Abstract

This study aims to provide problem solving and scientific information to the general public and especially women who take part in the public and domestic spheres on issues regarding menstruation from Wahbah az-Zhuhaili's view in Tafseer al-Munīr from the perspective of Feminism. The method used in this study is library research. The sources used are primary sources, namely Tafseer al-Munīr as a material object, and criticism of feminism as a formal object, while the secondary sources are journals, books, commentaries, websites, and other sources that support this research. This method uses content analysis method which is carried out with critical thinking. The results of this study indicate that menstruation (mahidh) in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 222, which is interpreted as dirty blood by Az-Zhuhaili, has received criticism from Indonesian Muslim Feminism. According to feminism, menstruation is an adza (disease) that affects the physical and psychological state of women. Then, the conclusion in this study is that feminists consider that Wahbah az-Zhuhaili's view related to menstruation is still textual, judging from his interpretation, az-Zhuhaili tends to take the opinion of classical scholars who should have contemporaries Muslims tend to have a contextual view.

Abstract

Hadith is one source of Islamic law that has its privileges. This specialty lies in the narration system (sanad) implemented by hadith scholars to validate the validity (truth) of a hadith. The system was formulated by scholars by looking at the continuity of the sanad, the credibility of a narrator, and avoiding defects (syaz and 'illat). This paper aims to see how the urgency of the method of criticizing the credibility of a hadith narrator (Naqdus sanad) is to obtain an authentic hadith.

Abstract

As stated in the Qur'an and Hadith, dates were the prophet's preferred fruit. The numerous, dispersed hadiths about herbal medicine inspired this research. This research specifically mentions palm fruit as a herbal medicine. Dates are believed to have many benefits that give the effect of human survival. This study's goal is to analyze dates in the context of medical science in the Bukhari hadith. This study used a descriptive method with library research studies (literature review) taken from books, journal articles both national and international. The results and discussion of this study are the content and efficacy of dates in health sciences as well as understanding of the hadith of Bukhari history about dates as herbal medicine. This study concluded that in the dates there are useful ingredients such as being able to reduce blood pressure, boost the immune system and others.

Abstract

The choice of the theme of facade or in Indonesian means damage in this study departs from the reality that there has been a lot of damage in the environment around us in particular, and in all parts of the world in general. Both in the form of physical and non-physical damage. And the majority of scholars' refer to Q.S ar-Rum (30) verse 41 in the discussion of damage, because the text regarding the spread of damage on earth is summarized in Q.S ar-Rum (30) paragraph 41. Then to assist the research process this writer uses a type of literary research with tahlili approach or analysis that refers to the interpretation in the book of tafsir al-Mishbah by M. Quraish Shihab. This study seeks to review the meaning of lafadz fasa as a whole and comprehensively, also accompanied by an explanation of the division of fasaad, namely in the form of hissi facade or physical and meaningful or non-physical in nature, supplemented by examples. Then examine the contents of Q.S ar-Rum (30) verse 41 by grouping them into four sections which are considered to have a unified discussion and then summarized in one scheme. This research can at least provide some findings, including: 1) the meaning of lafadz fasaad and its examples, 2) offering a solution, namely al-islah which can be an endeavor to improve the world, 3) there is an impact or retribution as a result of acts of damage and accompanied by with some examples, 5) wisdom behind God's vengeance to the perpetrators of damage.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the increasing cases of abortion in society which caused a shift in values, and in some cases, abortion was considered as a common thing. The purpose of this research is to discuss abortion in the perspective of the Hadith narrated by Ahmad bin Hanbal. This research was conducted using descriptive analytical methods and qualitative approaches, and referring to various relevant data sources. The results and discussion of the research are about the definition of abortion and its types, as well as the relevance of the Hadith narrated by Ahmad bin Hanbal no 18989 in Musnad Ahmad's book with abortion. This study concludes that according to the Hadith narrated by Ahmad bin Hanbal no 18989 abortion is included in semi-intentional killing because it fulfills the elements of semi-intentional killing and is an act that is prohibited and considered unlawful in Islam. However, research also states that abortion may be permissible under certain circumstances, such as when the life of a pregnant woman is threatened due to an abnormal condition of the fetus.

