penelitian ilmiah asli, artikel ulasan ilmiah yang bersifat baru, atau komentar atau kritik terhadap tulisan yang ada dimuat di JPPM maupun dalam terbitan berkala ilmiah lainnya. Abstract

The role of parenting is an important thing in shaping a child's personality. Every parent has a different parenting style. There are 3 types of parenting styles, namely authoritarian parenting, democratic parenting, and permissive parenting. There needs to be socialization about the role of parenting to increase parents' understanding of child care. Therefore, Unesa KKN-T Group 28 conducted outreach at the Toddler Posyandu in Nglaban Village. The method used is community education through outreach activities at the Toddler Posyandu in Nglaban Village. This socialization activity is expected to increase parents' understanding of supporting children's growth and development as a form of improving the quality of human resources.

Abstract

Blood is a basic need for every human being. Blood donors are an integral part of supporting health as meeting the needs of blood in the body. Nglaban Village is one of the villages in Loceret District, Nganjuk Regency with a population of 6,228 people, but only 3-4 of the total population have awareness of blood donors. Therefore, UNESA KKN-T 28 students held a blood donor program which was open to the public, especially for the people of Nglaban Village. The aim is to increase the number of people who are aware of the importance of blood donation and to increase the number of blood donors in the village. This community service activity began with conducting a survey of village midwives and village officials. After that, continued with the establishment of the program. Then socialization was carried out to the people of Nglaban Village. The next step is to donate blood on May 18th. As a result, through this blood donor program, there has been an increase in the awareness and willingness of the people of Nglaban Village to participate in blood donation activities.   Keywords: Blood Donors, Nglaban

Abstract

This research discusses the application of the penta helix model in the development of the Taman Langit tourist village in Bengkuang Hill, Bengkaung village, Gunungsari sub-district, West Lombok district, NTB. The penta helix model emphasizes the important role of five main actors, namely government, community, business people, media and academics, in building and developing tourism destinations. Harmonious collaboration between these five factors is considered very crucial for the smooth development of village tourism. In the context of the Taman Langit tourist village, the government has a role as a provider of tourism access and infrastructure, while the community and business people act as the main actors who run and develop village tourism. The media functions as a promotional tool, while historians provide direction, consultation and predictions regarding the development of village tourism. Through the penta helix approach, it is hoped that people from various sectors can enjoy the positive benefits resulting from the development of the Taman Langit tourist village. This research uses a type of library study (library research) with secondary data in the form of literature such as books, journals, magazines and websites that are relevant to the research.
