Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of qardh contract financing at Al-Anshor Peduli Micro Waqf Bank Ambon, and to find out Maslahah Mursalah's Perspective on Qardh Contract Implementation in Micro Business Financing at Al-Anshor Peduli Micro Waqf Bank Ambon City. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive techniques and field studies (library research). The results of the study: 1. qardh financing is carried out by socializing to micro business actors or community members who want to start a business. 2. Utilization of the qardh contract in accordance with the principle of maslahah mursalah, according to the perspective of maslahah mursalah. Implementation of credit financing qardh contracts to provide benefits for micro business actors who have difficulty working capital and people who want to start a business but lack funds.

Abstract

Profit Distribution or profit sharing distribution basically has two principles that are rofit sharing and revenue rharing. Fatwa of the National Sharia Council concerning the principle of distribution of operating results with the principle of revenue sharing to emphasize on sharia financial institutions. This principle provides benefit (al-ashlah), justice in any situation. This paper is written with a qualitative approach and the type of research is a literature study. The analysis was carried out descriptively on the results of the data obtained. The results of this paper include, among others, in the COVID-19 pandemic situation, revenue-sharing for Islamic banking has decreased, from the total profit-sharing financing distributed by Islamic banks, it tends to increase. This shows a form of justice for Islamic banks in providing a profit burden to customers when their income achievement is affected by COVID-19.

Abstract

This study aims to determine customer perceptions of iB Hasanah savings and the impact on decisions to become customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Ternate Hasan Esa Ternate. This research using qualitative research to explain the facts objectively according to the data obtained through observation data sources, interviews and documentation at the research location for further analysis using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that customer perceptions of the iB Hasanah savings product are: first, customers know that this product is part of the implementation of religious values in saving assets or money in Islamic banking. Second, customers have confidence that their savings must be managed by trustworthy people so that their security and blessings are guaranteed. Third, customers choose the iB Hasanah savings product which is managed with the principle of profit sharing. Several customer perceptions of the iB Hasanah savings product have an impact on customer interest in saving with the iB Hasanah savings product. This interest arose from customers' perceptions of their knowledge of iB Hasanah products, their trust in Islamic banks and iB Hasanah savings products, as well as managing savings funds in iB Hasanah products with the principle of profit sharing.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Operational Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO) on the Profitability of the Rural Bank (BPR) Malifut Danatama Ternate. Profitability in this study was measured using the ratio of Net Profit Margin (NPM). The alternative hypothesis proposed in this study is that BOPO has a negative and significant effect on the profitability of PT. BPR Malifut Danatama Ternate. The data in this study used secondary data, namely the financial statements of BPR Malifut Danatama for the period 2010 - 2020. The data were analyzed using simple regression, using SPSS 26. The results of this study accepted the proposed hypothesis, meaning that BOPO had a negative and significant effect on the profitability of PT. BPR Malifut Danatama Ternate. The effect of BOPO on Profitability means that every increase in BOPO will decrease the NPM value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the process of service excellence by customer service in the service process at Bank Syariah Mandiri Ambon Branch Office and to determine the implementation of service excellence by customer service in the service process at Bank Mandiri Syariah Ambon Branch Office. The main problem in this study is how to implement service excellence standards for services that actually occur at Bank Mandiri Syariah Ambon Branch Office which is carried out by customer service. This type of research is field research by taking the research location at Bank Mandiri Syariah Ambon Branch Office using a qualitative approach. The data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data obtained by using the interview method (interview) with customer service, documentation, and observation. The results of the study indicate that customer service can implement the standards set by Bank Syariah Mandiri Ambon Branch Office into services that have become their duties, (service excellence) which includes basic aspects of Accountability (Responsibility), Action (Actions), Attention (Attention), Appearance, Attitude, Ability that can satisfy and attract customers to remain loyal to Bank Mandiri Syariah Ambon Branch Office.
