Abstract

The aim of prohibiting usury is to protect people who conduct mu?amalah. Indeed, Al qur?an prohibited it because it is resulted injustice. It is obviously felt in the period of Covid-19 Pandemic.  The research purpose was to analyze the problems of applying usury system in banking and to analyze the privileges of prohibiting usury system in banking. The descriptive research was used in this paper. The results show usury systems resulted gaps and injustice. Indeed, it is also caused economic instability. A solution for this problem is profit sharing. This system can bring justice and it will lead into economic equality particularly in the era of Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, by applying Islamic economic system, the economy is more stable and social welfare can be achieved.

Abstract

Sukuk is a form of investment that has an impact on the national economy which is currently weakening due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Covid 19 has had an impact on the faltering of the people's economy from business to financial institutions (sharia and conventional). The state has the need to fulfill the state budget in order to address the problem of the impact of covid 19 quickly. This paper is intended to analyze the impact of sukuk on economic growth during the covid pandemic 19. The process of collecting data is done by analyzing data observed through OJK statistics and collecting various information related to covid-19 and the data are analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the study it was found that Sukuk became a source of funds for the government to finance development, thus creating new jobs for the community in the long run. Sukuk provide benefits for the liquidity of Islamic financial institutions due to the impact of covid 19, and also investment facilities for the community. Key Words: Impact; Sukuk; national economiy; Covid-19. Abstrak: Sukuk termasuk bentuk investasi yang memberikan dampak bagi perekonomian nasional yang saat ini melemah karena adanya pandemi Covid-19.Covid 19 telah memberikan dampak bagi tersendatnya perekonomian masyarakat mulai bisnis hingga lembaga keuangan (syariah dan konvensional). Negara memiliki kebutuhan pemenuhan APBN guna menjawab masalah dari dampak covid 19 secara cepat. Paper ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis dampak sukuk bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi di masa pandemi covid 19. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis data yang diobservasi melalui statistik OJK dan mengumpulkan berbagai informasi terkait covid-19 dan data dianalisis secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian diperoleh bahwa Sukuk menjadi sumber dana bagi pemerintah untuk membiayai pembangunan, sehingga menciptakan lapangan kerja baru bagi masyarakat dalam jangka panjangnya. Sukuk memberikan kemanfaatan bagi likuiditas lembaga keuangan syariah akibat dampak covid 19, dan juga sarana investasi bagi masyarakat.. Kata Kunci : Dampak; Sukuk; Perekonomian Nasional; Covid-19.

Abstract

This article discusses the decline of distribution of mudaraba financing from 2017 to 2019 in a sharia bank in Indonesia, which impacted asset productivity. This study intends to examine the effect of Temporary Shirkah Funds, and Financing to Deposit Ratio on Mudaraba Financing. This study uses a quantitative approach, especially associative research. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, and the data analysis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) Temporary Shirkah Funds have a positive and significant effect on Mudaraba Financing; (2) Return on Assets has a positive and significant effect on Mudaraba Financing; (3) The Financing to Deposit Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Mudaraba Financing; (4) simultaneously Temporary Shirkah Funds, Return on Assets, Financing to Deposit Ratio have a positive and significant effect on Mudaraba Financing. The practical implication of this research is that Islamic banks prioritize Mudaraba Financing to be in line with increasing Murabaha Financing.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi, kemudahan, dan persepsi risiko terhadap keputusan pembelian dan implikasinya terhadap minat beli ulang pada pengguna Shopee Generasi Z. Dengan pedekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel penelitian diambil dari pengguna shopee generasi Z sejumlah 100 sampel dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling yang berupa data primer yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner dengan pengukuran skala likert. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) dengan taraf signifikasi sebesar 5%. Data diolah dengan aplikasi SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian diketahui promosi, kemudahan dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap minat beli ulang. Disisi lain secara tidak langsung promosi, kemudahan dan persepsi risiko melalui keputusan pembelian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Abstrak Penurunan return saham yang dialami oleh setiap perusahaan merupakan hal yang biasa, namun setiap perusahaan menginginkan laba yang tinggi untuk meningkatkan kualitas perusahaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh rasio profitabilitas, solvabilitas, rasio pasar, inflasi, nilai tukar rupiah terhadap return saham pada perusahaan sektor consumer goods. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan 34 perusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2018-2020. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu berjumlah 10 laporan keuangan consumer goods dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel rasio profitabilitas, rasio pasar dan nilai tukar terhadap return saham. Sedangkan untuk variabel inflasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham. Hal ini disebabkan bahwa Inflasi mata uang rupiah tidak menjadi acuan investor untuk menanam saham. Adapun variabel rasio solvabilitas tidak menunjukkan adanya signifikan. Akan tetapi, kedua variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang positif. Artinya para investor memiliki sudut pandang yang berbeda pada setiap perusahaan yang bergerak. Kata kunci: Rasio Profitabilitas, Rasio Solvabilitas, Rasio Pasar, Inflasi, Nilai Tukar, Return Saham

Abstract. BSI and BMI suffered significant losses due to reputational risk. Reputation risks that occur can be properly handled so that losses that arise can be recovered immediately. This study aimed to determine the application of risk management to BSI and BMI and the application of reputation risk to BSI and BMI. The results of this study indicate that BSI and BMI have implemented risk management in accordance with POJK No. 65 of 2016. BSI and BMI have specific organizations to deal with risks, procedures, and the same problem focus on dealing with reputation risk even though the steps for implementing procedures between the two are different. BSI is more focused on strategic steps taken in overcoming risks, while BMI is not only focused on strategic steps taken but also focused on media coverage and communication management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine The Influence of Sharia Compliance and Good Corporate Governance on the Financial Performance of Islamic Banks with Company Size as a Moderating Variable (Studies on Islamic Commercial Banks 2016-2021. Quantitative approach with Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia as a research object. A total of 48 samples originating from annual financial reports from 2016-2021 are used as a reference in processing data with the help of E-views 9 Software. The results showed that: Islamic Income Ratio and Profit Sharing Ratio variables partially have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. The Islamic Investment Ratio variable has no significant effect on the Bank's Financial Performance. Simultaneously the variables Islamic Income Ratio, Profit Sharing Ratio, Islamic Investment Ratio, Good Corporate Governance together will improve the Bank's Financial Performance. Islamic Income Ratio, Islamic Investment Ratio and Good Corporate Governance variables which are moderated by company size do not affect the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks. Meanwhile, the Variable Profit Sharing Ratio, which is moderated by company size, has an effect on the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks. Abstract

Market risks is one of the risks in islamic banking that cannot be avoided. If Islamic banking cannot manage market risk properly, it will have an impact on bank profitability or even lead to other risks. Therefore, Islamic banking must create a market risk management strategy to achive suistaneble bussiness growth. This research made Bank Mega Syariah the locus of research. The research method used is qualitative research using the main data source, namely Bank Mega Syariah's 2023 annual report as well as the December 2023 risk exposure and capital report. The result of the research show that Bank Mega Syariah manages market risk based on its fund distribution portofolio, the majority of which is in the form of financing and partly in the form of sukuk securities as a liquidity reserve, does nor carry out over the counter trading activities for proprietary trading so market risk exposure is relatively low. The focus changing behaviour and maintaining customer trust when market benchmark interest rate increase, adjusted to majority of financing which has a fixed margin.
