Abstract

The Lecture Program Unit (SAP) consists of determining learning objectives, the material to be discussed, how to present it, supporting media and learning resources that can be used. At the end of each teaching and learning activity, for the purposes of monitoring and evaluation, teaching staff are required to write SAP realization in a teaching journal. At STMIK STIKOM Indonesia, the process of writing this teaching journal is done manually. The lecturer filled out the material given in class in a teaching journal. The process is done manually resulting in the process of monitoring and evaluation can not be done regularly. In this research, a Web-based monitoring system for teaching and learning process was developed in STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. From the test results obtained, the system built can facilitate lecturer coordinator lecturers to monitor the course of the teaching and learning process. In addition, the system built can also facilitate lecturer coordinator lecturers in conducting the recapitulation process of the suitability of SAP with the realization of SAP written by lecturers supporting courses

Abstract

The stage of class scheduling starts from scheduling courses in classes, then distributing the class to lecturers. The process of distributing classes to lecturers becomes an obstacle for the STMIK STIKOM Indonesia academic body because the academic body must adjust the existing class with the lecturer who is interested in it as well as the lecturer chosen to support a class so that it does not have classes that have a time conflict. One method for solving these problems is by using genetic algorithms that work by generating a number of random solutions and then processing the collection of solutions in a genetic process. There are eight genetic algorithm procedures, which are random chromosome generation procedures, chromosome repair to validate chromosomes from their limits, fitness function to calculate the feasibility of a solution, crossover, mutation, child repair and elitism. The output of this research is in the form of an analysis and determination of the system requirements that must exist. In addition, it produces a trial report on the effect of genetic parameters to determine the effect of changes in the value of genetic parameters on the fitness value and the time used to carry out the distribution process.

Abstract

The access point configuration used for wireless connections in Amikom is manually configured one by one. Each access point is configured using several SSIDs based on the department that will connect to the access point. The use of multiple SSIDs in one access point turned out to have a bad effect on network performance, from the test results, for access points configured with more than four SSIDs, the connection was very slow. The security standard used for connection from the user to the access point is WPA Personal, where WPA Personal can be said to be very weak because for each SSID it will use the same user and password for all users, this is often the cause of access leaks. To improve network security and make it easier for the author to do maintenance on the network, the author tries to use the IEEE 802.1X protocol that is connected with RADIUS and access point controllers so that the configuration and maintenance of wireless networks can be centralized, user administration and passwords can also be centralized server radius and also a better level of security using WPA Enterprise security in the IEEE 802.1X protocol.

Abstract

The poor rice program is one of the government effort to cope the problem of poverty and keep the people’s food less economically. But in reality the program still not optimal due to at the time of the selection of poor rice recipients there is no support system yet and the absence of accurate calculation at the time of granting poor rice recipients. So that causes all the people get the help of poor rice. This causes poor rice distribution is not right on target. Therefore there is a need for a system that can assist in the recipients of poor rice recipients. In this study the criteria used in the selection of poor rice recipients are age, income, dependent and work. The method used in this study is the method of AHP and TOPSIS. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of the importance of each criteria used, while the TOPSIS method is used to provide the best alternative to get the help of poor rice in Masbagik village. The result of this study indicate that the system has been built as expected according to the test conducted with blackbox testing.

Abstract

Tabanan Regency, is promoting the development of tourist villages and the development of many tourist villages in the area. The development of tourism villages can generate large regional income or income derived from the tourism sector. The problem is that not all tourist villages develop and generate revenue for the government, even many tourist villages are quiet from tourist visits. The selection of the best tourism village aims to find out what supporting factors can increase tourist visits and provide assistance to the tourist village. The purpose of the aid providers is to improve the quality of tourism in the area. The model used in the selection of tourist villages is the AHP and BORDA models. Both models are able to rank tourist villages from several criteria owned by tourist villages. The decision holder in this system is the Tourism Office of Tabanan Regency and the Province of Bali.