Abstract

The development of hadith was not free from various obstacles and problems. Some of the problems that arose included the existence of groups that were skeptical of the originality of the hadith. This is because hadiths were narrated and transmitted orally for more than a century and were only codified during the leadership of Caliph Umar bin Abdul Aziz. This paper will discuss Muhammad Abu Zahw's refutation of the inkar sunnah group. The results of this study indicate that; First, Muhammad Abu Zahw is an Egyptian hadith expert who divides the periodization of hadith into seven periods from the time of the Prophet to the present. Second, the inkar sunnah group is an understanding that denies or rejects the Prophet's ﷺ traditions either entirely or only aḥād traditions. Thirdly, the inkar sunnah group has misinterpreted the Qur'anic verses that are used as evidence in rejecting the Prophet's ﷺ traditions. As for the aḥād traditions, they cannot be rejected because the Companions and the Taabi'in have agreed to accept the aḥād traditions.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the hadith about business ethics. The method used in the article is library research which involves a number of activities related to data collection methods from library sources, reading, recording and analyzing research materials. The results of this study show that the hadith about business ethics that transactions above the brother's transactions should be avoided, in accordance with religious teachings and government regulations. Business ethics in the Islamic view also includes truth, justice, and keeping promises in trade as well as sharing with charity.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the concept of Khiyār as an effort to realize economic justice in Islamic business. This research uses a literature study research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources of this research are primary data in the form of verses of the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as secondary data in the form of books and articles related to the focus of the research discussion. The results show that in the sale and purchase transaction there is Khiyār, which is a situation where consumers have the right to continue or cancel the sale and purchase if they feel unsuitable for the size/color of the goods, do not understand the usefulness of the goods and there are defects in the goods. Justice is created when both parties do not feel injustice, the seller is not oppressed by the buyer and the buyer does not feel oppressed by the seller. The right of Khiyār plays an important role in consumer protection and prevents unfair buying and selling practices. With Khiyār, economic justice can be realized by giving individuals the opportunity to make the best decision for themselves in order to achieve benefits and prevent regrets in the future. Khiyār is one of the proofs of how perfect Islam is in regulating a transaction so that both parties (seller and buyer) feel mutually satisfied with the contract they are carrying out, as Allah says in QS. Abstract

This thesis research discusses the process of Islamization in Bira in the XVII century in a historical review. The purpose of this research is to answer research questions, namely: 1. How was the condition of the Bira kingdom before the arrival of Islam, 2. How was the arrival and acceptance of Islam in the Bira Kingdom, 3. How was the development of Islam in the Bira Kingdom, the purpose of this research is three points, namely : first to explore, add and expand knowledge about the Bira Kingdom ahead of the arrival of Islam, Second, To add and broaden knowledge about the arrival of Islam in the Bira Kingdom, Third To know and understand the implementation of Islamization of the lives of the people of Bira Village. This type of research is qualitative research and data is obtained through field research and library research. The approach used in this study is historical analysis, in which historical research utilizes historical theory and methodology with research steps through heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The results of this study indicate that, first, the condition of the Bira Kingdom at the beginning of the arrival of Islam where the people still adhered to animism and dynamism until Islam came and was accepted around 1604 to 1607 brought by Sheikh Abdul Rahman. The Islamization strategy is based on persuasive educative and top down approaches to Sufism and Shari'a so that Islam can be accepted as a whole in the kingdom of Bira. Second, the arrival of Islam in the Kingdom of Bira through trade channels and subsequently a missionary named Sheikh Abdurrahman and Sheikh Abdul Haris carried out intensive da'wah activities. Third, in 1604, Islam grew rapidly due to its peaceful spread and approach and the support of King Bira to V Bakka Daeng Bura'ne, who was converted to Islam by Sheikh Abdul Rahman who came to the Bira area. At the beginning of the development of Islam, the muballiq was able to occupy a strategic position in the royal environment as an advisor to the king as well as a channel of communication from the community to the kingdom, thus facilitating all policies related to Islam. The implication of this research is that it is hoped that the public will always know the stories and figures who contributed to the development of Islam in Bira, such as Sheikh Abdul Rahman and other figures. In addition, this area is expected to become an icon that is able to pass on strong Islamic values to the local generation.

Abstract

Belief in God is a belief that has existed throughout human civilization. This belief is a human instinct, every human being must believe in the existence of God. This can be seen from historical and anthropological evidence, however, perceptions about the essence of God are different. Primitive humans, for example, believed in objects that had a mysterious and awesome impression. This fact shows the existence of divine potential in human beings. The mutakkallimin debate on the aspect of divinity which gave rise to debates in the history of Islamic theology in relation to the sentence of monotheism spurred the paradigm of the Muslim ummah in responding to various developments, and became a solid building in understanding the essence of divinity and the oneness of God. If we look at some of the literature on Islamic theology, at least we can conclude that the many schools of Islamic theology that have emerged are caused by several factors. First, various understandings of one verse in the Koran and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. The second is the expansion of the Muslim community which causes a mix-up between Islam and other ideologies. The third is the process of translating philosophical works into Arabic, and finally the fourth is the heating up of political and economic temperature among Muslims. In theology itself for example, with emergence of such debate Muslims can prove that Belief in Islam is not just a context and blind obedience to religious doctrine but can be approached through a ratio and approach systematic thinking. In connection with the existing divinity debate relation to the sentence of monotheism, at least Islam refers to several streams which is constantly referenced in this debate. Namely the Mu'tazilah, Ash'ariyah and Maturudiyah.
