Abstract

Menabung merupakan kegiatan yang penting untuk mengamankan keuangan dimasa depan. oleh karena itu, pengetahuan keuangan menjadi hal penting untuk mendorong invidu menabung. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perilaku menabung siswa SMK di Kabupaten Tegal. Literasi keuangan digunakan untuk memprediksi perilaku menabung siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 90 siswa dengan Teknik sampling proportional random sampling. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh literasi keuangan pada perilaku menabung siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku menabung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh sosialisasi perpajakan, sanksi perpajakan, dan sistem pelayanan online terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM yang terdaftar di KPP Pratama Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada wajib pajak UMKM di Kota Surakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik random sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sosialisasi perpajakan dan sistem pelayanan online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM dengan nilai sig masing-masing sebesar 0,031 dan 0,045, sedangkan variabel sanksi perpajakan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM dengan nilai sig 0,643.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity on bond ratings for food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016- 2020 period, to analyze the impact of solvency on bond ratings for food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period, to analyze the effect of profitability on bond ratings for food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period, and to analyze the impact of liquidity, solvency, and profitability simultaneously on the financial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. This research is a quantitative study with secondary data in the form of company financial statements for 2016-2020 obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange or the website of each company and bond rating data published by bond rating agencies, namely PT. PEFINDO for five consecutive years. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method. The t-test or partial test results show that solvency significantly affects bond ratings in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016 - 2020 period. The F test results show that the variables CR, DER, and ROA jointly positively affect Bond ratings for food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Then the coefficient of determination analysis (R2) results simultaneously explain that Liquidity, Solvency, and Profitability influence the Bond Rating variable for food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of perceived convenience, price, and promotional attractiveness on interest in using the OVO application. The study was conducted in Supermal Karawaci with 100 respondents using non-probability sampling purposive sampling technique with research respondents being new users, active users, and occasional users. The instrument test was conducted by testing the validity using the product-moment method. The analytical technique used was multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, partially the effect of the perceived convenience variable has a significant positive impact on interest in the use, the price variable has positive and significant effects on appeal in use, and the promotional attractiveness variable has a positive and significant impact on interest in service. Simultaneously the variables of Perception of Ease, Price, Promotional Attractiveness have a positive and significant effect on Interest in Use.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher self-efficacy on teacher performance in SMK teachers in Bumijawa District, Tegal Regency. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were vocational school teachers in Bumijawa District, Tegal Regency with a total population of 112 people. All members of the population are used as respondents. Of the 112 questionnaires distributed, 109 questionnaires were returned. Based on the instrument test, namely the validation test and reliability test, valid and reliable indicators have been obtained for further analysis. The regression model was tested with the coefficient of determination test and the F test. Based on the F test, it was found that the model was feasible for further analysis. The results of the test for the coefficient of determination illustrate that the contribution of the independent variables has no significant effect on the dependent variable. The hypothesis was tested using the t test using Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study show that self-efficacy has effect on teacher performance.
